“KATELYNN MY LOVE! Literally where do I begin! Eventually designed is a dream wedding planning team. Katelynn was always available whenever I needed her (talked me down from many many bridal panic attacks), she’s so knowledgeable about the area and weddings in general. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she LISTENS and understands your vision and will make sure you get what you want. She has such a calming presence and I don’t know how I would have gotten through this wedding without her. I met with a lot of wedding planning teams before selecting her and one of favorite things about her planning approach is that she is human first. She is not trying to squeeze you for every last dollar, she genuinely just wants to help. We also used them for our floral arrangements and oh my god it was stunning. I need to also shout out Bishop and Elise who I spent less time with but were equally amazing. Elise became my wedding day bestie. “got married April 27, 2024 and hired Amber as a partial planner back in the fall of 2023. My (now) husband and I knew we wanted to be very involved in the planning process but we needed help. We didn't know what we didn't know! Amber was there right away scheduling weekly meetings with us, keeping our budget on track, and helping us read contracts and understand what we were paying for (and not paying for). She helped us remember all of the little details you could never know if you hadn't planned a wedding before. Despite all of our own research and organization, we needed Amber's expertise! Even with her vast knowledge and experience, Amber always gave advice without imposing her opinions. She always made it clear that this was our wedding, and we could do whatever we wanted. It was so nice to have her help us make decisions! Planning a wedding is a super confusing process and I know for a fact that our day wouldn't have been half as perfect without Amber there to help us plan and then execute as a day of coordinator with her team. From the start, their communication style was straight-forward, organized, and creative - exactly what we needed to navigate the immense amount of planning and decisions. Bianca, our lead planner, was truly professional and incredibly thorough, which was necessary to guide our GIANT wedding party of 13 bridesmaids and 11 groomsmen, as well as our 300 guests, through a downpour that could have easily been a disaster. After the inevitable but still emotional acceptance of our third-line rain plan, Bianca worked tirelessly to ensure all of our (my) dreams came true. Only a planner of Bianca's quality could ensure that I still got to live out my life-long dream of riding my horse to the ceremony and enjoy an outside bar with home-made mocktails, despite the legit Texas thunderstorm.
