Description	This all‐inclusive package provides complete management from the moment you begin planning through the end of your event. Ideal for couples who want professional oversight, creative direction, and logistical management every step of the way.	Ideal for couples who will handle core vendor bookings but want expert guidance, cohesive design, and structured coordination leading up to the event. Recommended for couples who enjoy being hands‐on but still want the comfort of a trusted industry professional.	Our 3-Week Coordination Package provides focused support in the final stretch leading up to your event. Beginning three weeks before your wedding date, we review every element of your event to ensure clear organization and execution of event details on ‘game day’. This package is designed to bring clarity, structure, and ease as you enter the final weeks of preparation.

Dandelion Groves Events & Hospitality was an awesome wedding planning partner. Their communication style was clear, direct, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process and short timeline. I could always count on Megan to provide trustworthy, dedicated, and passionate support. Despite a short timeline and unique venue, Megan helped make my wedding day vision come to life beautifully. While a few details didn't end up happening due to the time crunch and rain issues the day of, the overall event was stunning and I'm so grateful for Dandelion Groves' hard work and expertise. It’s a day I will forever cherish.

The BEST Day-Of Wedding Coordinator
Dandelion Groves was INCREDIBLE and a God-send!!!! As soon as I was connected with Megan, all my nerves settled and I immediately knew I could just relax and that she had it under control. She helped relieve so much stress and helped me come up with creative ideas and solutions. She is extremely detailed and organized & I never worried that anything would fall through the cracks. My wishes were protected and honored and the event was everything I had hoped and more! I knew that Megan had it under control the whole time and I was genuinely cared for by her the whole day. (I ended up having mono on my wedding day lol — & megan was by my side the whole day giving me meds, water, and protecting my health and interests. Truly the most intentional and caring coordinator I could have found!!!) Will recommend her for all my friends weddings!!!

BEST COORDINATOR!!
Megan was a FANTASTIC wedding coordinator! I knew I wanted to work with her after our initial meet & greet. Very easy to talk to & she understood my vision. Super fast responses via email or text as well! On the day of, she made sure everything was executed the way I wanted, and I could not have imagined our special day without her. She’s really organized and knows how to put people in their place (in a good way)/ ensure everything moves smoothly throughout the wedding. 10/10 recommend her!

Hire Megan!
Working with Dandelion Groves Events & Hospitality was an absolute pleasure. From the start, their communication style was warm, direct, and proactive - exactly what we needed to ensure our wedding day went off without a hitch. Megan, our lead planner, was incredibly detail-oriented and thorough, helping us create a seamless day-of timeline and coordinating all of our vendors. Fantastic Event Planner!!
The staff at DG were wonderful to work with. They communicated quickly and thoroughly, and were always available when I needed them. Extremely fair pricing, Dandelion Groves provided amazing value for what I paid. From planning to set up to execution of the event, the Dandelion Grove team was helpful, supportive of my ideas, and created a beautiful and memorable wedding day.
