He was upbeat and energetic through the night and had my reception dancing despite the fact that many of my guests were older and perhaps not the partying type! “My husband and I used Direct Entertainment for our DJ and videographer for our wedding and we could not be more pleased!! The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. He was so great with communication, was prompt with his timing, and he even set up a second camera for guests to break away and give us well wishes for our marriage, which I'm so excited to watch back. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. We decided to add videography at the last minute because we thought we might regret not having it, and I am SO happy we asked Jim at Direct Entertainment if they had someone available for our day just a month before, and they did!! Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. Overall, we would 1000% recommend Direct Entertainment for any wedding entertainment needs! He first created us a sample music playlist for us to see what his DJ style was like and we loved it! He was super easy to communicate with before the wedding and provided us with all the information we needed. We gave him a list of songs that we wanted for the dancing ar the reception and he did a great job incorporating them throughout the night and asking us directly what we wanted. “Ashley and Sampson were a great team for DJing our wedding! We had a very DIY venue that was a pretty blank slate, but the lighting and ambiance created by Sampson as our DJ really allowed people to dance (which we were pretty anxious about as non-dancers ourselves!). All the organization of the night went really smoothly too, things were announced exactly as we were hoping, tables got served food in great time, and we got to do our dances, cake cutting etc at a good pace. And I appreciated when our DJ double-checked with my husband on how long we wanted our first dance song as that was the part of the night we were most nervous about! I also appreciated the communication and planning ahead of time, and ability to send over tracks we'd like played or avoided in an easy to use website. We truly had all the songs we loved played, and all of the additions made were super fun and worked really well. My friends really enjoyed the night, and there was some good dancing for the older family members too. We had a lot of fun at our wedding in large part to Sampson's expertise!!! “Our experience working with Jamie and Ceremony DJs can be best summed up by the fact that multiple people told us after the ceremony they wanted to book him for their wedding and at least one got his business card! I can't imagine a better DJ, truly. When we first met with Jamie, he said he could make people dance to anything and would keep people on the dance floor all night, and he WAS NOT LYING. The whole night, the dance floor was PACKED even though it was rainy/muddy/cold/wet. Jamie took us on a journey that covered all of the bases of the music we love to hear and dance to, seamlessly and magically (?) integrating genres with the best mixes, it was pure wizardry and really captured who we were. We as a couple care a lot about music and wanted music that represented who we were and what we like to listen to, and he did not disappoint! So much prep work went into this, he took patience and time to try to understand our tastes and vibe, and it was so cool to have the wedding played on vinyl- basically, Jamie just "got it" from start to finish and we had the best time! Our wedding also got delayed due to rain and a road closure and he was such a good sport, staying late to keep us all dancing for a whole other hour- so fun! Also, when our ceremony musician was stuck in traffic due to the storm, he was so prepared and had our prelude/processional music downloaded so we could still walk down the aisle to the songs we'd chosen. Overall, such a cool, kind, funny guy who was professional and prepared in every way and honest just takes time to meet and know his clients, and clearly just loves to share his love of music. “Okay, seriously, if you're planning an event and thinking about a band/dj hybrid, you have to look into Golden Bell Music. Our wedding on June 27, 2025, at Viansa Winery in Sonoma, CA, was everything we dreamed of and so much more, and honestly, a huge part of that credit goes directly to them. We spent 11 months planning every detail, and booking Golden Bell Music as one of our very first vendors was hands-down the best decision we made. The band/DJ hybrid concept? Pure genius! It absolutely delivers the best of both worlds, and they pulled it off flawlessly. But really, the biggest shout-out – and the core of this whole review – belongs to the phenomenal Marlon Aldana, our DJ and drummer. We first spotted him in action on Golden Bell's Instagram, and it was an instant "that's our guy!" moment. You can imagine our excitement when we found out he was available for our date! Working with Marlon from the very beginning was just an absolute pleasure. He wasn't just playing music; he was genuinely feeling the room, intuitively knowing when to let a song build or transition to keep the energy up. All of our "must-plays" were there, the do not-play was respected, and the dance floor never once emptied And talk about flexibility! We had a last-minute idea to add an extra instrument, and the Golden Bell team didn't blink. They jumped right in, helping us find the perfect addition without any issues. Plus, we had a separate violinist for our ceremony, and it was so impressive to see how effortlessly all the vendors collaborated. No drama, just smooth, professional teamwork, which really speaks volumes about Golden Bell's commitment to making your day seamless. Now, for the ultimate highlight: our after-party! We decided to do something a little different and host it in a wine cellar, and Marlon and his team elevated it beyond anything we could have imagined. When they brought in a fog machine, the entire atmosphere transformed. It wasn't just a party; it was an experience! That fog machine honestly MADE the party, turning the space into something truly epic. I genuinely can't picture it having the same incredible energy without it, so a massive thank you for that unexpected, perfect touch. And because we had a masquerade theme, I asked if the DJs would wear disco masks and they SAID YES and wore them the entire time, even after I told them they absolutely didn't have to for more than one song! It just created such an amazing vibe, and we've got the pictures to prove how much fun everyone had! There's just so much to appreciate about this incredible group. “DJ Inessa was absolutely wonderful! From the beginning, she was incredibly sweet, patient, and genuinely invested in making our wedding feel like us. What impressed me most was how much she helped beyond simply being our DJ. She helped coordinate the flow of the reception, communicated with us throughout the process, kept track of important details, and helped make sure everything transitioned smoothly. When you’re getting married, there are a hundred tiny things happening at once, and having someone who notices those details before you even have to ask is incredibly valuable. Our wedding brought together two culturally different families, and she did such a beautiful job making everyone feel included. The music and atmosphere never felt like one side of the family was being asked to fit into the other. It felt like one celebration created specifically for us. One of our favorite moments was the flower girl dance. Our flower girls absolutely loved it! Seeing how excited and happy they were out there dancing was such a sweet part of the night, and it gave them their own special moment that they’ll remember. Their smiles said everything. Another moment that really showed the kind of person Inessa is was when she actually came out and danced in a circle with the little kids. She wasn’t standing behind the DJ booth simply watching everyone have fun. She got down there with them, joined their little circle, danced with them, and made them feel like they were an important part of the celebration. Watching the kids light up around her was incredibly sweet. That small moment said so much about how caring and kind she is. She was warm with our guests, flexible when things needed adjusting, and calm when we needed direction. Instead of feeling like we simply hired a DJ, it felt like we had another person on our team who genuinely wanted the night to go beautifully. We are so grateful for everything DJ Inessa did for us. She helped turn a complicated day with a lot of moving pieces into a happy, memorable celebration. I would absolutely recommend her to another couple. Five stars without hesitation!”

“Party Ardi is someone who does it all! He was an excellent MC & he truly helped us plan our program out. We had no idea what we wanted as far as a “program,” but he didn’t hesitate to help us create a nice little timeline for our reception! Ardi also took the time to meet with us Via zoom prior to the wedding, to plan out the timeline & also discuss music of course! He provided all the vibes & played us exactly what we wanted. Our guests LOVED the old r&b love songs during dinner, I loved seeing everyone’s faces when he’d play certain songs! The custom light add-ons are definitely worth it too! “Spencer is such an amazing DJ! I have only positive things to say about him. He is calm, organized, structured, kind, and professional. He is able to read the room and adjust accordingly. There were no awkward lulls at our wedding thanks to him. He kept a great flow to both our ceremony and reception. I have never seen so many people dance at a wedding! My friends aren't dancers, so the fact that he got all of them out there was amazing! We gave him a list of songs we liked, and he was able to choose great songs from there. He also kept the dance floor fun and upbeat. He was the most organized person at the wedding. He did the microphones and speakers for our friends who played the violin for the ceremony and the person ordaining. He also did the lighting (which was magical). I cannot even say in words what a great experience we had. All of our guests told us later that he was amazing too!”
