Our Wedding Reception/Ceremony DJ package includes a wireless, battery-powered audio package for your Ceremony to ensure your guests will hear every word and every vow spoken during the ceremony, along with 5 hours of performance by a dedicated professional DJ who will keep your event running smoothly. We'll work with you to create a unique experience for you and your guests, as we know no two events are alike.

Our most popular package. Using two elegant glow column totems with moving spot/beam lighting fixtures, matched to the DJ booth, we create a very magical lighting effect at your event. Then we add two additional totems for the speakers and hang our dual 44" LED FHD screens. These are perfect for displaying your names, pictures, and even the story of how you met. With text-to-screen functionality, your guests can join in the fun, and you'll receive copies of all the images after the event.

    Drew brought the party

    Drew Gray Media was the perfect choice for our wedding's DJ and lighting. His app made it easy for us to communicate our music preferences and must-play songs. On the day of, he was very professional and brought a lot of energy to the dance floor. His light show was amazing and really set the mood for our reception. We always plan to arrive 2 to 3 hours before your event begins. While our actual setup typically takes about an hour, we genuinely value that extra time! It allows us to ensure everything is perfect, coordinate with your other vendors, and account for the unexpected.
Our travel fee applies only to events located over 50 miles from our base in Wilton, CA. For events within that 50-mile radius, travel is free. Any hour added is $50.00. And great news—we don't have a separate breakdown fee! All setup and teardown time is already included in your package pricing, ensuring a seamless experience from beginning to end. We aim to make your planning as straightforward as possible!
Yes, absolutely! Our wedding packages are designed to cover all aspects of your special day, and they include detailed options for both ceremony and cocktail reception music. When you receive our packages and pricing information, you'll find everything clearly outlined, allowing you to choose the perfect coverage for your needs.
Yes, we are fully insured. This protects both our business and provides peace of mind for your venue and guests in the unlikely event of an accident or unforeseen circumstance. We're happy to provide our Certificate of Insurance to the venue upon request.
The deposit varies depending on the event and is due immediately to secure the date with your DJ. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the event date. You can make payments in person or on your client portal using Google Pay, Apple Pay, credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
