“We hired DJ Kaleb to DJ our wedding and reception. We couldn't imagine a more seamless process. From the beginning, Kaleb was very communicative, very open to any ideas we had, and really enjoyable and fun to work with. He let us give him a solidified list of songs along with our full wedding vibe (funky/disco). Kaleb understood the assignment. He played all of the songs we really wanted to hear while also finding some other songs that fit our vibes to a T....also made sure he didn't play songs we didn't want to hear. We asked him if he could give our wedding guests certain queue's and guide the wedding on the mic...the day before, we even asked him to say a few things word for word on the microphone. He did just that and absolutely killed it. Dancing DJ productions was a very communicative, organized, and professional company throughout...plus had a very competitive price. “I was absolutely blown away by Essen Entertainment at our wedding. JJ is so easy to work with and will bend over backwards for you. We had him play acoustically for before our ceremony, during our ceremony, and at the cocktail hour. He even learned a song especially for the wedding party processional that we requested. He is so talented! He also wrote an original song for us to dance to at the wedding. Definitely a must! My fiancé hadn't heard it before the wedding so it made for a very special moment. JJ was great at reading the crowd on the dance floor during the reception. I had so many compliments about the music and how full the dance floor was all night long. JJ pays great attention to detail and sent us a detailed itinerary for our event. He was great at making sure everything moved along just as planned. “My daughter recently got married in Newport, Rhode Island, on September 14th, 2024. She choose to have her reception in a tent on the lawn of the Eisenhower House. The venue was stunning and the woman at EH recommended Clockwork as we were looking for a local band with horns to play at the reception. We were not able to hear them in person, but all the video's posted online more than helped our decision making process and we quickly booked the band 20 months in advance, It was our second decision in the wedding process after the venue -with many, many more to come, but without a doubt - IT WAS THE BEST DECISION!!!! Booking was easy - we sent a check to reserve the date. the catalog of music they are capable of playing is extensive. But we had a tremendous comfort level with Clockwork New England as the contract states YOU GET THE EXACT MUSICIANS you see on all the website videos. There are no switches, or long lists of band members they slot in on any given day. Everyone we saw and loved are the people that showed up for our event. From start to finish - the band rocked the night away - the dance floor was never empty. They sang the bride and grooms song 'You are the Best Thing" and it was spectacular. And every song after that just got us up off our feet. The horns added so much - we keep hearing from friends asking us who they were, because they LOVED the music. The interactions with the crowd also made the night so memorable - and some of the best videos of the night. The band worked well together - and we just cannot say enough about how much they added to the party. Patrick joined a zoom call we had w our planner a week or so earlier than the event - and went over every detail - completely putting our minds at ease. 5 stars are NOT ENOUGH!! They truly made our event the best it could have possibly been! I want to do it again!”

“Have about 200 people showing up to your reception and want to guarantee that everyone from your aunts and uncles to your most particular friend all send you texts about how perfect your wedding band was? Great, you're done with your search. We worked with The Hook Club on an ambitious two-day wedding, which included them doing live sound for our Friday welcome party, live sound for the music at our ceremony, some deep cut requests, and our desire to not just have "another wedding band." What we got was an incredibly talented, creative, and kind group of people who were ready to make whatever we wanted happen, ready to add ideas and layers, and who then completely blew away our expectations. We're in that era of our lives where we've been to about 100 weddings in the last 10 years, and we can honestly say that no band has even come close to The Hook Club. A year later everyone is still talking about how great our band was. They are true professionals in every sense of the word, and you should seriously consider booking your venue around whether or not THC is available. That's not hyperbole - they were that good.”

We first met him at a vendor expo at our venue, and right away we were drawn in by his energy, the quality of his sound system, and how effortlessly he mixed music live. From the first meeting, it was clear he was not only super experienced but also genuinely passionate about what he does. He really took the time to get to know us and what we envisioned for the day, which made us feel completely confident that we were in good hands. Leading up to the wedding, DJ Diamond stayed in close contact and scheduled a few check-ins to help guide us through the planning process. That alone helped ease a lot of the stress. He also gave us access to his app, which was a game changer—it let us update our timeline and playlist whenever ideas popped up, even on the go. On the wedding day, he showed up prepared with all our music selections ready to go and absolutely nailed it. The dance floor was packed for over three hours straight! “Luvdup is the best, and Kelton is the best! We loved talking to Gemma on our intro call, and were so grateful to have Kelton DJ our wedding. Starting with our planning call it was clear we were in great hands with Kelton, who helped us figure out the finer details of our plan, and made a couple of recommendations that helped us make the day even better. On the day he showed up early to make sure things were set up properly (something our venue and planner were particularly appreciative of), ran the mics for the ceremony which went off without a hitch (except for the obligatory sirens during our vows), and played amazing music all night long. We had assembled hours and hours of playlists — it felt like Kelton intuited all of the important songs and played them at the right time — everything was flawless. Before the wedding, I had actual nightmares about who would DJ my wedding (no idea why… just mustve been what I was most nervous for?! LOL) and WOW those nightmares were all wrong. I've been all over the country photographing weddings and Nate is hands down the best I have ever worked with. When I got engaged I knew I had to have Nate be our DJ. We brought him to Kentucky and it was one of the best wedding decisions we made. Your Dj truly sets the tone for your wedding reception and can make or break it. The whole reception went by smoothly and exactly what we had in mind. Our crowd loves to dance and we had 5 hours of open dance floor and he kept the party going the whole time, the dance floor was PACKED! His energy & personality is like no other. “Marcus did an amazing job as the DJ for our wedding at the Prospect Park Boathouse! Prior to the wedding, we completed a worksheet on the timeline and our song preferences, and then had a planning meeting with him where we went over all the details and he gave us advice on flow and timeline based on his extensive experience DJ-ing weddings. Through all our interactions, we could tell how detail-oriented and experienced he was. The Prospect Park Boathouse can be a tricky venue with its short load-in time and long, narrow layout, but Marcus knew it well and planned accordingly. We also had a Vietnamese/Chinese wedding; in addition to a DJ, we also had a pianist with a singer, and a bilingual emcee. This added some complexity in terms of timeline and switching between the singer and the DJ, but Marcus coordinated well with everyone, kept track of the timeline, and handled all transitions between live music and DJ sets seamlessly. He also showed up a little early to make sure all equipment was set up well and did a mic check during the cocktail hour. During the dance portion of the night, the dance floor was packed all night and people did not want to leave! He played all the songs we wanted (along with additional ones he selected) and all the transitions and mixes were fantastic and kept the energy/vibe high. Many guests commented on how great our DJ was! Even though we had a different emcee, we know that Marcus would have done a fantastic job as an emcee as well - he is warm, friendly, gracious, and charismatic. He is not only a great DJ but also a fantastic human being!”

“Tommy was super friendly and communicative. The vibes were great and he kept the dance floor busy! Our only complaint would be that we provided a sample play list to show what we were looking for with about 85% 2000’s rap/r&b and none of it was played until the last 30 minutes of the night when my husband had to go up and specifically say to play it.
