SO happy with everything about this day and the great job Hayley and Daniel did. They truly captured the spirit of the event... from the formal pics to so many candids throughout the day and evening and everything in between. We were not going to get the video but in the end that was an exceptional add and so glad we did... both the short form and the long one... we watch them all the time. They are great memories of the day and cannot thank them enough!

Hello there new friend! My name is Jo and it is SO great to meet you! I am a wedding, elopement... and pretty much all things love- photographer based in the incredible city of Boston, Massachusetts! I'm a hopeless romantic at heart! And if there's one thing in this life that I absolutely adore, it's a GOOD love story. If I had to pick a second thing, it would be working with couples that are authentic, joyful, and unapologetically themselves. So as you can imagine, weddings and elopements are my absolute FAVORITE! Joining along on the happiest day of your life is a dream, and I adore all the moments I get to share with my couples!

From the moment we connected online, we instantly fell in love with Jovani's photography, her vibrant editing style and warm, fun personality. We knew immediately she was the perfect fit to capture our impromptu autumn wedding! Working with Jovani felt like having a friend behind the camera. She made us feel so comfortable that we could completely relax and be our goofy, authentic selves. She was calm, cool and collected, directing us gently when needed and wrangled our families with ease for group photos. The way she captures movement is absolutely beautiful. The photos feel alive, natural, and so perfectly us. We only booked Jo for three hours, yet she delivered a large gallery that feels so full. Every sweet, emotional moment from the ceremony, every tiny detail of the silly geese pie toppers and vintage décor, the happy tears and the laughter —it’s all there. Every single time we open the gallery we’re grinning ear to ear; it’s genuinely impossible to pick a favorite photo because we love them all so much! We were also put at ease with how thorough and collaborative the whole process was. Her intake form allowed us to really communicate our story and connect with her about what details mattered most. She made the entire day an absolute breeze and turned what could have been a stressful part of wedding planning into pure excitement from our very first interaction to receiving the final gallery. Our whole album was delivered much faster than anticipated, which was an exciting surprise! If you’re a couple who feels nervous about being photographed, Jovani is your person. She has an incredible gift for making everyone look and feel their best while staying authentic and carefree. We couldn’t be more ecstatic—Jovani didn’t just document our wedding, she created photographs and an experience that we’ll look at fondly for the rest of our lives. Highly, highly recommend! 3 :)

Lindsey “Lensy” Michelle’s approach to photography is rooted in curiosity, connection, and a deep appreciation for self-expression. She moves with the energy of a celebration, balancing instinct with subtle direction to create images that feel bold yet deeply personal. Lindsey is located in Boston and NYC, but she is always happy to travel to where your story is best told. (US & International)

Awarded Best of Zola
Where do I even begin?! Lindsey came highly recommended from a friend in the industry and honestly was such a support from the start of wedding planning. She provided vendor recommendations, talked through various ideas, and was so excited to help our vision come to life. Also, Lindsey provides so many helpful organizational tools that really helped us feel more prepared for the wedding day. On the day of, Lindsey and Jullian made everything feel effortless and went above and beyond. Family photos went so quickly because they were so organized and they made sure to get photos of all the details we were so proud of. When people talk about our wedding, one of the first things they mention is the photographers. The groomsmen will regularly talk about how Jullian saved the day with wardrobe mishaps; he also saved me from my wardrobe issues too! When my bridal jewelry was overwhelmingly tangled, all it took was handing the necklace to Jullian and it was taken care of. Once we all started dancing, Lindsey was on the dance floor, dancing with us and jumping up in the air to catch the perfect action shots. Honestly, having Lindsey and Jullian at the wedding felt like having two guests that also happened to be wedding planners, photographers, and the life of the party all rolled into one. I had more than a few guests at the end asking how I found such a cool duo and honestly I think it’s all pure luck.

Instead, he carefully finds beautiful geometries in the buildings or light poking through a forgotten window. His photos are thoughtful, well-planned, and artistic. His subject and backgrounds blend together in a perfect unity that captures special moments in ways you didn’t think were possible. My husband and I worked with Sasha for our wedding in August 2024. We found her while searching on social media and are SO happy we did! I was instantly taken aback by her photos on her instagram and website. Her usage of light is just stunning! And working with her on our big day was a dream! Sasha was so calming and supportive. Our day was so hot and humid, but Sasha worked so hard with a smile. Truly, spending time with her was a highlight of our day. It felt like being with a good friend. We hope to work with her again one day! Now to talk our photos! The images were everything we wanted. Sasha did the perfect job capturing the day and looking back at the photos is literally like relieving our wedding day. From the details, to the smiles and laughter and happy tears, Sasha was there. From our first messages, Sasha was so communicative and respectful and timely. She has such a light about her and it shows in work. I would 100% recommend her.

I think there’s a real absence of authenticity in today’s world. Everywhere we look, people are polishing themselves into a perfect image for the internet. But that’s not where the beauty is. The beauty lives in the real moments — the big, loud, messy, emotional, human ones you can’t stage or script. That’s what I chase. Since 2016, I’ve been documenting weddings for couples who want to feel present, relaxed, and fully themselves. I gravitate toward the candid, the unplanned, the way a glance turns into laughter and a quiet moment becomes unforgettable.

Awarded Best of Zola
Steve was enthusiastic, kind, creative, and flexible with day of changes to our schedule of events. I hate having my photo taken and he put me at ease immediately. I love the photos he took of the ceremony and the family, but my absolute favorite were the candid photos from the dance floor. He was always present, but never obvious, and that allowed for some really joyful and organic shots. The meetings with Steve were helpful in communicating our vision and needs, and he was so responsive! From the beginning of our time working together on engagement photos all the way through to the end of the wedding and sharing of the album, he was professional, fun, and efficient. I can not recommend him highly enough!

I started my business with the goal of creating an experience for those who might be looking for something more authentic and unposed.

Kayla was absolutely incredible to work with. Her ability to find the special little moments is incredible. We were both nervous about being in front of a camera and Kayla quickly put us at ease. She was extremely professional and organized in the time leading up to our wedding. For the wedding, she brought a second shooter, Josh Kuckens, to capture everything from multiple angles. She was wonderful to work with and extremely knowledgeable. Even in the hectic moments of the wedding day, she was calm, collected, and got every combination of people that we requested! Her pricing was reasonable and was worth every single penny. Many of the moments she captured brought us to tears. If you’re looking for a wedding photographer, Kayla is the one!

A Boston Wedding & Elopement Photographer The little moments can reveal so much "How do you want to spend your day?" It’s the question I ask every potential client, and almost always, the answer involves spending the day with the people who matter most. They want their photography to reflect their joy and the genuine emotions of the day. They seek artistry and authenticity, desiring a collection of images that speak to them on a fundamental level. They want to be present on their wedding day and they don’t have to perform for a photograph. I’m a documentary wedding photographer and that’s exactly what I do.

Awarded Best of Zola
As much as Angie's photos speak for themselves, I've got a word or two to say myself: This photographer is THE ONE to capture your big day! We were initially drawn to the natural yet electric feel of Angie's work. The joy of her subjects feels very real -- because it is. Angie is there to capture real joy and real beauty and real love, not to force it through posing or a trick of the light. Her passion is for people and for love itself, and that's what makes her work second to none! Like I wrote above: these stunning shots very much speak for themselves (and they say "joy," "love," "BLISS!" and everything else we experienced on our wedding day) But Angie's talent isn't the only reason to hire her. She is a kind professional with a calming presence and a "sixth sense" for when & where to capture the perfect shot. She's got an artist's eye, and sought out unique locations & lighting to make the most out of our photoshoot around the MASS MoCA campus. (Check out that silhouette of our profiles! A spontaneous idea of hers ;) ) While we were still in the planning stage, Angie took the time to regularly check in with us and prepare. Whenever we were on the phone with her, it felt like she was in the room with us! Her friendliness and passion came through in our conversations, and we felt relieved knowing that we wouldn't have to worry about how we might "get along" with our photographer on our wedding day. Once Angie arrived on the day-of, everything felt natural. Throughout the day & evening, we never felt "overwhelmed" by her presence, yet she was always there to snap the most animated moments. And not just our most animated moments -- the photos of our guests are so charged with emotion, we can hear & feel them! Our favorite part of going through our wedding album has been seeing the joy on our guests' faces, all captured by Angie. Whenever we want to relive that night -- or live a new part of it that we didn't get to see -- our experience and all of our guests' unique experiences are just a few clicks away. I knew her photos would be beautiful, but I didn't anticipate this....totally immersive quality. Each shot is like a portal straight back to the moment it captures. These photos are ALIVE, and we are so grateful! Thank you, Angie, for all of the perfect lil picture-portals 333

Born and raised in Maine, I dream of one day retiring there by the sea, like a real life Miss Rumphius. But until then, I live just outside of Boston with my husband and our three cats. I'm married to my high school sweetheart, but we waited more than a decade before saying our own vows. Sometimes (okay, often) I eat cake for breakfast, so you can always count on me to help taste test yours. If I'm not photographing people in love, I'm probably enjoying a glass (bottle) of champagne on the couch or planning my next adventure. I believe everything is better by the ocean and you should never wait to explore the world.

We found Kendra on Instagram (yes, Instagram!) and instantly fell in love with her style. She is so personable and made us feel like ourselves in front of the camera, which included lots of giggles and following us around while we adventured for our engagement shoot. We picked Kendra as our wedding photographer for a lot of reasons, but initially because we loved her natural, bright and romantic aesthetic. As soon as we started working with Kendra, it was like we had been friends for a long time. She made us feel special and knew exactly what to say to capture our emotions and love for one another in the way that we expressed it, which sounds like a no brainer, but it can be challenging to feel "normal" when a new person is in front of you and taking your picture! In addition to being an incredible photographer, we turned to Kendra for her opinion and advice in some of our wedding decisions that we were having trouble making. Kendra gladly and professionally provided us with her input and even sent us some photos of examples of things we were considering that she had previously photographed so we had a visual. On the day of our wedding, from the moment Kendra arrived, she ran the show. I was so excited to see her and felt like she was a wedding guest that had arrived, but even though we developed an excellent rapport, Kendra meant business and was ready to do her job, so she got the ball really rolling. Shortly after her arrival, tension started to grow as we became closer and closer to the time of the ceremony and things didn't go exactly as we had planned them. Kendra had our backs and helped us to solve as many problems as we could, and make the best of the others that we had to move on from. This would be described under going "above and beyond the call of duty"! Kendra was there for us as our incredible photographer, but she wore many hats that contributed to the success of our wedding day. You should select Kendra as your wedding photographer if you want someone who is calm and personable, while delivering natural, bright and romantic photos. We are so grateful to Kendra for our beautiful photos and all of her help in making our day be a success!!

I am a wedding & portrait photographer and event planner based out of The Berkshires, MA. As an avid traveller, and photographer for the better part of a decade, I am constantly in awe of the human existence, and how we connect. As a wedding photographer, I aim to capture your wedding moments as they unfold. For me, the beautiful part about weddings is the celebration of life, love, unscripted moments (and all that comes with it). In all of the happy tears, big laughs and tight hugs. It is my wish to not only see these beautiful memories in photographs, but truly see the people in them.

Finding a photographer was one of our top priorities when we initially started looking for wedding vendors and we cannot sing Abigail's praises enough. After months of research, we ended up choosing Abigail for her professionalism, warmth and artistic eye and it was one of the best decisions we made. She is extremely talented and did an incredible job capturing portraits and candid moments during our Korean Paebek and our wedding ceremony. Every single person we have shown our gallery to raves about the pictures and I have already referred Abigail to a number of other engaged couples. She was sincerely a joy to work with, made me and my husband feel at ease and captured absolutely stunning photographs that we will cherish for decades to come.

Hey – I am so glad you are here! I am a professional wedding photographer based in Boston and I LOVE MY JOB! I have an Irish Doodle named Brooklyn that keeps me busy when I’m not photographing couples. This is my 10th year in business with over 500 weddings and elopements photographed. I discovered my love of photographing couples while I was working at Apple (super nerd over here) and it's been my passion ever since. Although I am based in Boston, I do travel for destination weddings and elopements (I also plan them) so do not hesitate to reach out!

Erin is, without a doubt, the most incredible person and photographer we could have ever hoped to work with. From start to finish, she brought an energy and enthusiasm that lit up every moment of our wedding journey. Her attention to detail and her rare ability to capture raw emotion in her work set her apart in ways we never imagined. Every interaction with Erin felt like catching up with a lifelong friend. She approached every meeting, every question, and every detail with such genuine joy that it made the entire process truly incredible. Erin has an extraordinary gift for making you feel comfortable and at ease, and the results are nothing short of breathtaking. The photographs she delivered are timeless and beautifully capture the essence of our day. She didn't just take photos—she preserved moments, emotions, and memories that we’ll cherish forever. If you're looking for a photographer in Boston or beyond, look no further than Erin. She is truly the most genuine person we’ve ever met.

When I was a kid growing up in Michigan, I was always fooling around with my mom’s old manual cameras and capturing everything my friends and I did. I took traditional art classes in high school, but even then, I was merely creating paintings of the photos I had taken. I went on to study documentary photography at the Maryland Institute of Art and abroad at the University of Wales, where I won the Nikon Discovery Award Grand Prize and was named one of the 25 Under 25 Up-and-Coming American Photographers. When a friend asked me to assist at a wedding she was photographing, and my plans changed in an instant.

Gina is incredible and we are wholeheartedly thankful for her and so grateful she accepted to work with us! She is so kind, patient, thoughtful and understanding. She worked with us when we had to reschedule our wedding twice since 2020, the third time was the charm. Gina is a true professional and by far the best in her field. She met with us several times to help us put together our timeline, she listened to our needs and requests and went above and beyond to make sure all the special moments were captured. We had some traditional Eastern European ceremonies that Gina captured beautifully. When we saw our pictures, it was magical, we were transported back to our wedding day and we got to relive it again. Gina's attention to detail and natural eye for beautiful candid pictures came shining through and were able to see parts of the wedding we weren't even able to see on day of since..you know.. it's busy time for the bride and groom :D Gina also took incredible portraits of our family, and we will cherish those forever, we can't wait to get them developed and put them on our walls so we can show them off to our guests! We absolutely loved working with Gina and we would choose her again in a heartbeat for any other event!

Rebecca is a wedding photographer based in Boston, blending documentary storytelling with an editorial eye. She captures weddings in a way that feels natural, honest, and quietly cinematic. Her work is grounded in clean composition, authentic connection, and a refined aesthetic that favors substance over trends. Rebecca offers digital and film photography and works throughout New England and select destinations.

Working with Rebecca as our wedding photographer was one of our favorite and most memorable things about our wedding experience. My husband and I aren’t very touchy-feely or PDA so I was worried that our photos would be awkward or cold, but let me tell you Rebecca is amazing at her job! Both the engagement and wedding photos are beyond what I could have hoped for, and she was so easy going and fun to work with we really felt like it was just an old friend taking our pictures. She gave great direction and we really appreciated her artistic eye for some fun/unique shots that we did. Our family also found her really friendly and many of our guests were so impressed with how she was shooting the dance floor at our wedding! Without a doubt I will recommend Rebecca to anyone looking for a wedding photographer and we will definitely be asking her to do any other photography session we might need in the future!

I became a wedding photographer to give you a sense relief that comes when you know you have a photographer that will be your ultimate hype person, be that person where you can always just be yourself in front of, and a person that will always look out for you on your big day. I want you to feel as if I am an extended friend throughout this process and trust me to capture who you truly are.

I can not say enough good things about Warren! Planning a wedding is so stressful and doing it during covid made it outright not a good time. Luckily we found Warren early in our planning process and he made us feel so secure about our photography decision. He was an excellent hype man throughout the whole planning process and especially on the big day. My bridal party loved working with him and had a blast taking photos. He truly makes you feel like family and takes great care to make you feel at ease through all of the awkward wedding poses. He captured our relationship in the most beautiful, romantic way. I have received endless compliments on my photos and I can’t wait to relive my day for so many years to come.
