As your wedding photographer, I take on more of a documentary approach and prefer to shoot with little interruption throughout your big day. Sure there will be times where posing is necessary, but for the most part, I know just how much planning and work and detail has gone into this celebration of the start of your marriage. I will be there for you to document the connection with you and your person with your genuine, honest emotions as the focus.

I’m Rachel, owner of Bayside Studios. I’ve always had a passion for creativity, and in 2017, I was blessed with the opportunity to take photography from my favorite hobby to my dream career. I’m a published photographer on the ESVA and I have found that I have a true talent for capturing real moments, and an eye for bringing out my client’s personalities. I am so passionate about helping my clients record the moments they never want to forget through the art of photography. My name is Holly and I capture timeless memories in one of the most hectic days of your life. I fell in love with photography in school but really took an interest after my son was born. Wanting to make sure I documented every little thing he did so I could remember years after was important to me. That turned into what is Holly Johnston Photography today. When I am not spending my lifes savings at Dutch Bros, I am professionally following peeps in love and photographing their stories. I am a lover of true crime and murder podcasts! (But I mean who isnt! I just cant help it!) FUN FACT: I speak switzerdütsch, aka a German slang. My mom is originally from Switzerland and my dad from Jamaica, so you know I am always hungry for adventures (and new places to binge eat at).
