I work to remove myself from the equation and let my clients take the spotlight. It's thrilling to jump into a session and come out on the other side having learned beautiful new things about a person. When behind the camera I'm coaching you ever step of the way - helping you feel comfortable enough to let your true self emerge.

With a long history of working on stage, I can confidently say I am an expert at two things: storytelling and collaboration.     Dream Photographer!

    Michael Haller magnificently captured our special day, but also the hearts of all our friends and family! From the moment we had our first meeting to our incredible engagement shoot where we fell even MORE in love with Michael’s work and his kind personality to the wedding day itself, Michael conducted himself with grace and professionalism that gave us the upmost confidence that we had made the right choice in hiring him to be our photographer. On the wedding day itself, Michael was prompt efficient and so deeply kind to us, the bride and and groom, our families and friends, and our guests. He navigated a very tight and early timeline effortlessly. He captured every moment that we asked for, even some that I had forgotten I asked for! Michael remembered throughout the stress and intensity of the wedding day. Michael’s calm demeanor, and excitement to be there as he not only photographed our day but shared in it will be something My Husband and I never forget. In the planning process, Michael provided us with an incredible photography timeline that went on to be the timeline we based much of the wedding around. It was so structured that we were able to pass this document along to our other vendors and our hotel to use as a guideline for our wedding day. You can only imagine how incredibly helpful that was. Michael went out of his way to remember the names of my family and friends of which there were many! He chose a second shooter who was just as kind and professional. The following day, exceeding all expectations, Michael provided us with stunning preview photos that, when shared with family and friends, had us all in tears from how stunning his work was. As a graphic designer and illustrator, I put so much work into the aesthetics of my wedding day from my invitation to the menus and place cards to the dress that I chose, my veil, the jewelry…Michael thoughtfully captured each and every aspect of the wedding decor and design, highlighting a design on my dress I loved, as well as capturing beautiful candids of our family and friends as they celebrated us. It felt like he captured our day in 3-D! Not only was he able to beautifully capture candid moments, the poses that he would recommend to us and our families looked so natural and lovely! The different photography techniques he employed to get stunning portraits looked like something out of a magazine despite the quick pace of the day. We were amazed by the result! I am including some of his work from our wedding in this review because they they say a picture is worth 1000 words but I think Michael’s photos are worth millions. If you want someone who is organized, kind, professional, graceful under pressure, talented, with an incredible variety of photographic techniques and a gorgeous editing style, please consider hiring Michael. My Husband and I are are so grateful we did.

    Incredible every step of the way

    Michael is the best!

    We are beyond thrilled with how our wedding photos from Michael turned out!     Michael is THE BEST!!

    I cannot say enough good things about Michael. Absolutely five stars in every category we could give from communication before the wedding, to handling the chaos that is family portraits with dogs and children, he did a phenomenal job. We have received A TON of photos from him (ahead of schedule) I might add. But see below a few shots from our day. One of our most favorite things was that Michael provided some photos 24 hours after the event which we loved because I know a lot of friends of mine have had quite a wait after their wedding. We could not recommend him enough and plan to use him for any and all future events. 10/10!

Typically, couples book me as soon as they have their date set. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Absolutely. Every image I deliver to you has been hand selected from the crop of thousands (and thousands more if there’s a second photographer!) I then edit, balance, color correct, and crop every image by hand and cohesively stitch them all together into a consistent, complete, romantic story.

Good things take time. We are carefully selecting out the best images, while sparing your the overwhelming task of sorting through duplicates. Once we have the final grouping, we edit every photo individually and then make sure all photos are cohesive in the same style and ultimately are stitched together into a larger story. Trust me, it’s a the results are worth the wait situation. We know you’re itching to have a glance at what they look like however and we can't wait to share them! This is why we provide you with some sample images within 48-hours as an amuse-bouche .
Absolutely! I work primarily in the lower Northeast (My home is in Philly). But I’m open to travel wherever your wedding takes place, as long as we can work out those details!
Travel is considered on a case by case basis, as it is greatly determined by distance and how many nights I would need to stay overnight.
I won’t leave home without it! …Yes. Don’t hesitate to ask and we can forward a COI to your venue.
But of course. We are very used to trollying around city centers, driving between venues, and expect to be on our feet all day. As long as we plan the route to maximize your time, and you understand that transporting our gear might involve a little extra care, we’re yours for the day.
The Engagement Session is a beautiful way to celebrate the fleeting affianced time of your lives, but is also a perfect opportunity for us to get to know each other, and gives you both time to get comfortable in front of the camera. Having a strong connection with your photographer can make all the difference in gathering those memories authentically on your wedding day. It provides us with the opportunity to build trust, establish a rapport, and for me to give you some guidance about how to WERK. By the time your wedding day arrives, we’ll feel like old friends, and you’ll be pros at striking the perfect pose.
That depends on weather, location, personality, and of course the number of hours of coverage. I tend to deliver roughly 80-130 images per hour of coverage.
A 2nd photographer allows me to be in two places at once and basically doubles what we are allowed to intake throughout the day. It’s fantastic investment because seconds are sneaky good about getting awesome candid glances when I drop my camera to say something, shots of your family and friends’ reactions while my eyes are on you, as well as additional angles for the big key moments, like your mom’s tears while you dance with your dad. They can speed up the photo priorities of the day helping accomplish our shot lists faster, and they always make an indelible impact in the final product. I definitely recommend if it's in your budget.

Absolutely. Some of our packages include a Wedding Album Credit and we are happy to offer albums of printed images. In addition, all of your images are hosted in an online gallery attached to a store for you to order more photo gifts later at your leisure. If you’d like to know more or customize the deliverables in a package, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
We host your high resolution jpegs in an online gallery, from which you may download individual photos or everything all at once. You own everything delivered from your wedding day and you may download them all right away.
My style is a mix of modern and classic, true to life, fun, and not afraid of color. I work with an editorial approach but like to let moments unfold naturally, and am tuned to work off of what your instincts are as well. I love laughs and candids, sweeping vistas, and intimate moments. All this said, I like to go off of what your vibe is: Disney Dreamers for life? We'll make it a tale as old as time. Obsessed with Pirates? Argh matey.
While my company focuses solely on photography, I collaborate often with a number of videographers that I know and trust. I'm happy to provide insight into how to pair these two mediums seamlessly.
