I am a photographer that looks for the extraordinary and artistic angles in each portrait session or wedding. I make artwork for your home while documenting authentic moments. I am inspired by emotions, intimate moments and the way the light captures a feeling.
Tyler School of Art was where I became obsessed with photography and years later I still consider myself an artist who makes a living doing what I love! My work emulates the look of film in which I learned in the darkroom. I come to each wedding with a positive and excited mindset to create for you!

Heather was *the best* wedding photographer we could have hoped for. From preparing and setting up expectations before the wedding, flawless execution during our wedding, and fast turnaround time after our wedding, Heather was truly a dream to work with. As the bride, I had a lot of emotions going into our wedding day because the weather forecast took a turn for the worst but Heather calmed me down in a prep call two days before and it turns out in the end I had nothing to worry about- the photos Heather captured throughout our big day were absolutely stunning!! Heather’s calm demeanor, professionalism, and skill made it a true pleasure to work with her. We love all of our wedding photos and will be sure to reach out to Heather for any of our future photography needs!

It was a pleasure working with Heather Fowler Photography. We had her shoot our wedding at Terrain Gardens in late May 2023. Pre-wedding we aligned on desired shots, expectations, and vision for the day. Heather and Laurie (second shooter) were on time and lovely to work with. We went to multiple sites: Hotel, Washington Memorial Chapel, and Terrain Gardens. Their organization was very much appreciated! The digital photos were delivered within the contracted timeframe and reasonable pricing. It was a collaborative effort to rearrange the wedding album and wow the wedding album was of quality material. We are very happy with the images. I highly recommend working with Heather for weddings or other opportunities. We will look to Heather Fowler Photography for future milestones.
