The hotel boasts several sophisticated and romantic Brooklyn wedding halls for weddings of all shapes and sizes. Wythe Hotel is a Brooklyn Wedding venue with an atmosphere unlike any other, full of historic rustic industrial detailing. Our Williamsburg wedding venues are one of the most unique in NYC. All catering is provided by our in-house restaurant. We feature farm to table, locally sourced, seasonal ingredients and provide restaurant quality meals and service in a banquet setting. All of the desserts, including the wedding cakes are made by our in-house pastry team.

I cannot say enough good things about my wedding at Wythe! The staff are so friendly and thoughtful. The event was so smooth. They have it all done! And yet, it was still an open canvas for us to make our own. The food was amazing. My guests raved about the food. Even my friend who has been to A LOT of weddings said it was the best wedding food she’s ever had. Service was wonderful. I asked for recommendations for photographer and day of coordinator and both were amazing! Wythe made planning for and the day of my wedding much easier than if I had gone with a venue with less experience.

SHMONÉ
New York, NY
  • Up to 30 guests
  • All-inclusive
  • Indoor

Shmoné is the newest New York City restaurant from head chef Eyal Shani. Here, we take a highly-seasonal, thoroughly market-driven approach to products and ingredients — with dishes evolving and appearing as their ingredients ripen and age. Our small size provides exciting opportunities for culinary creativity and invention — literally on a daily basis. Whereas one evening's dishes may center around just-to-market spring vegetables, menus mere days later might be built around an unexpectedly robust haul from local seas. Shmoné offers a tabula rasa of sorts for our chefs to follow their heart and indulge their inspirations without being confined by the rigors of a large-scale restaurant operation. This is the impetus behind Shmoné, an intimate, ever-evolving culinary experience powered by the dynamism that Eyal Shani has become known for. "We will cook with what we find each morning and let the dishes seduce and delight right in front of your eyes," - Eyal Shani

When is the best month for a wedding in New York City?

This is one of those questions that everyone will have a different answer to. The best time to get married in NYC really depends on your vision for your wedding. Is it when Central Park is a wonderland of cherry blossoms, or when the holiday lights make everything twinkle like a rom-com set? Weather-wise, May and June are your best bets for an outdoor wedding. But if you’re dreaming of an "Autumn in New York" aesthetic, aim for September or October when the air is crisp, and your guests won’t be sweating. But let's keep it real – in the city that never sleeps, love doesn't have an off-season, and neither do fabulous weddings. Winter nuptials? You could end up with a magical snowy vibe, and you’ll probably save some money. So ultimately, you can’t go wrong.

How far in advance do I need to book a wedding venue in New York City?

In the fast-paced whirlwind that is NYC, wedding venues can be booked up pretty far in advance. It's a good rule of thumb to start your venue hunt as soon as your engagement bliss begins to settle—usually around 12 to 18 months in advance, and to actually book your venue closer to 9-14 months in advance. If you've set your heart on those prime dates or sought-after spots, earlier is definitely better. Think of it as your very own New York minute—the sooner you act, the more options you'll have. But if you're the spontaneous type or planning on a shorter engagement, don't fret! Flexibility on dates or considering unique or off-the-beaten-path venues can turn up some hidden gems, even at the last minute.

You’ll usually find the venue itself, catering, tables, chairs and linens, and often a dance floor where you and your guests can boogie the night away. And let's not forget the staff! Many packages provide a team of wait staff, bartenders, and on-site coordinators to make sure your day runs as smoothly as possible.
