It was originally built as a stucco home, in what was an area of parceled farms. Over time, the house was expanded and was eventually converted into a stone estate. The house fell into disrepair and in 1994, came into our guardianship. We have been working ever since to return it to its former glory. Stonehouse, with its arched windows, and open porches, would serve as a picturesque backdrop for any function. We have a luxurious indoor space that accommodates 70 guests. For weddings exceeding 70 guests your even takes place in a pristine Century Pole tent. *Stonehouse On The Hill requires you book one of our approved caterers for food and beverages for your event.*

Hyla Brook Estate is a stunning band new private 9 acre garden estate that offers breathtaking year round modern farmhouse events. We opened our barn doors in October 2024! The Pierce House, an architectural gem, is part of a stunning vintage estate, located on more than 30 tranquil acres of pastoral rolling lawns, woodlands, and ponds, less than 30 minutes west of Boston. Built in 1900, and located within the Historic District in Lincoln, Massachusetts, Pierce House has the distinction of being listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Respecting the wishes of John H. Pierce, who bequeathed the mansion and property to the Town of Lincoln, the venue welcomes the local community and beyond as a place for year-round recreation, weddings, corporate and social events, art shows, car shows, summer concerts, movie filming among others.

The 571-acre Scott Farm, a The Landmark Trust USA property, is home to 130 varieties of ecologically-grown heirloom apples and other fine fruits, a seasonal Farm Market, and the Apple Barn Event Center. All 23 buildings on the property are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. A popular wedding venue, the farm is surrounded by four authentically-restored historic year-round vacation rental properties accommodating up to 22 guests—one of which is Rudyard Kipling’s Naulakha where he penned the Jungle Book. The Stone Trust Education Center, located in the 1862 Barn, showcases beautiful, unique dry-stone wall installations around the property. The Apple Barn accommodates up to 120 guests, has a commercial kitchen, three restrooms, one is wheelchair accessible. Glen Magna Farms is an elegant country estate with four restored gardens created during the 144-year occupancy by the Peabody and Endicott families. The estate, named after the Endicott family’s ancestral home in England, is an outstanding example of Colonial Revival architecture and its harmonious union with the landscape. Statuary, urns, fountains and garden pavilions embellish perennial, annual, shrubbery and rose gardens. Once the summer home of the Peabody & Endicott families, Glen Magna Farms is an ideal setting for wedding ceremonies & receptions, photo shoots and other special occasions. The grand Colonial-Revival mansion is nestled on 11 lush acres of a country estate that contain award –winning formal gardens and the Derby Summer House – A National Historic Landmark.

This Victorian treasure was built in the late 1880s, and originally served as the county courthouse. It’s been lovingly restored, and boasts a two-story theater space with an exquisitely embellished ceiling and wraparound mezzanine balcony. In the warmer months, ceremonies may be held in Centanni Courtyard. This airy outdoor space continues the historic feel of the Arts Center with lawns, a large arbor, and brick pathways.
