About this venue
The Pierce House, an architectural gem, is part of a stunning vintage estate, located on more than 30 tranquil acres of pastoral rolling lawns, woodlands, and ponds, less than 30 minutes west of Boston. Built in 1900, and located within the Historic District in Lincoln, Massachusetts, Pierce House has the distinction of being listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Respecting the wishes of John H. Pierce, who bequeathed the mansion and property to the Town of Lincoln, the venue welcomes the local community and beyond as a place for year-round recreation, weddings, corporate and social events, art shows, car shows, summer concerts, movie filming among others.

Elegant & Historic
Encompassing 30 acres of manicured grounds and forest, this beautiful estate has various options for indoor and outdoor weddings. Their tent space can accommodate between 170 and 200 guests depending on setup. Additionally, the mansion’s interior contains four open rooms accommodating up to 75 people, suitable for a cocktail hour or reception. Upon arrival, guests can enter the grand foyer, which is adorned with a stately chandelier, vintage rug, and antique grandfather clock. Uniquely decorated rooms feature sophisticated wooden floors, period fittings, and working fireplaces. The property also displays a large brick patio which can also be set up as required.

The rental of the Pierce House includes an 8 hour rental (2 hour set up, 5 hour event, 1 hour breakdown). The house also has (2) Two 8ft tables, (6) Six 6ft tables, (2) Two 4ft Tables, 37 Maroon cloth folding chairs, 10 grey cloth folding chairs, 5 restrooms, WIFI, Parking, and assorted antique tables for your use. The Pierce House hosts one event per day, so each client can personally customize their own unique experience!

We loved our Pierce House Wedding
My wife and I both knew we wanted to choose the Pierce House as soon as we visited and we are so glad we did. The ability to choose all of the other vendors - to customize - really made it feel like OUR wedding. Jenn was a delight to work with from start to finish and helped us make sure all the other vendors knew what was what and where to go. It is a lovely place with character and really makes you feel like it's your home for the day. We had an offsite ceremony but when we arrived the cocktail hour was great, people flowing in and out of the house. We took pictures on the lawn and the grounds have plenty of space for people to spread out, mixing and mingling indoors and out. After dinner the dancefloor under the tent was packed. The tent being already there with some lighting included is really a great value that makes this also one of the more affordable venues in the Greater Boston area. But really Jenn is the star and having someone so awesome to work with made this venue an 11/10.

Beautiful Venue!
We chose the Pierce House for our May wedding and could not have been happier! We passed the house on a bike ride and just knew we had to get married there. Jenn was a dream to work with. She was incredibly kind and accommodating, and she worked seamlessly with our vendor team. The day of the wedding, she was such a calming and supportive presence, which really set the tone for a relaxed and wonderful day! The venue itself is amazing. We had our ceremony by the pond, cocktail hour on the porch, and our reception in the tent under the twinkle lights. It was an absolutely perfect day and was more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. Thank you Jenn!

Jenn is amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly both before and on the day of our wedding. Pierce House itself is a lovely space. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding venue and highly recommend Pierce House.

Magical Wedding Venue
Jenn, the property manager at Pierce House, was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout our wedding planning process. She has a caring, kind, and welcoming demeanor that makes you feel like you've known her forever. Her dogs Remy and Cleo are also the cutest assistants. The raw, flexible space at Pierce House is truly beautiful and has a warm, homey feel that we loved and our guests loved. From the moment we toured the venue, we fell in love with the space and Jenn herself. She was so patient, kind, and helpful - we felt like we gained a friend through this experience. I could not recommend Pierce House more highly for anyone looking to get married. The venue is a truly special and magical place. Can't recommend the Pierce House more highly!
Jenn at the Pierce House was one of the first people we met in planning our wedding, and her warmth instantly made us feel welcome and at ease. Between signing our contract and our big day, Jenn’s dedication became even clearer. We were particularly impressed by two things: First, Jenn spearheaded major property improvements, including beautiful landscaping updates, upgrades to the Pierce House kitchen (minimizing our caterer’s equipment needs), and polished repairs to the interior, which made the venue truly shine. Second, she partnered closely with our wedding planner, Allie from CityLux, solving challenges with impressive flexibility. Jenn quickly became a trusted confidant and friend to Allie, something that meant a lot to us. On the day of our wedding, Jenn’s joy and excitement were evident. It was clear she was fully engaged in the festivities, something we imagine could be rare given how many weddings she manages. When some last-minute challenges came up with our caterer, Jenn worked seamlessly with Allie to handle everything, keeping us blissfully unaware and focused on our celebration. Jenn was truly a dream to work with, and we hope the Town of Lincoln recognizes what a gem they have in her. Because of her, and because of the natural beauty and classic charm of the space, we couldn’t recommend the Pierce House more highly!
