Jessica with Virtuous Endeavors was our day of coordinator and we couldn't have asked for anyone better! She gave us recommendations on vendors several months prior and then started helping with contacting our vendors a couple months out. She asked questions and made me think of things I never would have planned for. On the wedding day, she ensured that my vendors communicated with HER and not us. She truly went above and beyond and we are so happy we had her! We had an outdoor wedding on some family land so the planning and coordinating was even more of a challenge than usual and Jessica did absolutely incredible. Melissa was my main point of contact leading up to my wedding day. She was incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, organized, and professional. She made me feel so much less stressed because I knew I could rely on her to make sure everything was on track. Our venue was also difficult to communicate with so Melissa took over all communications with them so I didn't have to deal with the stress. On my wedding day, both Melissa and Deliece were there to coordinate the day. They had an incredibly detailed and organized day-of schedule (that they shared with our families and entire bridal party prior to our wedding too!), and there were zero issues that came up on the day that I was aware of because Melissa and Deliece made sure that everything ran smoothly and that me and my husband felt stress-free and could enjoy our wedding day. I'm a very type A person and still found a wedding planner incredibly useful. They help you with every single detail and our regular check-in calls were so helpful. We hired Stacey in early 2020 to be a Month-Of-Coordinator for our October 2020 wedding. From the beginning, Stacey was one of the most responsive, helpful wedding coordinators that I reached out to. She offered great advice, explained the importance of having a Day-Of coordinator even if your venue happens to have one, had vendors to recommend, and was determined to bring our vision to reality, even while COVID-19 started to take over. Well, we all know how 2020 went, so when we ultimately decided to postpone our reception to 2021, Stacey remained in our corner throughout the decision and ultimately helped us to weigh the pros and cons of postponement. Then, throughout 2021, Stacey reached out around once a month to ensure we were on track with plans. She helped us to secure final vendors, review contracts, craft a perfect day-of timeline, ran our rehearsal, and made us feel incredibly confident that our big party would go off without a hitch. Stacey also has a keen eye for event styling, so we were able to trust all of our complicated decor to her and her team for set up the morning of the wedding, and she flawlessly coordinated a last-minute rain plan (which we made, and then with every miracle, didn't actually need!) She coordinated with all of our vendors, worked seamlessly with the in-house team at our venue, was warm, professional, and an invaluable asset to have running the biggest party of our lives. As a former stage manager and a bit of a control freak, having Stacey at our wedding was invaluable. If anything went wrong, I had no idea because of Stacey's magic touch.

I highly recommend Charissa and her team if you're looking for a wedding coordinator/planner! She is so professional, organized, and just the nicest person ever. We had so many questions and worries but Charissa helped us feel at ease throughout it all. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND on the day of the wedding... literally hauling extra chairs with her throughout the botanic gardens so we could get our photographs!! LOL! You can just tell how much she cares about her clients and we so appreciated the effort. We also had Kevin on her team set-up the decor at the venue and they did an amazing job -- we were blown away when we arrived! We got tons of compliments from our guests at how lovely the entire wedding was and I know we could not have pulled it off without Charissa / Simply Loved Weddings!!

Run - don't walk - to work with Jasmin! I'm eternally glad that we had Jasmin to help us create a wonderful wedding day. Jasmin is extremely talented, thoughtful, and kind, which I learned are essential but not common qualities you need in your wedding vendors. While I shared my ideas and inspiration with her, the day-of creations were so much better than I could have imagined. She managed to capture our vibe so much so that I left a lot of final detailed decisions completely up to her. Everyone was complimenting our bouquets and centerpieces - even the staff at our venue who have seen plenty of different arrangements. Our table numbers were in perfect tiny little pumpkins. With our wedding in October, Jasmin managed to capture the "feel" of leaves changing colors and even included a variety called "Coffee Break" which tied into our coffee-related hashtag. Jasmin also designed our photobooth backdrop which was a huge hit. It's this level of detail and attention that Jasmin brings to her work that is unbelievable. Jasmin was at our venue early to set-up, and then returned again to pick up the flowers & decor late at the end of the night at which time my parents were thrilled to finally meet her. Leading up to the wedding, she was very communicative via e-mail and was responding promptly to all my questions. I 1000% enthusiastically recommend her to any future couples - do not wait to reach out to her!

I would highly recommend that anyone getting married either at a venue or on your property use a coordinator so that you can relax on the day and feel assured that all will go to plan. Kayce is very experienced, knows what works and what doesn’t and fully takes charge to get the job done. People don’t generally follow directions at events and Kayce made sure that we stayed on schedule and didn’t have any regrets after the big day. The Deets: I finally reached out to Kris about a month before my wedding and I was just a total wreck. There were too many moving parts, too many emails, too many things to follow up on and just NO time between work and life to handle it all. Kris calmly talked me through things to figure out where I was at, what my vision was and what was left to do. I really would not have gotten through that last month, or even the day of, without her. She took over setup of my DIY photo booth and this balcony space I just didn't know what to do with. Kris made that space and photo booth such an oasis, just what I wanted! Her inventory of props and creative experience created such a fun glow-up and relieved such a big burden from my shoulders. Kris is organized, communicative and just so much fun to talk to. She took charge of my vendors and communicated with my venue seamlessly. She worked hand-in-hand with the venue coordinator on such short notice and I really, really can't thank her enough. The Day of Company was so amazing to work with! Joanna was so organized and helped us throughout the entire wedding planning process and made us feel super secure that we weren't forgetting anything. On the day of we had Angela as our wedding coordinator, and I honestly don't know how she did everything. From setting up our florals/candles/everything else just how I envisioned, to making sure everyone was where they needed to be at the correct time, she was perfect! Hiring Sarah for our wedding at Battello was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From our very first meeting, we could tell she geniunely cared about our vision and wedding experience. We fully looked forward to speaking with her for our official touch points. Her communication style flexed towards your personal style. We spoke with her on all forms of communication - from phone, text, email, in person - any question big or small, Sarah was there to support us. She eased the wedding planning stress and anxiety that allowed us to have the best day ever. Sarah is very detail oriented and would bring up the little things we forgot about or did not even know to think of. On the day of the wedding, Sarah was extremely helpful and supportive. She coordinated with all of our vendors throughout the whole process and constantly gave us recommendations for the overall wedding experience. We didn't have to lift a finger or worry about if something on our list (that Sarah created for us) was done - Sarah and her team had already done it! Some of the MANY things that Sarah did for us: reviewed all of our contracts before we signed them, picked up and dropped off our wedding items (from an hour away for some items), bustled Danielle's 20 point ballgown bustle, bustled reception dress as well, dropped off bridal bouquet and centerpieces to be preserved to two separate vendors, put together our timeline, wedding party communication, distributed our gratuities, helped us execute our vision of the Filipino traditions, dropped off wedding items back in our place after the wedding. we noticed she had alarms on her phone for every item to ensure nothing was missed - the attention to detail was impeccable! We would highly recommend Sarah and honeycomb prince weddings to anyone that is planning a wedding. Just book them now!!!!

WedWell is the best event planner I've worked with in my 12-year career as a wedding DJ.
