Ashley was a dream to work with!! My husband and I had both been married before but it had been awhile since we planned a wedding and one at our home on top of that. When our work schedules got busy we knew she was working behind the scenes and when we had our monthly zoom meetings it was fun, easy and full of laughter. Our wedding was 80 people in our backyard and Ashley managed everything so well. We were never bothered with questions and were able to get ready with no stress. Timeless Events is a hidden gem in Portland. I and my fiancé belong to different cultures and when we were planning our wedding, I wanted to have decor that reflect my culture. There are only few options for south Asian vendors in Portland area. At some point, we were thinking to hire someone from Seattle or California for our wedding events by paying hefty travel fees. But luckily our planner found Harini. She did our Haldi, mehendi, Sangeeth and wedding mandap. All her creations are breathtaking. Even our guests were raving about the decor as they were surprised to see decor that is so rooted to our culture. All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. When it came to the month-of and week-of meetings, she had all of the right questions to help us make sure we had everything together and ready for her to take over. On the day-of, she kept everything on schedule, and worked out any kinks we had while not letting it impact the flow and experience of the wedding. Andy and her team are amazing!! After being part a wedding with a terrible planner and seeing the impact, we knew we had to hire someone top tier and Andy is just that! From the start, we knew we were in excellent hands with her amazing energy, spreadsheets, and deep well of experience. We had a pretty large, complex wedding and Andy thought of absolutely every last detail, right down to how long it would take to light 300 candles (!!). Friends kept asking if we were stressed leading up to the wedding and we could honestly say no with Andy running things. The wedding itself was incredibly well run with no hiccups and a perfectly budgeted timeline. Do yourself a massive favor and hire Andy to plan and/or coordinate your wedding, no matter the size. You'll be so grateful you did!
