My wedding took place at the Amala Sanctuary (formerly Sanctuary Event Space) in Austin, TX on October 17, 2025. We were very fortunate that the 3 of Cups team is very familiar with this venue and has hosted numerous weddings there. The team knows the ins and outs and has a great relationship with venue management, making communication a breeze. I wanted a magical, enchanting, celestial themed wedding with various crystals as decor and the team delivered exactly what I asked for. It turned out lovely and beautiful! Jessica and Katrina were there to answer my questions by email anytime I needed. 3 of Cups has a very organized and efficient way of doing things and their google doc spreadsheets are thorough and a lifesaver. There are so many fine-tuned details about things you could fail to think of, that’s why 3 of Cups is a must. They delivered task-related timelines to keep me on track, took an inventory of all my decor, and worked with my vendors to create a seamless timeline. Jessica is who I met with for all my planning meetings and each meeting she was friendly, informative, and professional. My favorite part of my wedding day was being given the time to enjoy mingling with my guests and the ceremony itself. I can’t stress enough how valuable the 3 of Cups team is and how smooth they helped the wedding day go. It wouldn’t have been such a wonderful day without them. Jessica, Katrina, and Carly kept all the parts moving, made sure my husband and I ate haha, and kept everything on schedule all with positive attitudes. Katrina bustled my dress for me and Jessica saved the day with a tide pen when we discovered I got a cut on my arm and bled on my dress! The best money that was spent throughout wedding planning was on this incredible coordinating team. I would recommend them to any bride in Austin and especially if you’re booking Amala Sanctuary. In addition to coordinating, I booked a DJ through the 3 of Cups team and had a great experience. Everything was played on cue and it sounded great.

She really understands the importance of being flexible for calls and texts, and responded promptly whenever I needed to get in touch with her. She was punctual, arriving to decorate the venue on time, as well as returning for clean up/ removing decorations. She provided my bridesmaids and I with beautiful bouquets as well as boutonnières for the groom and groomsmen. She executed my decorations flawlessly. Their communication style was laid back yet extremely organized and easy to work with, which made planning our wedding so easy and took the stress out of everything. The quality of their work and the overall value they provided was amazing - our wedding day was absolutely beautiful and so much fun for us and all of our guests. They helped plan everything and guided us with recommendations and suggestions that fit our vision and budget, including coordinating all of our other vendors from the venue to food and drinks to florals and decorations and hair & makeup, the officiant, photographer and the DJ and every little detail of the day you need - including some things we had never even thought of for the ceremony itself and so many other things! I loved how many options they gave us to really customize our day - we had fire dancers perform after dinner and even a churro cart! They really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we dreamed of and we were so impressed and happy with how everything turned out - I could go on and on! We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planning experience!

Kristi was highly recommended to us by a friend. Sure enough, we absolutely loved having Kristi as our day of coordinator. For family reasons, we planned our wedding in Austin while living in Chicago. Kristi made this process incredibly smooth - offered planning guides/resources, diligent in answering any questions I had while researching/booking vendors, and the handoff/coordinating day of was seamless. She always worked within our budget and helped find solutions that was affordable for us. I have no idea still if anything actually gone wrong the day of! Our wedding was a multi-location event (St Austin and Allan House) and she was present/early/helpful for all of it. She was thoughtful in making the schedule and had great communication with the vendors. Honestly over and beyond. We are so thankful to have had her by our side!
