“We booked George to capture our wedding day at an outdoor venue in northern MA. As a photographer myself I have high standards when it comes to photos, so I was very selective when making my choice. But I'm happy to report that we made a great choice with George as his work is top notch. Before the wedding we had 2 phone calls to plan out the many scenes we'd want him to capture. We also shared some light guidance on editing style, which he happily incorporated. On the day of the wedding George arrived promptly (early even, which was good) despite the fact he was driving many hours from CT. George did a great job making people feel comfortable in front of the camera. He seemed very experienced as throughout the day he seamlessly transitioned from the foreground to the background as needed. He was never in the way, but always nearby and ready to jump in and capture whatever was happening. He also captured a variety of types of shots, from the wide, establishing shots to the perfectly composed closeups of intimate moments - with lots of extra detail shots and plenty of candids too. For the ceremony in particular, he displayed his great eye and quick reaction time to document every moment and every angle, including crowd reactions. He came well prepared too with 2 Sony mirrorless cameras and a large off-camera flash to ensure even lighting. From our 8-hour shoot he provided over 1,400 fully edited photos (each 61MP) via a Google Drive download link. We were extremely please with the quality and speed of our portfolio (fully delivered within 2 weeks). On top of that, George happily provided me with the full edited portfolio in TIFF file format, per my request. The file sizes are much larger so I gave him a 512GB USB drive which he loaded and shipped back to me. I really can't say enough good things about George. So just book him now and I know you'll be pleased with the results!”

Our work kicked off together during an engagement shoot at Coney Island. She went above and beyond-driving 5 hours from the Hudson Valley to meet us at our dream location. We spent the night together, and she never made us feel like we were on the clock. Jess is truly so generous with her time. Our wedding day was of course, even more special. Taking photos with my husband, Jess, and her brilliant second shooter were some of the best moments of our day. More than that though, she captured how the night felt. The photos weren't overly posy, but rather showed off how much fun and excitement there was for the entire night. I think one of the best things I can say about Kathryn is that she really made a point of figuring out HOW we wanted her to photograph the wedding and delivered. As I wrote above, we wanted the photographs to look great, but mostly just capture how the wedding felt and she delivered on that 100%. Also, as much as she made sure we were leading all the decision making, she really knew her stuff and took things off of our plate where we could.
