“I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. “We absolutely LOVED working with Justine at Mills Memories for our special day! Justine went above and beyond at every step of the way for us. We knew we needed a coordinator for the day of, but Justine met with us about once a month for almost a full year leading up to the wedding. She made sure we were staying on track with all the to-dos and even provided a checklist for us to work through. The week of the wedding she was on top of everything. All of our other vendors sang her praises and we can confirm, working with Justine made our whole wedding day so much smoother. She also came to our rehearsal which was a huge help, not only because it was great that she knew how everything at the church should go on the day of, but also because I had a wardrobe malfunction and she was there to help my matron of honor sew me into my rehearsal dinner dress. To top it all off, when we were going through the cards from our wedding night, we found the sweetest card from Justine, which was such a beautifully kind gesture. “This review took me a while to write, but we used Hannah Elizabeth Events for our wedding on May 25, 2025. I can truly say that my wedding could not have gone as smoothly as it did, without them. Hannah was incredibly kind, professional, and amazing over the phone during our preliminary calls. She managed to create a timeline for our day and organized everything with all of our vendors to keep everyone on track and the same page. She thought of things that I did not, and would not, even think of. She also ensured that I stayed on track with the items I needed to accomplish, which was very helpful. For our actual rehearsal and wedding day, we worked with Emily. Emily and her assistant were absolute angels who helped to make our wedding the perfect day. They truly went above and beyond on our day. An example is that we were supposed to pick up all of our ceremony chairs (approximately 70 chairs) before sunset. When I started to collect people to help with chairs during the reception, Emily stated that she had already collected them and put them where they needed to be. She did not have to do this at all, but it took a huge weight off our shoulders and allowed us to fully enjoy our reception. They also stayed after the wedding ended to help us clean up and get everything finalized for the venue. Overall, the staff from Hannah Elizabeth Events went above and beyond for our day, and I cannot say enough good things. Their price was affordable for all of the services that they provide, and the quality of their work. I don’t think I could have picked a better planning company. They are so knowledgeable and are willing to go above and beyond to make your wedding day perfect. If you are on the fence about getting a month of/ day of coordinator, I would absolutely recommend it. I don’t think my day would have been as successful as it was, and I would choose Hannah Elizabeth events again and again.”

Every obstacle we ran into the day of she handled, half of the time without me even knowing there was an issue in the first place. “Erin & the Ryan Plus Planning team are absolute rock stars! From the first conversation I had with Erin, I knew we had to work with her for our wedding in the home stretch (4/5 months prior to wedding date). While we had already booked the big vendors, I felt unsure of how to bring all the finer details together - from design & timeline, to vows, to marriage license & event insurance, to suggested officiant license website for our friend. And Erin made it so easy & fun! The amount of times I had folks ask me if I was feeling stressed, and I was sincerely able to respond, "No, I have an amazing wedding coordinator!" “Elizabeth at E&A Events was the PERFECT solution! I engaged her right away and used her Day of Coordination package which was honestly SO affordable and SO MUCH help to me and to the bride. She worked with us in preparing for the wedding, solved all of our concerns and unknowns as she is so familiar with weddings and how things “should go” and what pitfalls to be aware of. She was very flexible and all about working with my daughter’s vision for the wedding day, including helping with updates to timelines etc. On the day of, even though the venue provided a “coordinator”, it was so necessary to have someone there who was all about me as the mother of the bride and all about the bride and her day. Elizabeth was all over the venue throughout the ceremony and reception, making sure things were being handled and staying on track with our wishes; if there was any issue, she was on it and this allowed me to relax and enjoy the day! Hands down - the best part of the entire support that Elizabeth provided was offered AFTER the event ended; she stayed long after and made sure that all the centerpieces were broken down and all of the decor was stashed away in one place so we could easily go pick it up the following day. And this was packing up centerpieces with 28 floating candles on two separate floors — I was having nightmares of having to empty all those vases, but Elizabeth made it so easy! She is friendly, organized and persistent — there is no reason whatsoever to not invest in her support for your wedding or any event — but especially a wedding … this one day can be so expensive - she ensures that nothing goes wrong and you can just enjoy your special day. HIGHLY recommend her!”

“We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked!
