I cannot recommend Gina enough! She was so on top of everything. She regularly checked in with us and made sure we were on schedule for an entire year leading up to our wedding, and I oftentimes forgot she had clients other than us because she was so attentive. Any time there was a problem with a vendor, Gina was swooping in to save the day. She got us upgrades with our hotel and truly had our best interest in mind throughout this entire process. I cannot imagine planning a wedding without her, she was such a huge help. I remember as I was arm and arm with my father, about to walk down the aisle I heard a baby start screaming (despite instructing guests that this was a child-free wedding). It was my turn to walk and I said, "Gina wait! there's a baby crying" and I'll never forget, she said "Don't worry, I put it in the elevator! You're good!" (with it's parent of course lol) One of the best decisions I made for my wedding was choosing Lucid events.

I was a very panicky and stressed out bride and they guided me through every step and even took the time to calm me down. They are the reason our day ran so perfectly. They are a well-oiled machine. I trusted them with everything and I cannot recommend them enough. We truly felt Iike VIP throughout the whole day. Anything we wanted was always done and never doubted or questioned. We were sad after our wedding day but not because our wedding was over, but because we wouldn’t have a reason to go to the venue and see or speak to the team anymore. Months, and sometimes years, of hard work are put into building a celebration – hopefully with lots of champagne toasts and happy tears along the way!

Hiring Ohana and working with Sonya was easily the best decision we made while wedding planning. I was hesitant to hire an outside coordinator because we had a venue coordinator, but the venue coordinator does not do nearly the amount that Ohana does. Hiring Ohana is a NEED. I was first introduced to Danielle and we instantly connected. I felt she understood my vision and wanted to help create our dream wedding. We were lucky enough to be assigned to Sonya for the 90-day coordination package and she was the kindest, most patient, and organized planner. She responded quickly to emails and answered all of my questions, she took over communication with vendors and relieved much of the planning stress, she provided detailed checklists and kept me on track. She also created a detailed by the minute itinerary for the entire weekend for us, our vendors, and a shorthand version for our bridal party which was extremely helpful. Our wedding day was seamless with no hiccups and I can honestly thank Sonya for that. She made sure to keep the day moving on schedule, communicated with all of the vendors, and made sure to check in with me often. Even wedding guests and our parents gave raving reviews for Sonya. My husband and I agree that hiring Ohana and being able to work with Sonya was the best investment we would do all over again, and we recommend them to everyone. I wish I had hired Sonya sooner! Best wedding coordinator of all time. It is true, Ohana means family, and that is exactly how the team treats you.

Nathalie delivered above and beyond our expectations! We came to her with A LOT of ideas that went outside of the normal routine for a wedding, and she accommodated every whim while also making every detail more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. It rained all day up until 30 minutes before our ceremony and somehow we still had dry cushions and wedding favors on every chair for the guests the moment our ceremony needed to begin.
