    Professional wedding planner service

    Our experience working with Events by Tahimy for our wedding was excellent. Tahimy and her team were extremely efficient, professional, and organized throughout the entire planning process. They were supportive, attentive to detail, and ensured everything was completed in a timely manner. Tahimy supervised her crew to make sure all the seating arrangements were correct and took care of all the details we requested. The communication between Events by Tahimy and our family was always clear and timely, and they made sure we did not miss any deadlines with the vendors.     GREAT

    Tahimy was very helpful. I had her as a day of coordinator and she was very helpful in reminding me what I needed to do before the day to make sure I wasn't missing anything. The day of was a little hectic but she and her assistant were really organized and everything came out perfect. They helped with set up at the ceremony space and the venue. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

    Tahimy was an angel

    Events by Tahimy was a dream to work with for our wedding. From the start, their communication was efficient, caring, and they remained highly involved throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work and value was unmatched - they were prompt, organized, and paid incredible attention to every last detail. Tahimy and her team decorated our reception space so beautifully that I didn't have to worry about a single thing on the day of. Venue and vendor availability may be more limited, so we recommend starting as soon as possible, ideally 12 months in advance. Still, with the right support, we can prioritize the essentials, book top vendors, and organize everything to create a beautiful event within your timeframe.
A great planner handles every detail so you don’t have to. Thanks to established vendor relationships, planners can often secure better rates than you’d get on your own, potentially saving you money in the long run. Plus, we manage all the behind-the-scenes logistics, so you’re free to relax and enjoy your day without the stress.
Over the years, we’ve built strong relationships with venues, DJs, photographers, Florists, etc,. Because we don’t take referral commissions, we can pass along our discounted rates often 10% or more off standard pricing. Our volume and history with these vendors means we can secure deals you might not get on your own.
Ideally, you’ll start with an event planner and designer, then choose a venue, and move on to catering and bar services. Next, secure your florist, photographer, and officiant/priest. Finally, book your DJ, MC, and entertainment. Of course, many couples already have a venue before contacting us, and that’s perfectly fine. As long as you reserve vendors well in advance, the exact order for the last few can be flexible.
