DETAILS was founded in 2018 by two seasoned wedding and event specialists, our company was built on the belief that two brains are better than one. As we searched for the perfect name, we kept coming back to “the details”—not just the look and feel of an event, but the behind-the-scenes logistics that make everything run seamlessly. We are a small boutique company and make it a point to be available to our clients. We are extremely organized and pride ourselves on detailed timelines. We also love the design aspect of the event and make sure our creativity shines with each specific client.

DETAILS is a true partnership — two professionals, each with more than 20 years of experience, working side by side on every event we take on. We believe that logistics and aesthetics deserve equal attention; one without the other is only half the job. While one of us is refining the timeline, the other is perfecting the final visual touch, so nothing is left to chance. Our clients tell us, time and again, what sets us apart: we stay calm no matter what the day brings, and we are always there when they need us.

Description

Comprehensive guidance from start to finish - from concept development, vendor negotiations and management, to design, logistics, and on-site coordination. Service begins upon contract signing with unlimited in-person meetings. Design Concept to help visually navigate the planning process. Your Event Lead will be available to you by phone or email at anytime during the contracted period.

For couples who have begun the process but wish for expert guidance to refine details and seamlessly bring everything together. Service begins upon contract signing. Five in-person meetings included: Initial venue visit to review contracted vendors, discuss event vision and review budget. Rentals selections to assist client in furniture and decor selections. Floral sample to finalize design. Tasting to finalize menu and day-of operations.

Perfect for clients who intend to plan most of the day themselves but want a professional team to execute their vision. Service begins 3 months before event date. Three in-person meetings are included: Initial meeting to review contracts provided by client. Please note, DETAILS is not responsible for hiring any vendors under the Event Coordination service. Final timeline review. Ceremony rehearsal.
