“From the very beginning of the planning process, Rhiannon at Heartbeat Events was incredible to work with. She’s thorough, organized, and communicates clearly, which made every step leading up to the wedding feel dialed‑in instead of stressful. As a DJ myself, I really appreciated that she’s also a DJ and built a timeline that was genuinely DJ‑friendly – easy to read, easy to follow, and clearly structured around what the music and audio would need to do throughout the day. She understood the flow of the event from a DJ’s perspective, so when the wedding day came, I always knew what was happening next and what she needed from me. The weather did not cooperate and the wedding was heavily rained out, but Rhiannon took special care to keep everything moving and to protect the couple’s vision. When we ran into a challenge with the microphones, she immediately brought in help from her friend Craig. Together they helped troubleshoot the situation and shared suggestions that have genuinely made my future weddings better because of the live‑sound knowledge they brought to the table. If you’re a wedding DJ, you could never want to work with anyone more than Rhiannon of Heartbeat Events. “We worked with Sloane as wedding photographers at a recent wedding where the ceremony was at the couple’s church and the reception was at Aurora Vineyards. Sloane and her entire SAS event planning team were such a joy to work with. Every time we spoke to the bride and groom leading up to the wedding day they would comment about how much hiring Sloane was taking all the stress out of the planning process and how thankful they were to have her expert guidance. Sloane was super organized and gave clear and helpful information leading up to the wedding day to all us vendors, making the day-of incredibly smooth. Sloane and her team were also exceptionally friendly and kept the whole day running on schedule- not an easy thing to do with a location change in the middle of the day! “Ashley of Blue Lark Events is a life saver. She helped me with venue research and day of services for a very reasonable fee. What I appreciated the most about Ashley is that she helped me stay organized. What I loved about Ashley was that she made some great suggestions and answered questions about what is common and she explained wedding trends. She saved me time, effort and money, as I otherwise would have made some decisions that were more expensive than were needed for the circumstances. One of the highlights of the wedding - that was loved by my guests and me - was Ashley's suggestion to do a photo bomb. Screw the photo both. You are the prop for people's photos. Stick the couple in the middle of the dance floor, play an upbeat song, and explain to everyone that they need to run behind the couple for a quick photo, taking turns. Rapid fire and in real time, those photos were hilarious. Folks grouped up for shots and couples jumped in our laps. Ashley also helped me source a really good photographer. What struck me the most was that I knew she was really great at her job after our various meetings over the course of many months, but my spouse didn't really interact with her much prior to the wedding. At the wedding he was like, "oh my God, Ashley has a sixth sense for whenever something is about to go wrong!" I was so smug - with a I told you so look in response. Be it a broken glass cigar ash tray that met the cement and is now attempting to ruin your shoes, an overturned umbrella making a run for it or that sound system that just is not acting as expected - she was there problem solving. After we got behind during the dinner speeches (which of course, she warned me about but I didn't police the speech writing), I lost all sense of control and LOVED IT. She was like you are dancing now, you are cutting cake now, you are photo bombing now - in much more rapid succession than had been planned. It was such a relief to just have someone handle us, as if we were celebrities getting ushered from one high profile moment to the next! Her quick action helped us make up time so that our guests weren't waiting around and so our vendors could be released on time. So why haven't you emailed Blue Lark Events yet? Do it now. PS - I included a picture that my photographer snapped right before the ceremony started. You can tell future hubbie needed to just be near someone and was regretting his decision to not have a groomsman wait with him. But it was fine, because Ashley's sixth sense was there. Always ready to calmly say what is about to happen and what will follow next. When I asked hubbie what Ashley said to him in this moment, he said, "I have no idea, but I guarantee you she was not freaking out like I was."”

“Where do I even begin? Sarah is not just my wedding planner, Sarah has become of my friends through this months-long wedding planning process. When I first reached out to SGS Events, Sarah sent me a questionnaire that made it clear she wanted to get to know me and my fiancé on a personal level. Sarah is professional, while being open. She is calm, while assertive when necessary. She leads with her heart and this is shown in the work she does. Sarah went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our day what it was. From venue changes to guest count changes to typical family drama and more, Sarah handled each pivot and new challenge with patience and understanding. What began as a 30 person dinner turned into a 55 person welcome party, ceremony, reception, and after party. Sarah is the reason it went off without a hitch. Her communication with me was so natural. She was always quick to respond to emails and sending voice memos helped keep us both updated throughout the busier times of planning. Planning with Sarah didn't feel like a chore, but an experience. This is what I desired as I wanted to be a little more in the weeds on design stuff, but I know Sarah could easily handle all of the design herself. She has a beautiful eye for decor and detail. We were working with a brand new venue and Sarah basically worked with the venue to create brand new spaces that fit our vision. Sarah designed a new ceremony space in a wooded area on the property and a custom reception space on the lawn. She also designed our table-scapes using pre-owned decor that she sourced (she has a passion for sustainability that aligned so well with my values). She is also a talented florist and did the florals for our rehearsal dinner. We got so many compliments on everything. I mean, Sarah simply nailed it. I can't say this enough. On top of all of this, Sarah is just a beautiful person. Inside and out, her passion and kindness shines through. She simply loves people and she cares for her couples deeply. As an Indian bride, I felt so seen by her. Her Mexican heritage and traditions brought an inherent empathy for fusion and international couples and the unique challenges and situations multi-cultural weddings entail. My advice to other couples: 1) Hire the vendors Sarah recommends. She knows her stuff and things are smoother when your vendors know and trust each other. She recommended our caterer and it was hands down the best wedding food we've ever had. She has so many amazing contacts. 2) Try to hire Sarah before you even have a venue picked. She can help you scout it helps when your vendors already know the location. 3) You almost certainly need more than a day-of coordinator. I can't imagine going through all of this without Sarah, and I "only" held a micro-wedding. Hands-down the best money we spent on our wedding was Sarah.”

“Delaney and her assistant Keziah went above and beyond to make sure our day was nothing short of magical! They made sure we ran on time (easier said then done with a bride who is late for everything), made sure we looked perfect for every photo, and most importantly made sure we had fun all night! “Zoe put in so much hard work leading up to the wedding and especially on the day of. She pulled off a huge afternoon tea wedding with grace, good cheer, and patience. Everything was just so beautiful, I didn’t want it to end! Every time I talk to my mama about what an incredible job she did she says Zoe never stopped working so quickly and efficiently the whole day!! From the moment I spoke with Zoe, I knew I wanted her to be the one to make my afternoon tea wedding reception come true! She is so kind and organized and quick to respond to questions. She made a timeline for the wedding and added teacups, teapots, and a cute cart to the timeline so it wasn't just text on white paper. She really is more of a months-before-coordinator instead of a day-of-coordinator. She responded to texts and emails quickly and helped me stay calm leading up to the wedding day. Zoe met me, my then future husband, my mama and dad, and our caterer at the bridge club about two weeks before the big day. She helped figure out where everything was going to go and had a contingency plan in case it rained (which it did) She timed out how long it would take for my parents to walk me down the aisle so we knew how long we could let the processional song play. On the big day, it was raining but that didn't spoil Zoe's mood or ability to put everything together in a timely manner. She worked alongside our tea service person to set 14 tables with different color tablecloths, mismatched teacups, saucers, bread plates, luncheon plates, 3-tiered stands, water glasses, coupe glasses, napkins, decorative books, table numbers, bud vases, and wedding favors for 52 people. She also set-up our welcome table with bread and butter, water dispensers, guest book, and library card catalog for the seating chart. In addition to all this, she made sure I had my bouquet and was ready to walk down the aisle on-time, played the 3 different songs we had for the ceremony, and wrangled the guests to be seated and placed our floral arrangements on either side of the alter. During the afternoon tea she poured water, Prosecco, and sparkling apple cider for everyone. She played our Spotify playlist from her phone and brought out the wedding cake for us to cut. Once the reception was over, she and our tea server packed up all of the items so our Taskrabbit person could take everything back to our condo. She did this so quickly and efficiently and told me and my husband we didn't need to help. I really don't think we could have pulled off such a huge event without her!! Oh! and she was so sweet during the getting ready portion of the day, she gave me a glass teapot ornament as a wedding day gift (((*warm fuzzies*)))”

“Aisle Daisy is the perfect hire for your wedding planning/floral needs! From the very beginning, Kayla's communication style was super communicative, professional, responsive, and she was super easy to get along with. She always made me feel really comfortable throughout my planning process and never made me feel like I was crazy throughout the whole thing (even though I felt like it lol). She was incredible to work with, always available when I needed her and making me feel supported and confident leading up to the big day. The quality of Kayla and work and attention to detail was nothing short of amazing - Kayla and her team, Ryleigh, executed our vision with perfection, creating a beautiful and carefully curated event. The florals were absolutely stunning, straight out of a magazine, and the table execution was better than I could have ever imagined. Genuinely felt like I was living a fairytale and I never wanted the day to end! Although there were a few minor hiccups throughout the day (as is typical for any wedding), Aisle Daisy handled everything seamlessly behind the scenes so my husband and I literally had no idea - which is exactly what you want from your wedding coordinators/florists and all of your vendors. “Jodie is the best!! My wedding was in June of 2021 and I still look back on how awesome Jodie was for our wedding planning needs! She is super knowledgeable about EVERYTHING. She helps you think of the tiniest details that are easy to forget. She was there for all of our vendor calls and always had everything well planned out! She created a month by month itinerary which helped us stay on track. Anytime we had to pick our next vendor for something she would have a call with us to understand what our needs were for that specific vendor and then go back and do research to compile a list of top 3-5 vendors that match our needs and gives pros/cons for each one. She makes sure they’re all in our budget but doesn’t show us the prices upfront so we don’t automatically pick the cheapest or most expensive and actually pick with our hearts. Once we’ve narrowed down to 2-3 vendors then we see prices and helps us pick! This made sure we had the day we truly wanted. Not only was she great leading up but she was amazing day of! There were a couple of hiccups on our venue’s end but Jodie made sure everything was taken care of so that we weren’t stressed. She is truly the best!!!! Would for sure recommend to everyone!!”
