Nova Photos was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Their communication style was easy, clear, and very understandable, which made the whole process seamless. The quality of their work was priceless, invaluable, and excellent - they truly captured the essence of our special day. Hiring Eivan’s for our wedding was a great decision! Our photographer Gregory I was professional and FUN! He kept us smiling throughout the day with his quirky personality! My fiancé does not care for photos so I’m happy we had someone working with us who could make him comfortable. He made sure to get multiple images even if it was just “one more”, it was never one more! We had actually hired a different photographer and we replaced him with this company. Worth the stress and money! If I had any tips for the company, it would be to have your photographers give a 30 minute warning before their contracted time is up. Weddings are so busy for the bride and groom, it is very easy to lose track of time. I think clients would appreciate a little heads up just so they can try and capture any photos they may have missed. Other than that, I have ZERO complaints. Such an amazing experience! 10/10 highly recommend :)

I have an amazing 4 year old son and my husband and I are newly married as of November 2022! I've been a professional photographer for about 8 years now enjoying every minute of it! I pride myself in noticing the little details of special moments that happen during your wedding day, things that in maybe 30 years from now you may not remember of the day.

Brook at Forever Frozen Photography was absolutely amazing. We really wanted to make sure our day was captured to the fullest, and Forever Frozen Photography worked hard to ensure they didn't miss a single moment. From our engagement photos to the big day, Brook's keen eye ensured every special moment was beautifully documented. As two of the most awkward people in front of a camera, Brook made us feel relaxed and natural, allowing us to truly focus on our wedding day rather than worrying about the photography. We are thrilled with the results and are so grateful to Forever Frozen Photography for their incredible service.

Hey, Im Grant. I'm a Madison, WI based wedding photographer who specializes in a documentary approach using both film and digital photography. If you want your wedding gallery to be uniquely yours (vs a Pinterest shotlist), then I'm your guy.

Awarded Best of Zola
WE LOVE GRANT. I can’t say it enough. I’ve been antsy for more of my friends and family to get engaged just so I can recommend Grant be their wedding photographer. We started with an engagement session with Grant, which felt just like a hang out (and that is EXACTLY what we wanted). We were dreading the engagement session, since this was our first time getting professional pictures taken, and we normally feel very awkward in front of a camera. Grant made it so easy and comfortable by playing music, joking around, asking questions, and prompting us to do certain things, so we never felt lost or posed. It also helped that Grant is hilarious- we were never told to “turn and face each other and pretend to laugh,” since we were basically naturally laughing the whole time already. For our wedding day, we hired Grant to shoot only with film, and boy did he deliver. There’s a sense of rawness and nostalgia to his film pictures, making them absolutely timeless. Each time I look through our gallery, I discover and love something new about each picture. He captured moments I didn’t even know that I wanted, but are now my favorite shots from that day. The day of your wedding, there are so many things going through your mind, so many questions being asked of you, and so many things you end up forgetting. Grant’s playful, yet confident energy constantly put me at ease. He knew when a joke was needed, when hair needed fixing, how to steam dresses (yes, he actually did that), how to deal with children, where to go and what to do at any moment, and when we just needed a break. To top it all off, Grant surprised me and my husband at the end of the night with a whole set of Polaroids he took of every big moment throughout the whole day (so thoughtful and special!!). I now have them all in a frame, illustrating our wedding so perfectly. It is VERY clear Grant is in this business because he loves it and is passionate about what he does. I was never hesitant to tell him my [particular/annoying] requests or opinions, because he was always open to hearing them and excited to take on a new challenge. I honestly wish I could just take Grant and his camera with me everywhere I go to capture all the big moments in my life. I will cherish our pictures forever, as well as our new friendship with him!

Hi, I'm Makenna, and I’m a Wedding + Lifestyle Photographer based in the Madison Metropolitan area! I am a midwest gal, born and raised, currently residing in Stoughton, WI. Most days you can find me hanging out with my best friend and husband, Chris, our daughter Scottie, and our dog, Sky. Other than my family and photography, I’m most passionate about music, dance and the arts in general. I’m also interested in clean skin care and beauty, sustainable fashion, supporting small businesses, and meeting/getting to know new people! I would love to get to know you more as a couple, and to photograph your wedding day!

Awarded Best of Zola
Makenna was super great to work with and I really hope to work with her again in the future. She was really respectful of my space when I was aiming to get certain video shots, but was also communicative anywhere on site with not only us videographers, but also with her couples. She even captured a few photos of us in action for us to use on our website, which was so considerate! Again, I really enjoyed working with Makenna and hope to again soon. She is excellent!

We are Ben and Katya, a husband and wife Wedding and Elopement duo based in Southern Wisconsin. We capture love stories, big and small, all over the midwest, and wherever our cameras take us. Our style is more candid/photo journalistic, so we strive to capture your natural emotions of the day. We want the laughter, the tears, the hugs, we want it all. And don’t worry if you consider your self awkward, we promise you aren’t, we’ve got you!

Phenomenal photographers and people. We were lucky enough to work with them for both our engagement shoot and our wedding. The pictures they captured of the candid moments were so perfect it brought me to tears. I’m so unbelievably happy that our day was captured so perfectly that I’ll be able to remember all the special moments for our lifetime and beyond. They work so perfectly together and they both were so naturally encouraging and shared our joy with us.

  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $2,000
  • Serves Juda, WI

I’m a wedding and elopement photographer for couples who want their day to feel real, relaxed, and completely their own. Whether you’re saying your vows on a mountaintop, in your backyard, at the courthouse, or surrounded by all your favorite people, I’m there to document it in a way that feels honest and true to you. My approach is documentary-style with gentle guidance when you need it, so you never have to worry about feeling awkward in front of the camera. I focus on the in-between moments, the big emotions, and the little details that make your story yours.

I gave Courtney a list of groups and family members I wanted included for my wedding photos, could not have been more pleased with the outcome. Not only did she get the photographs I was hoping to see; she also helped posed the whole group (if you have a husband you know)

The photography for our wedding day was one of the most important parts of our wedding day and we are so happy Caitlin was our photographer! We had to cancel our original wedding due to covid, and since our families live far away, we ended up having a ceremony with just me and my husband, and our two witnesses (a friend and my mother in law). It was so important to us to have photos to capture the day so we could share with our families and friends who could not be there. They all absolutely loved them- she captured the beauty and detail of even our small simple ceremony. Leading up to the day, Caitlin was responsive, kind, and professional. She made sure to check in and ask us what was important for her to capture on the day of and double checked logistics for the day. On our wedding day she did such a good job! She is down to earth and comfortable- it makes a difference when you feel at ease! She helped us figure out how to pose and got some really nice photos, and she also took some candid shots which are some of our favorites! the photos came our beautiful. When we were looking for photographers, I was drawn to Caitlin's work- she uses light in such a beautiful way. We were not disappointed with our photos! We highly recommend cjefko photography!!

Erika Diaz Photography
Rating: 5.0 (1 review)
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $4,000
  • Serves Juda, WI

My own love story makes my heart skip a beat, and that’s my inspiration for capturing yours. For me, photography started as a fun, creative outlet—but it quickly became a way to bottle up the most meaningful moments in life. I love freezing those moments in time that make us want to hit “rewind” or at least “pause” for a little while. The moments that make my heart skip a beat.

As a wedding vendor, I've had the pleasure of working with Erika many times on creative projects and wedding days and have never had anything but the kindest words for my time with her! She's attentive and warm with every person she meets. She captures intimate moments others miss and allows freedom in the day for authentic memories to happen naturally. You'll feel fully supported leading up to the day with check-ins, timeline creation and easing nerves to make the day run smoothly. Highly recommended to all my couples!

When I'm not photographing weddings, I enjoy hot yoga, paddleboarding, eating pasta and hanging out with my dog at the park.

Jenna is AMAZING! She was so easy to work with, and highly professional. My husband and I were drawn to the authenticity of her work, and we are so in love with our engagement and wedding photos! Jenna captured the genuine emotion of our wedding day, without any of the "cheesiness" that can be typical of wedding photos. On our wedding day, Jenna and her second shooter, Cody, were present to capture all our special moments, but it never felt crowded or overwhelming. We're also really glad that we went with the option to have a second shooter. We would highly

George Street Photo and Video provided excellent customer service! From the beginning, we felt that we mattered and weren't just another client in their books. The wedding coordinators were extremely helpful and very responsive (and in a timely matter). Our lead photographer Elyse was AMAZING! She made everything feels so comfortable. Our assistant photographer Jessica was also GREAT! Video, Rob was WONDERFUL! All three of them made us feel at ease with the process of everything and took the time to understand what we wanted. They all worked so well with our timeline, especially since we only had set aside a small amount of time for getting ready. Not once in the day did I feel uncomfortable or in the way of what they were doing. They made sure to check in with us when they could without it being too much, understanding that we were being pulled all over already. Pricing with George Street was very reasonable. They made sure to go over the package beforehand and did their best to accommodate our needs. They were very understanding to stress of making sure the timeline worked, and so patient working through it with us! I couldn't have picked a better Photo and Video company for our very important big day!

Original Weddings truly outdid themselves when it came to capturing our day — both in photo and video form! We opted for two photographers and one videographer, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We were initially told to expect our photos and videos within 4–6 months, but to our surprise, we received everything in less than two weeks after the wedding! Our lead photographer, Steve (or Steven), was wonderful — full of energy, creative, and so intentional with every shot he took. Aspen, our second photographer, perfectly captured all the little details and candid moments we might have missed. It was such a gift to see the empty room and venue shots that we didn’t get to take in during the day. Our videographer, Win (apologies if I’ve spelled that incorrectly), was equally amazing. He captured the joy, the laughter, and all the meaningful speeches that we’ll cherish forever. Original Weddings exceeded every expectation, and we highly recommend them. After researching and comparing multiple vendors, we found their pricing and quality to be unmatched. We loved working with them — and if we could re-hire them, we absolutely would!

We can't recommend OLAS enough! Our photographer, Victoria, was amazing—super bubbly and made us feel comfortable right away during both our engagement and wedding shoots. She was so fun to work with while remaining highly professional and knowledgeable. The variety in our photos was incredible, but some of my favorites were the natural ones that perfectly captured our personalities. The rest of the OLAS team was also fantastic, helping us develop a detailed timeline and sharing portfolios of potential photographers to choose from. We received our photos quickly, and they were beautifully edited and of exceptional quality. Be sure to check out OLAS—and definitely ask for Victoria!

Devyn was amazing throughout the entire process! We were so happy with all the photos (which she delivered in record time) as well as her presence at the wedding. She had the ability to blend in and I never felt like there was a camera in my face, which was very important to me. However, she didn’t miss a single shot and captured moments that I didn’t even know she was around. We are a bit stiff, but she was incredibly warm and friendly and helped us loosen up for formal portraits. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a discrete, creative and reliable photographer.
