“When you do the Partial Planning package, you are hiring a professional project manager who genuinely cares about your vision and can help guide you to make it a realty. We worked with Krista, who was direct and conversational, making it easy to ask questions and work through decisions together. She was extremely adaptable, staying flexible with our needs like scheduling meetings only after 7pm and helping us understand what's really important and what can be cut when making our Pinterest dreams come true on a budget. Her expertise with contracts and vendor relationships was also extremely helpful— she helped us understand what contract elements were boilerplate and what we needed to push back on. She also helped make sure we were considering the details we didn't even know to worry about, which gave us peace of mind throughout the planning process. The only feedback I have is that the email inbox set up can make it difficult to track correspondence chains, and that we had some issues being cc'ed on all correspondence with vendors early on. There were instances I wished I could shoot over a text to clarify something, but that privilege is reserved for the final month of planning- when things are actually urgent. On the day of, the coordination brings your dreams to life without you needing to think about anything but marrying the love of your life. Their photography background meant they structured our timeline in a way that helped our photographer capture every moment without us ever feeling rushed. We had a lot of moving parts-- horse and carriage ride, different location for ceremony and first look, full tent flip rain plan, different buildings for both brides getting married, 14 bridesmaids, 4 separate companies for rentals and 2 separate companies for bar and food-- and the Chantilly Lace team made sure everyone knew exactly what our vision was and how to pull it together. Mostest was super accommodating with getting me reassigned, replacing my original planner with Lanise within a day of me contacting them. Everything was smooth sailing from there on out! If you’re in Houston I highly recommend Lanise as a month-of coordinator! She consistently went above and beyond leading up to and on the day of my wedding. She is professional, organized, confident, and creative. I am a very Type A person, so it was important to me to have someone I could really trust with the details. Lanise sent detailed recaps with action items after each of our weekly meetings, was available over text when I had questions, smoothly handled vendor communications and even some family coordination for speeches, conducted venue visits, and did an AMAZING job decorating and keeping things moving on the day of. I came in with a pretty detailed vision and provided mockups of my table settings and special decor, but Lanise truly understood the assignment and executed it with such care and precision. I was blown away when I walked into the venue. She did not miss a detail! She was also just a fun and reliable presence throughout the night and even took what ended up being some of our favorite photos for us on her phone. Highly recommend!!!”

She also has her own inventory that you can rent items from which are A LOT cheaper than buying them. Depending on your package, you can use some items for free. OH and did I mention that her prices are EXTREMELY REASONABLE for the value and service that you will receive. She also is an extremely talented floral designer, so it was nice to not have to outsource another vendor for that. The day of, she was at the venue early to make sure everything was set-up perfectly, then broke down/cleaned up everything when we were done with the luncheon. Overall, she took a huge load off my shoulders when it came to everything that needed to be sourced and set-up for this event - I was very much able to enjoy the party and be a proper host, and didn't have to spend my nights and weekends with coordination leading up to the event.”

Shortly after our engagement, my (now) husband and I had just lost a family member, and she not only helped us with a payment plan that worked for us, but she made sure we never felt like we were being treated differently. She worked with me for a year - helping with vendors, keeping me sane, and bringing my vision to life. And on the wedding day? She did everything. My dress straps popped with every hug - she had safety pins ready. My bridesmaids didn’t have bustles, so she created them on the spot. We had a last-minute venue issue - she handled it. When the rain forced a ceremony flip, she reorganized everything in 10 minutes. We were late to almost every meeting, off-script half the time, and definitely a rowdy bunch, but Crystal never lost her patience. By the end of the night, she felt like family. If you’re debating hiring a coordinator-just do it. And make sure it’s Crystal. Best decision we made since getting engaged, hands down!”

“There are not enough words to describe how amazing this company is. We hired Haley Thomas as our month-of coordinator, and would HIGHLY encourage you to do the same. Haley is a wearer of all hats in the best way possible. She will make sure you have 0 stress the month of & especially day of your wedding, she’ll magically have all of the random details you forgot to plan for (and if she doesn’t have it, she finds it), she’ll pull out mousse and fix your grooms hair, and she’ll be extra patient/gentle/friendly with your family, friends, and even your 1.5 year old ring bearer. But brides, along with all of those things she will keep you sane & treat you like her best friend. She is extremely gifted at her job & please take it from me, you need her on your wedding day!!!!!”

To say she went above and beyond as a wedding planner is a complete understatement! She was extremely prompt, organized, and most importantly an amazingly fun person to work with who thought of some of the most minute little details that we would have completely overlooked, but made a huge difference day off. “We hired Jacinda for month/day of coordination and it was honestly the BEST decision we made while wedding planning! We got to work with Jacinda and LeAnna and they were absolutely amazing! They were so organized and easy to work with, we had full faith in them to help us execute the perfect day. Added plus, they are so fun to hang out with! LeAnna was on top of everything the day of, if something went wrong we have no idea. I was a DIY bride and LeAnna made my vision come to life! We also decided to sneak into the bridal suite for a private dinner (absolutely recommend doing that!) and LeAnna made sure the room was set so nicely for us, with little tea lights and everything.
