Throughout our time together, Gina made sure to get to know us as a couple, what made us comfortable, what our vibe was and that was so clear on our big day. Rain caused us to have a last minute change of our ceremony from outside to inside and she helped all the vendors to flip the space in record time. She decided what questions needed to come to me and which ones I didn't need to be bothered with because it would unnecessarily stress me out. As a bride, this was so important. We told Gina we wanted our wedding to be a giant dance party start to finish and her creative ideas and timeline helped us deliver just that. Gina went above and beyond, helping one of my bridesmaid's fix her hair at the last minute, finding us the most unique props for our dance floor (hello robot dinosaurs!) and even helped us to quietly remove a guest from the party who had had too much. Gina is THAT GIRL that every couple should have by their side at the wedding. She is so versatile, working with couples with a variety of tastes and styles and can fit in with any group. Our friends and family were all raving about her and we want to have another wedding, just to work with her again!”

“We were initially introduced to Wilder Minds Events after one of our friends recommended them to us for wedding planning. Aside from deciding on my husband, choosing Wilder Minds event planners was the best decision I made for my wedding. We started working with Delaney and right off the bat I knew we made the right decision—Delaney was attentive and quick to respond to any texts/calls/questions we had, although I didn’t know exactly how right my decision was until much later. About a week before the wedding we were faced with some extremely difficult decisions to make because of hurricane Helene. Our reception venue didn’t have power 24 hrs before the wedding and Delaney stepped up and was ready with several alternative options, providing us with peace of mind and reassurance every step of the way that she would do everything and anything within her power to make this wedding everything we had dreamt of it being. We ended up completely switching venues several hours before the welcome party started, and everything ended up being absolutely beautiful and unforgettable—all thanks to our amazing, kind and caring wedding planner Delaney and the wonderful, dedicated venders she had connected us with. “We hired Chrissy, as our Day of Coordinator, and overall, the experience was positive. She was incredibly nice and helpful, especially when it came to managing last-minute details. Chrissy stepped in seamlessly to take over everything I spent a year planning and handling unexpected changes, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. However, one area of improvement would be the level of attention to some of our must-have moments. We would highly suggest requesting a second announcement for the cake cutting, as there was so much cake left over from a 4-tier cake and guests wanted to take some with them. Additionally, we felt that we didn’t get as much exposure or focus as we had hoped compared to other couples, other than a picture of the blank balcony, but Chrissy was still able to help. “Working with Greta for our February 2025 wedding was a dream come true. From the moment we met with her (and even before we signed a contract with her) she was incredibly supportive and helpful. If you want someone who is going to take care of every detail before you can even think to ask about them, she's your girl. From our first call, my husband and I knew we would be working with her. She has such a calming demeanor but she's also incredibly resourceful and uses her knowledge and abilities to the max. Having no family in the area, I really had to lean on her for a lot more than I thought I might, especially when I was having issues with my wedding dress. She even came with me to pick it up the first time!! Greta has so many connections and really knows her stuff when it comes to weddings.
