    Passionate and caring

    I have had the pleasure of working with Karla and the fortes that I can underscore are her passion for what she does, her level of attention to detail, the care she gives to all her couples, and her honesty. In this business, that is what you have to look for. Think of her as a team member who listens to you, brings your dream to life, and eases the stressful journey towards your special day so it is all part of the beautiful experience of getting married. If I had to choose two words to describe her, I would definitely go with "dream team".

    Event Studio K is the best!

    Karla and her team are the best! We live in Scotland so Karla and her team did everything for us, from helping to secure the venue all the way through to on the day co-ordination. We had the most perfect day and it exceed all of our expectations. We couldn’t have done it without Event Studio K. Highly, highly recommend!

    Karla is THE BEST!

    Hiring a wedding planner ist the best decision you and your fiance can make for your big day! And it is important to hire the right one too.. With Karla and Event Studio K you will have found that! Working in the wedding industry I come to meet many vendors. I love working with Karla. She always gives 100% and becomes friends with her clients. She is professional, attentive, and creative. She helps navigate the overwhelming process of selecting vendors, choosing decor, and creating a cohesive theme. From the consultation to the final details, Karla will keep track and organize and you can lay back and enjoy your wedding day! Your guests will be blown away by the beautiful setting and personalized touches. I can’t recommend Karla enough and are so grateful for her friendship and in making it a beath of fresh air to work with! Can‘t wait for the next wedding with her!

We'd love to start working with you at any point in the process. However, we hope to start with our couples at the very beginning. This allows us to suggest the right Venue and vendors based on your desired wedding budget and to ensure that we are best able to maximize that budget according to your needs, wants, and must-haves. That being said, we're happy to assist you whenever you need support in your wedding planning journey.
Of course! We’re happy to pick up where you left off and coordinate with any of your current vendors to ensure every detail is accounted for as your wedding vision comes to life. We also have a list of preferred vendors. So, if there are vendors you're still looking to contract, we're happy to curate a list of potential options that match your budget, aesthetic, and personality.
If you can not fit in one of our packages, the best way to determine what level of support is right for you is by contacting us to schedule a discovery video call. Once we learn more about your vision, how involved you desire to be in the planning process, and more about the logistics of your Event, we can suggest the best option for you. We'd also be happy to customize a package based on your event needs.
A retainer is due upon signing the contract to secure your date. Depending on the package you choose, the remaining balance will be split up throughout the planning process, with the final balance due before the wedding day.
You’re welcome to increase the level of support at any point and upgrade to a more comprehensive package if you realize that you require more assistance with the planning process.
If there are additional services you need help with that aren’t outlined in your desired package, we’d be happy to add them in and create a custom package for you. Feel free to browse any of our add-ons to view the additional services that we provide.
Our goal is to be there for you throughout the entire process. You can schedule video and phone calls as needed, although we will regularly check in to ensure everything is going smoothly and no issues arise. In order to provide you with the best level of service, we have guidelines in place to streamline the communication process. This is to ensure whenever you reach out, we can respond with our full attention and make a note of any essential details mentioned during our conversation.
