I hired her just for day of coordination, and not only did she work with my budget, but she also gave me advice and recommendations throughout the planning process. She helped me think of things that weren’t on my radar, and took care of everything that I asked- and then some!! She helped me through a mini-breakdown and fixed me up when my makeup came off in the Texas heat/humidity, and she also hemmed my flower girl’s dress with her own emergency sewing kit that she brought. I got to work with Natasha and Taiya for my November 2025 wedding. This team is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend them to any couple who is preparing to host a wedding. TL; DR: However you want to celebrate your wedding, and whether you want to be super involved in planning or not, J4U is going to prioritize making your vision come to life. I actually came to J4U after a bad experience with another wedding planner we'd booked. In our introductory conversation, I found Natasha's cool confidence and willingness to listen to be refreshing. I also appreciated her excitement for my and my husband's wedding, something that was important to us as we wanted to work with someone who'd treat our special day with care. The J4U team has extensive experience running weddings effectively, which is certainly what you want. But you can also rest assured that these planners are committed to ensuring you and your partner aren't shoved into a mold of what your day is "supposed" to be. J4U has so many vendor contacts and organizational tools for its couples. They recommended a wonderful florist (Papparazi Glam), a DJ (Leonardo Event Group), a mariachi band (Mariachi Allende), and a bakery for us (Sweet Boom Bakery). Natasha also worked so well with the vendors that my husband and I found ourselves. Our photographers (The MacMeekens) repeatedly remarked how amazing Natasha is and that they loved working with them. So, however you approach building your vendor team, know that J4U will keep them organized. Finally, I want to gush about the timeline they created for us. So many people said our day would fly by, but J4U put a schedule together that felt so relaxed it could have been a normal Friday. My husband and I got to spend so much time together that day. It was a wonderful gift to be able to enjoy our special day. Throughout the entire planning process, my husband and I never felt rushed or pushed to make a specific decision. I can't thank J4U enough for the grace with which they handled the entire process.

Kelly was the BEST! And just what we were looking for! We did most of our wedding planning leading up to the wedding ourselves, but we wanted to find a wedding day coordinator. We found Kelly on Zola and she was everything we could’ve ever wanted! She started communicating with us about our schedule a few weeks before the wedding and made sure she had everything we needed her to know about the wedding. She was there bright and early for our rehearsal on the wedding day and was amazing the entire day! She was super helpful with anything we asked her to do, she did it. She was the main contact for the day so we didn’t have to stress at ALL about anything! And if we wanted to do something earlier like cut the cake, or start serving food, she was so flexible and everything was just so smooth! I was amazed by Megan Biehl and UnBiehlievable Weddings. Above and beyond wedding planner, so professional and kind. Megan carefully listened to my husband and me. She created a dream wedding/10-year vow renewal for us. Her communication was excellent. Each suggestion she made worked into making our experience full of joy and beauty. When I was nervous she kept me calm and reassured me. Megan is not only a person with great communication skills, but she's an artist in herself what she created from just a few words to this day, gosmacks me. From the vendors she recommended I am so grateful to the location. She is filtered to the absolute best experience for a bride and groom possible in our area. I know this because my daughter got married and my experience for a Vow renewal even surpassed my daughters. They were reliable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire planning process. Holly and Maeghan were the ones who were there on our wedding day, and we are very happy with our experience. Holly was very quick to get everything started the day of, she jumped right in and handled everything that needed to be done. Maeghan was the owner who I had been in contact with since the beginning. Maeghan is very helpful, well honestly them both! Maeghan knew what she was doing and what she needed to do for us to have a smooth day! They knew how to quickly fix any issues that came up, and were very responsive on the issues that came up, not letting my husband or I stress, even though we are both very type A. My now-wife and I came into our wedding planning season in the most overwhelming way possible, we had both just stepped into demanding new roles at work and were completely stretched thin. Hiring Jeanette as our day-of coordinator was, without question, the best decision we made throughout the planning process. Our wedding was no small feat: a 22-person wedding party and over 220 guests, many of whom aren't always the most organized. Jeanette handled every single moving piece with grace and precision. Everyone was exactly where they needed to be, exactly when they needed to be there. The day ran like clockwork. What truly set her apart, though, was that she didn't just manage the logistics, but she made sure we actually enjoyed our wedding.
