The best part of our wedding day was obviously getting married, but the second best was the opportunity to work with Haylee. As a Type A who loves event planning, I entered my engagement era thinking I would never need or want a wedding planner. We were introduced to Haylee at a bridal show, and I instantly loved her. She is organized yet calm and laidback, and she operates with such knowledge and confidence that I instantly trusted her. We had a very specific aesthetic for our wedding, and she executed it better than I could have ever dreamed of or done myself. Most of the time I felt like she had somehow gotten inside my head and could read my thoughts - she anticipated my questions and concerns before I could voice them and always had answers, solutions, and back up plans #1, 2, and 3 already prepared. Haylee has a wealth of industry experience and knowledge, and it shows - we did the Guided Planning Design package, so we spearheaded many conversations with vendors. That being said, she never hesitated to provide stellar vendor recommendations and to prep us with questions we would have never known to ask in the first place (e.g. asking our DJ if they provided wind shields with their lapel mics since we planned for our ceremony to be outdoors). Haylee made me feel so at ease for the entire 1.5 years we worked together, and I felt 100% comfortable letting go of the reins. If you are or know a Type A, you know that means A LOT. The best decision we ever made in our wedding planning journey was hiring Haylee. I would get married all over again just to work with her one more time! If you want a planner who truly listens to your wants and visions, advocates for her clients, answers every anxiety-ridden text quickly and with a smile, comes to your wedding with the most stacked emergency kit, keeps you at your budget, and gives you a wedding so perfect there is truly not a single thing you would've changed, you need her. And even if you don't think you do, I promise that you do.

Kelly was the BEST! And just what we were looking for! We did most of our wedding planning leading up to the wedding ourselves, but we wanted to find a wedding day coordinator. We found Kelly on Zola and she was everything we could’ve ever wanted! She started communicating with us about our schedule a few weeks before the wedding and made sure she had everything we needed her to know about the wedding. She was there bright and early for our rehearsal on the wedding day and was amazing the entire day! She was super helpful with anything we asked her to do, she did it. She was the main contact for the day so we didn’t have to stress at ALL about anything! And if we wanted to do something earlier like cut the cake, or start serving food, she was so flexible and everything was just so smooth! I was amazed by Megan Biehl and UnBiehlievable Weddings. Above and beyond wedding planner, so professional and kind. Megan carefully listened to my husband and me. She created a dream wedding/10-year vow renewal for us. Her communication was excellent. Each suggestion she made worked into making our experience full of joy and beauty. When I was nervous she kept me calm and reassured me. Megan is not only a person with great communication skills, but she's an artist in herself what she created from just a few words to this day, gosmacks me. From the vendors she recommended I am so grateful to the location. She is filtered to the absolute best experience for a bride and groom possible in our area. I know this because my daughter got married and my experience for a Vow renewal even surpassed my daughters. The week of the wedding I was in contact with Morgan who would be our official day of coordinator. Morgan ended up saving the day when our bartender cancelled on us last minute; she stepped in and bartended on top of coordinating. Then she was able to work with me to donate our flowers to a women’s shelter; a cause that hits close to home for me. I cannot recommend Avenue Design Studio enough!!

This review is way long overdue! I got married on August 30th, 2024 at the Springs Events Venue in Wallisville, and hired Ivory Sage Weddings as my month of coordinator. I cannot say enough great things about Maeghan! She was very professional and easy to work with. She was easy to contact, very communicative and answered any questions that I had in the planning process and made the day of 100% stress free!! She handled all of the communication with the vendors, created our timeline and managed the setup and breakdown once the wedding was over. I 100% recommend Ivory Sage Weddings to any bride in search of a coordinator. Maeghan also offers different packages that include full service planning, month of planning, or just day of coordination, she’s got you covered! She also offers rentals as well.

I used Ruth as my decorator for my wedding and she was amazing!! She definitely made my vision for the wedding venue come to reality. She really understands the importance of being flexible for calls and texts, and responded promptly whenever I needed to get in touch with her. She was punctual, arriving to decorate the venue on time, as well as returning for clean up/ removing decorations. She provided my bridesmaids and I with beautiful bouquets as well as boutonnières for the groom and groomsmen. She executed my decorations flawlessly. Ruth also has a warm and friendly yet professional personality and was so easy to communicate with. She makes you feel like your wedding/event is her top priority. I couldn’t have asked for a better decorator! She truly is the best!
