    The BEST Day of Coordination

    Danielle and Nabila were the ABSOLUTE BEST! Our day ran perfectly and it was absolutely thanks to them. They handled everything with ease and we truly couldn’t have asked for better Day of Coordination

    Our wedding was perfect because of Duo & Co

    Working with Duo & Co was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, they brought such a sense of organization and calm that made the entire process feel so much more manageable. Our wedding day itself had a lot of moving parts. We had a Catholic ceremony about 30 minutes away from our reception venue, which could have easily been very stressful to coordinate. Danielle and Nabila handled everything so seamlessly. Knowing they were managing both the church and the venue at the same time gave us so much peace of mind. We never had to worry about timing, setup, or whether things were running behind because they were always one step ahead. There were also very strict timelines involved with both the rehearsal practice, rehearsal dinner, and the wedding day itself. In all honesty, without them, so many parts of the weekend simply would not have come together the way they did. They kept everything on track in a way that made it possible for all the scheduled events to actually happen smoothly and on time. They were incredibly attentive throughout the entire weekend. Whether it was coordinating vendors, keeping everyone on schedule, or making sure we had what we needed in each moment, they made everything feel effortless. Their calm and confident presence really allowed us to stay present and enjoy every part of our wedding without getting caught up in logistics. We also chose to add on their rehearsal dinner package, and that was another decision we are so glad we made! While we were busy at the ceremony rehearsal, they took care of setting everything up for the dinner. Walking into a beautifully prepared space without having to lift a finger made the evening feel so special and stress-free. It set the perfect tone for the rest of the weekend. Because of Danielle and Nabila, everything flowed so smoothly from start to finish. Our wedding weekend truly felt joyful, relaxed, and exactly how we had hoped it would be. We are so grateful for all of their hard work and attention to detail, and we would highly recommend Duo & Co to anyone looking for planners who genuinely care and go above and beyond to make your day perfect!

Full-service planning is for couples who want support from start to finish. We’ll help with everything—from design and vendor selection to budgeting and logistics—so you always feel guided and stress-free throughout the entire process.
We’re happy to work with any vendors you love! If you already have your dream team picked out, we’ll coordinate with them to make sure everything comes together seamlessly. If you’re still searching, we can recommend trusted vendors we’ve worked with who match your style, budget, and vision. Either way, the choice is always yours.
Absolutely! Every wedding is unique, and we want your planning experience to feel the same way. If one of our packages doesn’t quite match what you’re looking for, we’re happy to adjust and create something tailored to your needs, vision, and budget.
Securing your date is simple! First, we’ll schedule a consultation to chat through your vision and make sure we’re the perfect fit. Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send over a contract and invoice for your deposit. As soon as the deposit is received, your wedding date is officially reserved on our calendar.
Yes! We know the wedding isn’t the only celebration you’re planning, and we’re happy to assist with events like rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, engagement parties, or even post-wedding brunches. Just let us know what you have in mind, and we’ll create a plan to make those moments just as seamless and memorable as your wedding day.
