Too Weddings is a boutique European-style agency built around structure, aesthetics, and full in-house production. We work with a select number of couples to deliver curated, cohesive weddings featuring our own florists, décor team, pastry chef, host, DJ, photo/video crew, stylist, and makeup artist. We handle concept, design direction, vendor management, logistics, timelines, and complete event execution. Our focus is disciplined planning, intentional visuals, and weddings that feel crafted rather than assembled.

We don’t just assemble teams from random vendors; we could bring our own. A unified aesthetic, one vision, one production team. Our European structure, boutique scale, and disciplined coordination enable us to control every stage: concept, styling, florals, décor, music, media, and timing. This eliminates the typical traditionalism of U.S. weddings, creating a seamless and coherent experience. Our weddings look consistent, feel intentional, and run with precision because everything is built under one roof.

    Highly recommend!

    Having a boutique agency with Andy and Helen was, in our opinion, the best experience we could have had. From the start, everything felt organized, clear, and under control, which made the whole process a pleasure for us. We really loved the overall idea and the decor; it all came together beautifully and felt very intentional. You could tell how much effort they put into the details.     Wonderful team!

    Andy is my guy — he did an incredible job organizing our wedding. He planned the ceremony down to the smallest detail and then led it himself with responsibility, confidence, and perfect delivery. My entire family was moved by the way he conducted it. I’m genuinely grateful for everything he arranged and for how much he supported me throughout the preparation process. I’m also thankful to Helen for helping me with my style. My suit looked phenomenal, like it walked right out of Italian Vogue, and the flowers and boutonniere were chosen with impeccable taste. Too Weddings is a boutique full-service team. You’ll work directly with Andy (planning, coordination, creative/ceremony/music direction) and Helen (styling, decor, image curation, wardrobe guidance), along with our trusted florists, decorators, photo/video crew, and MUAH artist. Everything is done by one cohesive creative group — no random freelancers, no mismatch in style.
Yes. Styling is one of our signature services. Helen provides comprehensive image curation for the couple and key guests, encompassing wardrobe planning, personal shopping, color coordination, dress/suit selection, accessory refinement, and cohesion with the wedding’s overall concept. This is especially valuable for luxury weddings where visual identity matters as much as décor.
We adapt to your pace. Some couples prefer weekly touchpoints, others want a minimal-time, concierge-style experience. Most planning includes concept development, vendor coordination, décor approvals, styling sessions, walkthroughs, and the full wedding-day direction. Our boutique format means you always communicate directly with the core team — not with assistants.
Yes. We design and coordinate all surrounding events — proposals, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, bridal styling, guest styling, and day-before gatherings. Our goal is to create a consistent aesthetic across the entire celebration, not only on the wedding day.
You can do both. TOO WEDDINGS offers complete, turnkey wedding packages and standalone services. You’re free to book only what you need: décor and florals, ceremony design, planning or coordination, personal styling for the couple and guests, DJ/MC services, photography or video, or any combination. We build flexible solutions so you never overpay for what you don’t need.
We work with a wide range of budgets and tailor every proposal to the couple’s priorities. During our consultation, we define what matters most — decor, styling, coordination, entertainment, or a full-service package — and shape the budget accordingly. You always see a transparent estimate before confirming anything.
Yes. TOO WEDDINGS assist with venue selection based on your aesthetic, guest count, logistics, and budget. We also evaluate the space for design potential, lighting, ceremony flow, and photography needs to ensure the venue supports the concept we create.
Most couples book us 6–12 months in advance, but we also take on shorter timelines when possible. The earlier we begin, the more refined and cohesive the result — especially for styling, décor production, and full-scale planning.
We do. Holiday dates, peak weekends, and special celebrations are available but tend to book quickly. Rates may vary based on demand and staffing needs.
Our DJ manages the full musical arc of the event, including ceremony sound, cocktail ambiance, dinner transitions, and dance-floor energy. We balance pacing, genre shifts, and timing to maintain a controlled and intelligent atmosphere — one that is never chaotic or repetitive. Breaks, equipment, and performance flow are fully planned in advance.
We can work with fully artificial florals, fully fresh flowers, or a refined mix of both. The choice depends on your vision, budget, and the overall aesthetic you want for your event.
We don’t rely on templates. We build a custom moodboard for every couple, tailoring the palette, textures, and décor style specifically to your preferences. You receive a fully personalized and curated design experience, never a standard package.
