Great Oak Manor sits on the banks of the Chesapeake Bay on Maryland's Eastern Shore. The Georgian Mansion has twelve large guest rooms and a Carriage House. Because we are on the Bay, most weddings are waterfront on our expansive lawn with tented receptions. Smaller weddings and receptions might be held in our Conservatory.

This historic estate sits on a secluded the 23 acre East Lake. The mansion can sleep up to 14 guests overnight. Minimum night stay is 2 nights unless the wedding guest list is under 35. We can accommodate up to 50 guests in the mansion for small indoor weddings. Tents and rentals and catering are by our selected vendors and we can assist with all of your wedding needs from music to flowers to makeup artists and hairstylists.

The Barn at Ivy Neck is nestled on 14 generations of family-owned farmland, right on the edge of the Chesapeake Bay. Surrounded by beautiful lavender fields and a breathtaking heart-shaped arch, The Barn at Ivy Neck is the perfect place to gather, celebrate, and grow.

The Bel Air Armory is warm and inviting, ideal for celebrating your special day among friends and family. This castle-style building features detailed stonework and turrets, making it an ideal backdrop for any wedding portraits you wish to take. You can even use the Park area of the Armory to hold an intimate ceremony, exchanging your vows against this lovely stonework. Your cocktail reception and dining can take place in the main event hall. This hall features hardwood flooring and generous space that can be used to set up banquet dining for 200 guests with room for dancing. The stage area in the event hall can be used to host your sweethearts table, DJ, or wedding band. This space allows you to play with decor, reinventing it to fit your chosen aesthetic. Bel Air Armory offers the use of tables and chairs included with your rental. In order to fully customize your event, outside vendors are more than welcome.

The Southern Mansion is set on 1.5 acres of private tree-lined grounds, this architectural masterpiece boasts luxurious and spacious guest rooms, exquisite mahogany woodwork, intricately carved crown moldings, soaring fifteen feet ceilings, giant gilded mirrors, grand ballrooms, and 5,000 square feet of verandahs. A Victorian Cape May B&B. Circa 1863 the Mansion has been restored impeccably, winning national and local awards for its beauty. No other Cape May Inn offers such comforts and amenities available. With millions of dollars worth of antiques, a stay is “not to be missed” and its the “only place to stay in Cape May” (The New York Times). Greenbank is a beautiful setting for your DIY event, with historic charm and a natural outdoor setting by the Red Clay Creek. You’ll want to plan hours before and after your event for setup/decorating and cleanup. You can choose to rent in smaller blocks of time using our Standard Package or take advantage of our Wedding Package: it provides access to the site across two days to allow for stress-free setup, deliveries, rehearsals, photographs, and event preparations, plus cleaning services and other special accommodations.

Every detail of the Lord Baltimore Hotel is rich in historical and architectural significance, all coming together to create one of the most unique and interesting hotels in downtown Baltimore. One of the most historic buildings in Baltimore; built in 1866, The Grand was first known as the Tremont Grand, and served as the headquarters for the Maryland Freemason for 130 years.
