The Bel Air Armory is warm and inviting, ideal for celebrating your special day among friends and family. This castle-style building features detailed stonework and turrets, making it an ideal backdrop for any wedding portraits you wish to take. You can even use the Park area of the Armory to hold an intimate ceremony, exchanging your vows against this lovely stonework. Your cocktail reception and dining can take place in the main event hall. This hall features hardwood flooring and generous space that can be used to set up banquet dining for 200 guests with room for dancing. The stage area in the event hall can be used to host your sweethearts table, DJ, or wedding band. This space allows you to play with decor, reinventing it to fit your chosen aesthetic. Since its opening in 1952, the Memorial Chapel has helped thousands of couples begin their happily ever after. With two beautiful indoor Chapels and lovely gardens, the Chapel is an ideal spot for those who want a traditional looking space without the restrictions of religion or music.

Historic Waverly Mansion is located in Marriottsville, Maryland. This 1760's era estate is a the perfect setting of an intimate garden wedding and reception! The Mansion and property is owned and operated by Howard County Government's Recreation and Parks Department and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Historic Waverly Mansion is considered an outdoor venue. The property includes beautifully maintained gardens, the historic Mansion, and rustic barn. During our peak rental season, a 60x40ft event tent is included in wedding rentals. Historic Waverly provides the location and property amenities while the Permit Holder provides all vendors, including an approved full-service Caterer and Wedding Coordinator. Historic Waverly Mansion is a Howard County Park. Howard County Recreation and Park guidelines apply to all scheduled events and are different from privately owned venues.
