Conveniently located in Wilmington, Delaware, The Farmhouse is family owned and operated and hosts one event per day. The historical estate boasts a beautiful outdoor ceremony site underneath romantic willow trees & four acres of manicured grounds and gardens. Hosting up to 190 guests, the Farmhouse offers numerous indoor spaces for your event including the bright and open main terrace hall, indoor lounge and bar, dressing suites and more. Outside, a large wrap around deck and patio overlook the gazebo bar & gardens. The Farmhouse is proud to be a women-owned business, still managed by the fourth generation of the Murray family. As a small family-run business, the Farmhouse provides a personal touch and flexibility in hosting your dream wedding.

Greenbank is a beautiful setting for your DIY event, with historic charm and a natural outdoor setting by the Red Clay Creek. You’ll want to plan hours before and after your event for setup/decorating and cleanup. You can choose to rent in smaller blocks of time using our Standard Package or take advantage of our Wedding Package: it provides access to the site across two days to allow for stress-free setup, deliveries, rehearsals, photographs, and event preparations, plus cleaning services and other special accommodations.

Located in the rolling hills of Northern Delaware's Brandywine Valley, Greenville Country Club is a premier historic venue and private club. Originally known as Owl's Nest, the property was built in 1915 by architect Harrie T. Lindeberg as an estate for Eugene du Pont, Jr. It was famously the site of the 1937 wedding between Ethel du Pont and Franklin D. Roosevelt Jr. before becoming a country club in 1961.

Terrain at Styer's, is located on the historic site of J. Franklin Styer's nursery, a Philadelphia landmark for over 100 years. With over five acres of everchanging blooms and greenery combined with a variety of historic spaces, the property serves as a stunning setting for celebrations of all kinds for up to 110 people. Judge Morris Estate is a countryside wedding venue where centuries-old character meets thoughtful contemporary design. Set among 3,600 acres of rolling parkland just outside Newark, Delaware, the estate brings together sweeping lawns, gardens, a historic stone house and wide-open views. Its most distinctive feature gives new life to the preserved ruins of the property’s former barn. A glass Solarium will sit within the original stone walls, creating an airy reception space for up to 275 guests and bringing the surrounding landscape into the celebration. Operated by Jeffrey A.
