About this venue

Our Farm sits on 54-Acres in Bucks County. Our Seed Barn was originally built back in the 1820's. Our Seed Barn was restored in the Summer of 2016 & seats 160-200 people. Attached to the back of the Seed Barn is a beautiful deck that overlooks the ceremony site. In the lower level of the Seed Barn is our Groom’s Suite! Here you will find a pool table, TV, lounge seating area & more. In 2020 we built our Harvest Barn attached to the Seed Barn through a breezeway. This is home for our commercial kitchen, on-site bathrooms, smaller event space and bridal suite. Lastly, we have a Farm-to-Table bakery onsite for your dessert table & custom wedding cake. The Farm is truly a wonderful place to host your big day! Our goal is to work with each couple to carry out their vision for the day! What is great about The Farm is it truly can be anything you would like it to be, from a backyard barbecue to a beautiful sit down farm-to-table dinner! We would love to serve you on your Wedding Day.

    If we had to do it over, we'd do it at the Farm!

    The Farm is the perfect venue for an elevated rustic event. The property is beautiful and peaceful, and the various spaces allow for a customizable experience with all-weather options. We were struck by the easy transitions through the different spaces of the property. Upon arriving you’re immediately met by views of a lush, colorful garden. The manicured greens and walkway lead to the smaller of the two indoor spaces which is full of natural light, which we used for our welcome space. Upstairs the bridal suite provided the perfect functionality and coziness for my bridal party to spend the morning getting ready together. When it was time for the ceremony, guests were led to the outdoor ceremony space which was manicured by the staff the day of the wedding and overlooks the property’s verdant farmland. The newly renovated bar area has plenty of seating and shade. Though it overlooks the ceremony space, it feels separate and marked the transition to cocktail hour. Our reception was in the main barn upstairs, and we loved the rustic feel that was elegantly decorated by our florist (Mary Meixner of Distinctive Florals by Mary) and the Farm staff. Our guests enjoyed the large deck to which the barn opened. The property is beautiful on its own, and it doesn’t take much to make it feel like a wedding. Beyond the beautiful backdrop of this venue is the reason we chose the Farm: its people. From the moment we met Sam two years ago (we love Sam!!) for our tour to coming back the Monday after our wedding to pick up some supplies, every individual we or guests interacted with from start to finish was warm, helpful, professional, and so client-focused. Alexa was our day-of coordinator, and she is a complete joy to work with. I don't think we anticipated how crucial she would be throughout the wedding day. Leading up to our wedding, she made sure every detail was addressed, but on our actual wedding she was our wonderful Farm Fairy gently guiding us through the day to make sure all our desired moments were had and enjoyed and that our experience ran smoothly. It wasn't just about the logistics, it was about our experience and our guests' experience and she was there to understand what was important to us and to deliver (which she did!)! We didn't even make it to the bar because whenever we didn't have a drink in our hand, Alexa was there with our signature cocktails! The staff is knowledgable and organized. You can tell there is exceptional top-down leadership when the owner reaches out to you for feedback. During our dessert tasting we weren't in love with the options provided to us on that particular day. Becca reached out to schedule a call to get our feedback, then provided a second dessert tasting for us. We ended up truly loving our cake (red velvet) and are looking forward to enjoying our anniversary cake next year!! The Farm's cake artist decorated it to match our motifs from our wedding invitations and it was beautiful. The assorted desserts were all a hit and we were so happy with results -- we received a lot of unsolicited positive feedback on the dessert table from our guests. You can tell that the Farm looks at feedback as an opportunity to improve, and that is so refreshing in the service industry.

    Most perfect wedding day!

    Where do I start ?! We had our wedding on August 7, 2026, and the best decision we could’ve made was have it at the Farm Bakery & Events! They were very organized & had a spreadsheet with all info on our wedding, had a canva PowerPoint that explained so much info including vendors, decorative packages, & so much more. They provided us with an amazing wedding coordinator (Kim Flick) who went out of her way to make sure we had a perfect wedding. I highly suggest a decor package, they are so creative & talented! For our rehearsal, I didn’t want to stress and bring in any decor. They provided small vases with flowers and linens for the tables. It was a surprise for me & they made sure it was special! The Farm’s bakery’s desserts are honestly the best desserts I’ve ever had. Our wedding came with a dessert table & it was so beautifully decorated and tasted wonderfully! A couple months before the wedding, they provided us with a box of desserts for tasting and we loved everything! They have so many options to choose from. Our wedding cake was included with the venue, all I did was show them an inspo pic & they created the exact picture! It was a lemon blueberry cake with lemon filling! what’s also amazing is that they bake a complimentary one year anniversary cake for their couples! Loved their vendors too! We had PJs bartending & Roots catering who work often with the farm. My videographer Ryan Roslyn was also familiar with the Farm. It makes everything a lot smoother when choosing vendors who have worked there before! I also want to say: Kim saved our wedding day. We planned on having it outdoors & it was a sunny day. All of a sudden, the weather online showed it was going to be raining & thundering. My husband looked outside and saw it was sunny and tried to convince Kim to have the wedding outside (I didn’t know about this until after the wedding haha). As soon as the ceremony started, it immediately started POURING and thundering pretty loudly!!! I’m so grateful for Kim that she made the right call and had our wedding indoors, it was JUST as beautiful! Also, after the storm came the rainbow!! I also want to give a special shout out to the floral team! I don’t know anything about flowers, I had a budget & they made sure we had flowers that would make the arbor look full while also being affordable!!! I will forever be grateful for the amazing team at the Farm and I’ll never forget how well they treated us and truly cared to give us THE wedding of a lifetime.     My wedding

    We had our wedding at The Farm Bakery & Events and it was the best decision we could have made. From day one, their team was responsive and patient with all our questions and requests. We went with their full decor package and the quality was incredible—our guests couldn't stop complimenting how beautiful everything looked. On the morning of our wedding, they took care of us with a delicious brunch and made sure we had everything we needed. When our outdoor ceremony had to move inside due to weather, they pivoted seamlessly and made it just as stunning. The Farm Bakery & Events has outstanding desserts, reliable vendors, and decor packages that are worth every penny. We would absolutely recommend them to any couple planning their wedding.

    Beautiful Venue with Amazing Staff

    Working with The Farm Bakery & Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From our first conversation, the team was responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in making our day special. They went above and beyond by helping us set up all our decorations and coordinating with our other vendors to keep everything on schedule. The venue itself is stunning—modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained—which gave us the perfect backdrop for our celebration. Their staff was kind and attentive throughout the entire event, making sure we had everything we needed. Yes, parking is provided on-site. We will provide parking attendants based on the size of your event.
Yes, The Farm has a ramp that leads up to the Seed Barn, and our ceremony space is on ground level. We also offer handicapped-accessible restrooms on both levels of the Harvest Barn, as well as a drop off location near the ceremony location.

The Seed Barn can accommodate a seated event for 160 guests with a dance floor, or a cocktail-style event for 200 guests.
Friday and Saturday weddings typically run from 4:00pm - 10:00pm, while Sunday weddings typically run from 2:00pm - 8:00pm.
While the Seed Barn is not climate controlled, the Harvest Barn is entirely climate controlled for both hot or cold weather. Your guests are welcome to lounge in our Harvest Barn in the event of inclement weather. Furthermore, we also provide hot, cold, and rainy weather packages at an additional charge for you and your guests’ convenience. Please contact us to learn more about weather packages.
We have a variety of options. If it rains, your wedding ceremony may be held indoors. We have capacity for up to 100 guests in our Harvest Barn (for an additional fee), or up to 200 guests in our Seed Barn (for no additional fee). We have umbrellas your guests are welcome to use, as well as a covered area for cocktail hour. You are also welcome to rent a tent from one of our preferred vendors.
Smoking is permitted in designated areas.
Yes, we have two newly remodeled chic and rustic suites for our couples to use! You are able to access these suites at 9am on Friday and Saturdays and 8am on Sundays. There is no additional charge to use our suites.
The Farm and both Barns are fully equipped with electricity with several outlets on dedicated lines. We have plenty of power for your DJ, Caterer and any additional items you may need power for.
The Farm has newly constructed on-site men’s and women’s rooms, as well as a powder room within the Bridal Suite. There is also a restroom on the first floor of the Harvest Barn. All bathrooms are ADA accessible.
We love to see the unique decor every couple brings to our facilities! You can wrap and drape, however to preserve the integrity of the Barn we ask that you do not nail or tack. Open flames are not permitted within the Seed Barn. If you need assistance with a ladder during set-up, we have staff available to ensure the safety of both you and your guests.
We have a variety of rustic decor that you are welcome to use to accent your own unique style for no additional charge.
We do allow sparklers in a variety of places on the grounds for your send-off at the end of the evening! Due to our township guidelines we are not allowed to have fireworks at The Farm.
We are able to order linens on your behalf, for an additional charge. Linens must be ordered with advanced notice. Please contact us for more details.
Yes - both DJs & Bands have worked beautifully at The Farm!
Yes - we have a variety of lodging accommodations available all within 15 minutes of The Farm. You can check them out on our preferred vendor page on our website, and we would be happy to provide you with additional shopping and activities to do nearby!
We include all trash removal services for your Wedding.
We can hold one date for up to seven days at no charge (starting the day you verbally commit.) At the end of those seven days, we will either release the date if we don’t receive your deposit, or we can reserve it for you with a returned and signed contract along with your deposit of $2,800.

No, but the caterer that you hire may have access to our kitchen. Please contact us for more information. Our preferred caterers for you to choose from are on our website. They include those who we have worked closely with and we know will provide you with exceptional service. You are welcome to hire caterers not on our preferred list for a $1,000 fee. Other caterers must be approved by The Farm.
We do not allow outside desserts and/or Wedding Cakes, unless approved by management. Included in your rental is an opportunity to come to the Farm for a tasting to build your custom dessert table. Our bakery will work within all styles and budgets. You can find our current menu here.
There are bags of ice available on-site for purchase, or you can bring your own.
Yes - you are responsible for providing your own alcohol and mixers, and we require a RAMP certified bartender to serve your guests. More often than not, your caterer will have bartenders on staff, but if not we would be more than happy to offer some recommendations.
Bartenders are required to stop serving alcoholic drinks 30 minutes prior to the scheduled end time of your event. Guests are welcome to enjoy drinks during the cocktail hour and reception.
Guests may leave their cars in our lot overnight so long as they are picked up the next morning by 10:30am.
You and your bridal party or hair and makeup artists may arrive at 9:00am on Fridays and Saturdays, and 8:00am on Sundays. All Friday weddings have access to the Barn for setup at designated times the Thursday before their wedding. Any special accommodations must be approved in advance.
Your pet can absolutely be a part of the wedding. We love our furry friends and they can join you for pictures prior to your ceremony and during the ceremony. We do recommend that pets be taken home before the reception begins.
Yes, you can schedule your rehearsal at the Farm. Please discuss scheduling with the Farm staff. We also host rehearsal dinners in our new Harvest Barn! Please contact us if you are interested in pricing.
Children are welcome at The Farm Bakery and Events, however it should be noted that there are hazards on the premises that could be dangerous to unsupervised children. At no time should children be allowed unsupervised anywhere on the premises, especially near the fire pit and fields.
