About this venue

Family-owned, boutique, Virginia farm winery, serving delicious, award-winning Virginia wines. Both our Stables and Dairy Barn tasting rooms are fully handicap accessible. No reservations are needed or required for our tastings. We have ample seating provided! We are a family & pet-friendly winery! Yes! Your fur baby is welcome inside our tasting rooms, as long as they are well-behaved and on a leash. Look for fun food trucks, pop-up sips and shops, amazing bands, and some of the most fantastic, authentic Spanish Sangria you have ever tasted in your life. Plus, delicious wine slushies too!

    Amazing!

    The Estate at White Hall Vineyard was the perfect choice for our wedding. From the very beginning, Bethany and Joel provided great, quick, friendly communication - they were always open to answering our questions and guiding us through the process. The quality of the event space was fantastic, and we felt we got excellent value for the cost. Their on-site wedding coordinator was incredibly helpful, sweet, and made sure our special day went off without a hitch. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the vineyard. We couldn't have asked for a better team to work with or a more perfect setting for our wedding. Highly recommend The Estate at White Hall Vineyard!

    I absolutely love working with The Estate at White Hall Vineyard because they know what they are doing, communicate in a thorough, clear, and elaborate manner to all parties involved, and owners Joel and Bethany are just great people to have in your corner. The outdoor, rustic, and warm venue provides the perfect backdrop for a special day, and they allow the couple early access to the space to create the environment they desire. The on-site guesthouse is also a fantastic home base for the wedding party. The Estate at White Hall Vineyard is a top-notch wedding venue that I highly recommend.

    The Estate at White Hall Vineyard was the perfect venue for our 65-guest wedding. From the start, Bethany and Joel were always responsive and helpful in answering any questions we had. On the day of, the ceremony chairs were beautifully set up, and they allowed us to arrive early to set up the rest of the space, taking a lot of stress off our shoulders. The venue itself provided plenty of room for everyone to eat and dance all night long. We were thrilled with the quality and value of this venue, and would highly recommend it to any couple looking for a beautiful, stress-free wedding day.

    A dream come true

    My husband and I were thrilled with our experience working with The Estate at White Hall Vineyard for our wedding. From the moment we reached out, their communication was easy, quick, and incredibly helpful. They answered all of our questions promptly and made the planning process seamless. On the day of, the venue was absolutely stunning - the elegant decor and stunning views created a fairytale setting that exceeded our wildest dreams. Our guests are still raving about the incredible value and beauty of the estate.     Amazing Venue!

    The Estate at Whitehall is a beautiful venue! Bethany and Joel were amazing the whole time and answered all the questions we had. They also have amazing discounts on their wine for life, a great perk if you are a local couple! We loved getting married at the Estate at Whitehall and would recommend it to anyone.

We give you everything you need from our side (tables, linen, 2 sets of chairs, 3 overnight accommodations, day of coordinator, free use of any of our decor, your choice of ceremony site, wine discounts and more). We also give you the gift of time and flexibility. You have the entire week to drop off belongings and the freedom for configuration for ceremony and reception site. You may start decorating on Wednesday. You have until Sunday lunch to remove belongings.
April, May, June, September, October, and November are our busy months. October is in fact is the number one month for weddings in Virginia and most of the country. May is the second in Virginia. October is also Virginia wine month so, it is a busy month.
January, February, March, and December.
Yes, you may bring your own alcohol. However, since we are a Virginia Farm Winery if you serve any wine it must be ours per VA ABC regulations. You would need a 1 day VA ABC banquet license to have beer or liquor.
Yes, we have a large property with plenty of parking. Overnight parking is allowed for any guests who need without charge.
Yes, our barn and restroom facilities are wheelchair accessible and oversized. You may also drive directly to the ceremony site.
Date retainer fees for our facilities, and all payments made are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 40 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.
Our venue is fully insured and you do need day of event insurance.
You have the entire week to drop off. You may set up starting on Wednesday and have until Sunday lunch to remove your belongings. All food trash must be removed on the evening of event.
Richmond, Dulles, Regan and Baltimore are all within an easy driving distance. Richmond is the easiest to get in and out of with the least traffic. There are also multiple smaller airports nearby: Shannon, Stafford and College Park
Our package includes everything you need in one price. (Tables, linen, 2 sets of chairs, 3 overnight accommodations, day of coordinator, early set up and late removal of belongings/decor, wine discounts and more). There is no guessing about our price and what is and is not included. If you are looking for something smaller or different than our normal package and price please let us know. We would love to hear from you!
Yes we are! Well behaved pets on leash are always welcome at the winery (inside/outside). So, YES!! you may have your best dog at your ceremony. All ages are welcome at the winery. Children should be supervised at all times.
