We are a historic Mansion located in Historic Smyrna Delaware. We offer an on premise event space that can hold up to 120 guests. Italianate style home and event building offer a unique space to hold your event.

We have street parking and the town parking lot is located in a short walking distance.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
Your reservation includes five hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $200 per hour.
Yes. You must purchase day of event insurance.
