Our names are Alex and Chelsea Ferkh and we are the two people behind True Fold. We met in college and long story short, we fell in love and got married! Now, we live right outside of Philadelphia, PA with our son Carter and our crazy cat Lily.

I love learning, which eventually led me to earn my Ph.D. (but please don't call me Dr. Kizuka!). I'm fueled by chai tea, rarely seen without a beanie or headband, and known to make questionable facial expressions while concentrating behind the camera. Hi! I'm Meghan. I've had a love for photography since my parents bought me my first camera for Christmas in 2001. I took pictures of anyone and anything that sat still for more than .03 seconds. The more pictures I took, the more I loved it. It became a passion of mine, but it wasn't until later that I had the dream of starting my own business. In the meantime, I teach middle school - 7th grade Language Arts to be exact. Yes, it's exactly as crazy as you're imagining, likely even more so. Teaching has taught me two things: patience and how to laugh at myself.
