In my opinion, a DJ can make or break the experience for your guests. Niko made the experience a blast for us and for our guests, start to finish! We had just under 100 guests, very much a mix of older folks who didn't interact with the dance floor much, and friends who were on the dance floor all night. Niko did a perfect job of playing exactly what we wanted, and reading the crowd to adjust the vibe and keep the energy going. I'll never forget ending the night on a high note with Pink Pony Club and a circle of our closest friends dancing to the very end with us. He also did great with the transitions and announcements throughout the night and kept our night running smoothly. Niko has the whole planning process very well organized with consultation meetings and playlist brainstorming. His communication was professional, warm, inclusive, and organized. “Can't say enough great things about Paul! From start to finish, Paul put my fiance and I at ease with his expertise and advice. In our first call, he took time to ask us about our vision and used that to tailor his recommendations. After booking with Paul, he provides you with access to a portal that lets you easily organize all the planned music as well as give him guidance for must plays, like to hear, do not play, etc. It also has a section where you can see popular songs for various parts of the wedding and/or for different genres, which we really needed and appreciated. After that, you meet with Paul to cover your selections and nail down more of the timeline for the day itself. Organized to a T. Most importantly, Paul read the dance floor perfectly, responding and adapting to the vibe as the night went on. He was the perfect blend of energetic but not at all obnoxious (have definitely seen corny DJs at other weddings - this is NOT Paul), his assistant was great, and he worked side by side not only with us but also our other vendors and coordinators. Not exaggerating that close to a dozen guests raved about Paul specifically. Direct quote the next morning from a guest from New Jersey for our Chicago wedding: "He was FANTASTIC, I'm gonna fly him out for our anniversary party!" While I'm not sure if Paul's radius extends that far, I am sure it would be the East Coast's loss. You can't go wrong.”
