From our first conversation with Rina from Shining Time about a year ago from today, I am more than happy with my choice. Rina communicated clearly through all email, Zoom, and text, making it easy to stay connected throughout the planning process. What impressed me the most was her attention to detail. She delicately integrated all my diy items, (Place Card, party favor bags, bar sign, farewell candy), in an aesthetic way into the wedding. Even though the DIY items were not high value items, but my mom and I spent a lot of time working on it. The way she elegantly placed every item, elevating the whole venue look which I didn't know was possible, I really appreciated that. Rina and her team were genuinely warm and welcoming to our entire family. We couldn't have asked for better partners to work with, and we'd recommend them to any couple looking for a planner who goes above and beyond.

Oh my goodness! Where do I start?! Candice/Signed in Pink Events was INCREDIBLE!!!! Talk about someone who goes above and beyond to bring your wedding day vision to life! I came across (Signed in Pink Events) as a recommendation from a bridal group on social media. After looking at some of her really positive 5 star reviews, I decided to reach out to her. I originally was looking for a day of coordinator when I reached out to Candice, however when I first saw her prices, I realized I could afford the month of coordination services which ended up being a great idea. I hired Candice/Signed in Pink Events over a year before my wedding on December 20th. From the moment I hired her, she IMMEDIATELY, put me at ease. She walked me through all of their services, the process, asked me plenty of questions to get a good feel of what I want and provided a lot of clarity for me. I quickly realized, she knew what she was doing! Candice and her team were hired for “month of coordination” however, Candice made herself available to me for whenever I had a question or needed some advisement. Over the year, she really helped me through the wedding planning process, even when I hired an untrustworthy beauty vendor. With her support and guidance, I was able to quickly get out of that contract and later went on to work with an AMAZING team of beauty vendors that Candice went back to verify. As type A as I am as a person, I truly felt that I could trust Candice’s judgement and knowledge and she NEVER steered me wrong! I was even able to relax a little bit with her supporting me. Candice also handled my wedding decor and I was THRILLED that I went with her. She managed to handle all the vendor stuff AND perfectly execute my husband and I’s decor vision. I checked in Candice at least every couple of weeks just because lol She is such a fun and helpful person, it was very easy to work with her and come to her for my bridal anxiety needs or general questions. By the time we were coming up on the time for her to officially begin her “month of” services, she knew EVERYTHING we wanted, how we wanted it, all of the vendors we were using, who she needed to follow up with, how to she was going to plan out walkthrough, meetings. She had her questions ready for vendors, welcome card for vendors, rehearsal layouts ready…just the whole 9 yards (and then some)! She had everything running like a well oiled machine leading up to the wedding day, and on the wedding day, she handled everything! I can’t tell you how many times she told me “I got you! Don’t worry about anything!” and she meant every word of it! She really had it! All the coordination between vendors, the decor vision, the schedule…it was all so smooth! And she got along with every one of my vendors! And they easily went to her with no issues. The day of my wedding was INCREDIBLE!!! All the decor was PERFECT!!! She went above and beyond!!! I was so excited!!! It was all worth it! She was the absolute best at what she does! No wonder she is an award winning event coordinator. She is an absolutely joy! If ANYONE is looking for a wedding event coordinator look no further! You have found her!!! She is professional, helpful, kind, detail oriented, organized, down to earth but also she is about her business! She and her team will make your vision happen! I have shot hundreds of weddings, etc., with many wedding planners. Kathleen was hands-down the best one I have ever worked with. She sent me a very detailed itinerary ahead of time and stuck to it for most of the day. She met me when I arrived and apprised me right away of what was happening and what was coming up. She kept the photographer, DJ and me up to date on what was happening and I was never caught unawares. She was also very helpful in getting us fed! Kathleen was professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner and look forward to working with her again.

We've been planning/coordinating small/large scale events since 2015 and took a gap during the pandemic. During this time Krystal founded an award winning Media Agency tailored to wedding photography. While doing this she saw the disconnect and stress on brides during the planning process and how that would show up in rushed pictures or not getting their dream shots due to poor planning. So she called Fab and we need to dust off our clipboards & help! That’s how Extra Confetti Events was born!

My husband and I had an amazing experience working with Angie as our wedding coordinator. From the very beginning, it was clear that she is genuinely passionate about weddings and deeply invested in helping couples bring their vision to life. One of the things I appreciated most was how comfortable she made us feel throughout the planning process. I never felt judged for our personal style, budget, or for incorporating elements that may not fit the mold of a traditional American wedding. Instead, Angie was supportive, encouraging, and focused on helping us create a celebration that felt authentic to us. Angie also offers rental services for a variety of wedding items, including arches, lawn games, and décor pieces, which can be incredibly helpful for couples looking to simplify their planning process. We also loved using Timeline Genius, the planning platform she utilizes. It made collaboration easy and allowed us to review timelines, comment on details, and stay organized throughout the planning process. Another area where Angie truly excelled was vendor coordination. She communicated professionally and effectively with our photographer, caterer, venue, DJ, and other vendors, ensuring that everyone was aligned and informed. This gave us tremendous peace of mind leading up to the wedding. On the wedding day, Angie and her two assistants were absolutely phenomenal. Their organization and teamwork were evident from the start, and they remained in constant communication through their walkie-talkie system throughout the day. Thanks to their coordination, the timing of the entire event ran even more smoothly than our original timeline anticipated. The transformation they helped create at our venue was incredible. They assisted with setting up numerous DIY elements, including our floating candle centerpieces with Orbeez and floating pearls, and helped bring together our florals, including centerpieces, bouquets, and boutonnieres. So much of the beauty of our wedding day came together because of their hard work, attention to detail, and willingness to jump in wherever needed. Their support at the end of the evening was equally impressive. Our venue had two levels, with the wedding party getting ready upstairs. Without being asked, Angie and her team helped gather and bring downstairs countless personal items as the night was winding down. This was an enormous help, especially since everyone was either exhausted or enjoying their final moments celebrating together. Most importantly, Angie and her team ensured that the entire day ran seamlessly. They worked closely with the caterers, DJ, photographer, venue staff, and wedding party to keep everything on track while allowing us to remain fully present and enjoy the day. Their professionalism, kindness, organization, and dedication were invaluable, and we truly cannot imagine our wedding day without them. We are incredibly grateful to Angie and her team for helping turn our vision into reality and making our wedding day feel effortless from start to finish.

Elegance Beyond Borders was an absolute pleasure to work with. Brittany, was the bridal assistant, had a great energy and was incredibly easy to communicate with throughout the 14 hour wedding day. She was adept at managing the bride, bridal party, and family members, diffusing any situations with professionalism and efficiency. Despite being relatively new to the industry, Brittany demonstrated impressive skills in managing the day. This is a way too late review for a spectacular wedding planner and event designer who brought to life the wedding of my dreams in June 2022! Lauren and her team truly provide a 5-star experience in every way and more. Before I met Lauren, I had a vision for my wedding, but really wasn't sure how to bring it to fruition. I was walking through the "steps" recommended in different timeline sheets, which in itself is very tiring, and starting very big picture. But as anyone who has planned a wedding knows, the details start to become very, very overwhelming - especially when there's a specific look and feel you want for your wedding. Where do you invest your time and money? That's where Lauren was a lifesaver. Some key moments in our work together included: aligning us via several conversations and an inspiration deck (really important for making sure you're on the same page), meeting me at a rental facility to walk through design elements together, coordinating with family members to make sure she got a comprehensive picture of what really mattered to me (bless my partner, he couldn't care less), and "secretly" working with family members to make the vision "bigger and better" and surprise me. Lauren also has an IMPECCABLE eye for how to bring all the million details together. She hand-selected and/or advised on every detail, from utensil colors to linens to stamp types to wax seals - all the tiny details that create a full "experience" for you and your guests, but by the end, you don't have energy to pick yourself! Moreover, Lauren is incredibly professional, warm, direct, patient, and supportive - all traits you need in a planner and designer. She will also tell you what she thinks, which is essential, particularly in the home stretch! By the end, Lauren was responsible for creating the wedding of my dreams. I can truly say it was the most magical weekend of my life, and while all weddings are so special when you have the people you love, it doesn't quite feel *spectacular* without all those details coming together. I am happy to share photos of my event with anyone who asks, or simply look at Lauren's instagram for her incredible work. Thank you, Lauren - we were so lucky to find you!!! 3

My (now) husband and I booked Cassidy as our day-of coordinator, it was absolutely the best decision we made for our wedding. Cassidy met with us virtually several times in the months leading up to the wedding- she created the timeline, communicated with vendors, talked through our plan for decor and set up/break down, and made sure we had thought through every little detail. Cassidy is detail-oriented, communicates clearly and timely, and is genuinely a kind person who cares that your big day runs smoothly. By the time the wedding came around, I remember feeling such relief and not worrying about anything because I trusted that Cassidy had it handled. Greetings and salutation! I am a blue haired, tattooed geek girl wedding planner with a love of dragonflies & offbeat events! I have also been wedding planning since 2004. I haven't met a DIY project I can't wait to try, a scrapbook page I didn't want to make, or a cosplay idea I didn't want to put together. Watching all the different elements come together to make something come alive is fantastic. I approach all my events the same way. Helping a client pull together all of their puzzle pieces to make an event that is uniquely theirs is the best feeling!

Our wedding was going to be so simple, if you ask my husband. Tee-shirts. Taco truck. American Legion. Guests. Done. Even he had to thank Fran profusely for all of her foresight, thoughtful touches, and management skills. This was a second wedding for both with kids and exes on both sides. It went off flawlessly, thanks to Fran. Our wedding ceremony and reception were on consecutive days. She printed and framed ceremony pics to display at the reception. She kept an eye on tipsy guests and let us know about potential issues. She found seats for the guests who I had carelessly left off the seating chart. She picked up, deployed, and returned the table cloths and had special little decorations for our table. I couldn't possibly list all the things she did to make the day run smoothly and to make us feel cared for and loved. Thank you Fran. You almost make me want to do it all over again.
