Every ceremony and reception I've worked with them has always transformed into the most beautiful and stunning backdrop, no detail left untouched. Their communication style is amazing, always checking in with their couples to see how they can best serve them. Coming from a wedding photographer myself, I've seen many wedding timelines, some good some bad. From our first call with her to see if she was a good fit for us, she left a very positive first impression. We talked to a lot of planners before making our choice, but every planner we talked to just made us want Jessica more! Jessica was our day-of coordinator for our wedding in August 2023. During the planning stage, even though she was our day-of coordinator, she answered all the questions we had for her via text and email. Her responsiveness and breadth of knowledge made planning so much easier. Instead of doing hours of research, we could always just send Jessica a quick text. She was super helpful in answering questions about other vendors, and not afraid to tell us when she thought we might be wrong. Her advice was invaluable to making our day run smoothly without any surprises. The month before our wedding, we had multiple meetings with Jessica to iron out every little detail about the wedding. She is extremely well organized, and made sure that all the context that was in our heads we transferred to her. On the day of the wedding, we had nothing to think about or do because Jessica knew everything and, together with her assistants, were handling everything. Her planning meetings go over every little detail, which gave us the peace of mind that we hadn't forgotten anything crucial. Also, those meetings are fun! The most impressive thing about Jessica was her flexibility. Our wedding was from a different culture, very traditional, and the entire thing was in a different language! Jessica managed all of that with ease - she took time to understand how the church service would run, made sure everything ran smoothly and we were all organized during the rehearsal, and then on the day of directed everything from entry to exit. Everybody sang her praises! The pastor, our families, and our guests were beyond impressed with her. Overall, Jessica made our wedding day as stress free as it could be.
