“The photographer, videographer, and photo booth was absolutely perfect and our guests had a blast! However, even after going through the work of submitting a Spotify play list and adding do not play songs or DJ played the wrong version of our first dance song (I checked and we had the correct version listed on our playlist we sent over), he also played songs from our do not play list to the point I, the bride, came over to ask if he had the wrong list. He admitted he was using songs from the do not play list as he was not paying attention. I would also like to note, though our wedding was more casual, our DJ was dressed in a sloppy manner. His shirt was half untucked from his pants, there were stains on his shirt and pants. Besides a few hiccups, direct Entertainment was wonderful to work with!”

“Stephanie, aka DJ Stardust, DJed our wedding in June of 2023. Neither of us are huge music people, so we were looking for a DJ who could run with minimal direction, and Stephanie was exactly that! She was very organized and communicative leading up to the wedding day. She had a great form that we filled out with all the details you could possibly imagine in terms of songs we wanted/didn’t want/when, and she executed exactly as we expected. Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were in three different rooms/spaces, and Stephanie seamlessly moved through providing appropriate music (and emceeing) at each. The one special thing we asked her to do was coordinate a “photo dash” (where everyone sitting at each table comes up to the dance floor for a group photo within the time limit of one song), and she did it very well. She accidentally skipped a table at one point, but rather than making a big deal about it, she joked about it and everyone laughed. The photo dash was one of the most talked-about things after our wedding. Something unique that our venue offered was the chance for DJs to plug into a high-end speaker system they had installed for a small fee. We asked Stephanie to do this, and at first she was hesitant because she didn’t want to be using equipment she wasn’t familiar with day-of (understandably!). Of her own volition, she reached out to our venue and coordinated a time where she could go see the equipment and practice setting up to make sure it would work with her equipment and just generally feel it out. We really appreciated her going above and beyond in this way, and the day of the wedding went off with no issues at all.”

“In today's world everything is extremely overpriced and service is terrible. My wedding was very stressful for me because of this. I did not have a DJ or a Photographer and honestly was considering just something small scale, until I talked to Ed from DJ Double E. I would give them 10 stars out 5. From the minute I talked to Ed it was a breath of fresh air from the million other outrageously priced DJ's. The price is unbeatable but that's not why I would recommend them. They are absolutely phenomenal and made my entire wedding. The music was perfect from ceremony to the last dance. They were so professional, so involved and so fun. We had a daytime (early) wedding. It is so challenging to get people up and have a good time at 12:30 in the afternoon, I was having meltdowns about it, they reassured me but had the entire place up and having fun. You didn't know if it was day or night. They helped us more than the attendants at the venue. Over 100 guests said how amazing they were. The pictures they took could not be any better. Any other DJ who had packages like this (photo booth etc...) were THOUSANDS, yes THOUSANDS, more!!! I really hate to admit but I'm not easily pleased however I would put my name on the line for DJ Double E after how they made my wedding. DJ Double E exceeded all my and my husband's expectations and -consider yourself lucky if you hire them for any event. I'll be calling them again!!!”

We used Bright Set for our wedding at Mountain View Grand in May 2026 and hired them for our DJ, photo booth, ceremony and reception audio, and piano music. Cassandra, alongside our day-of coordinator, immediately jumped into problem-solving mode. When we were finally able to return to the ballroom, she creatively had us reintroduced to "Fire Burning" by Sean Kingston, which turned a stressful situation into a funny and memorable moment that had everyone laughing. We were so grateful for her ability to stay calm, think quickly, and help keep the energy positive. DJ Dennis was fantastic and kept the dance floor packed all night. He did an amazing job reading the room and creating a fun atmosphere for guests of all ages. The photo booth was a huge hit as well. Guests loved the glow booth and the customized photo overlay, and we ended up with so many great keepsakes from the night. Entertainment-wise, everything was seamless. The ceremony audio, microphones, piano music, reception flow, DJ services, and photo booth were all executed beautifully. Throughout the entire planning process he was extremely professional and communicative to our many questions and ideas (including one final change the morning of the wedding). He helped us think through and reorganize our run of show, including perfectly integrating a few live songs played by my brother in law! Shane took on our music request with excitement, especially after hearing we wanted house music that could somehow vibe with guests of all ages. To no surprise, Shane created the set of our dreams!
