Summary/TLDR:  We had a big wedding with a lot of complex personal decor set up and Kimberly and Travis went above and beyond! Lessen your stress and book her! Full review: My now husband and I had a big wedding at the Disneyland Hotel, and Disney does not handle any personal floral or decor, so we knew we would need help!  We hired Kimberly for her full day of coordination service for things not provided by Disney, and it was one of the best decisions we made.  When I first reached out, she responded quickly to let me know of her services and to set up a call. I was already pretty set on hiring her from the reviews I'd seen, but the call was also extremely helpful! After hearing about our details, she recommended a DJ for us to request from Disney, who was absolutely perfect for our wedding! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Kimberly checked in to see how I was doing and if I needed help with anything, even though I had only hired her for the day of coordination, which was so kind and thoughtful!  We had a large wedding with over 250 guests, and our bridal party was huge as well, so there were a lot of moving parts.  I was pretty frantic the morning of our wedding as I had overslept with so much left to do. Kimberly was so helpful with everything - and really helped reduce and lessen my stress, which as anyone getting married would know, is priceless! Kimberly and her husband handled all of our personal items so well! Several of which had to be set up multiple times (e.g for the ceremony and then for cocktail hour or for cocktail hour and for the reception). We had multiple guestbooks, some of which had multiple parts, multiple card boxes, favors for each family that had to be set up alphabetically (150 bags), a huge memorial table full of pictures that I wanted set up in a very specific way, reserved row signs, a welcome sign, Filipino shawls for the wedding godmothers, custom bar signs, Venmo signs for the money dance etc. We also enlisted their help last minute to help guide people to their table for the reception because of the way our seating chart was set up. Some cousins were supposed to help with that but got caught up in the moment and forgot! But Kimberly and Travis handled it themselves and made sure everything went smoothly! At the end of the night, she and Travis made sure to pack up all of our personal items and bring them back to our getting ready room.  Kimberly and Travis also worked seamlessly with the Disney staff and other vendors! After the reception ended, I realized I had lost track of my Disney bouquet, to which I had attached irreplaceable sentimental items, and Kimberly, who was on her way home, texted our Disney day of coordinator to help us find it in the nick of time!!  If Kimberly was this fantastic with just day of service, I can't even imagine how incredible she is with full planning. I absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone! Brides and grooms - do yourself a favor and hire Her!

From the first time I spoke to Codi, I knew we were in amazing hands with her as our wedding planner! She made our entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable - seriously I would have been lost without her! Our wedding day was unseasonably hot at 105 degrees, but Codi and her team didn’t miss a beat! I thought I would be stressed about not being able to see our ceremony or reception space set up ahead of time, but by the day of the wedding I was so calm and had complete trust in Codi & her team to bring the vision to life. My jaw literally dropped when we walked into our reception for the first time - it was better than I could have even imagined. I kept saying to my husband, “I can’t believe this is OUR wedding”, it was seriously better than we could have even imagined. I don't even know where to start about how amazing Jeanette was! I was skeptical about hiring a wedding coordinator for such a small wedding (less than 30 people) but our venue was unconventional and had never had a wedding ceremony before. I'm SO glad we hired her! Upon our first call, we instantly had a connection with her and her vibe was exactly what we needed. She felt like a true friend that day and took off all stress. I am a major type A planner and was worried about the set up & décor being up to my standards but not having time to myself for getting ready. We used Bubbly for month of wedding coordination for our wedding in Scottsdale. We had a little over 100 guests and a lot going on, and once Jenna stepped in during the final month, everything instantly felt calmer. I regret not using her sooner! We booked Nichole for our day of coordinator. She is super sweet and goes above and beyond. She showed up before anyone else and made sure everything was set up just right. She checked on me and my bridal party throughout the morning and even reminded me to eat, which I was very grateful of. Then, because of limited budget, I only had the photographer for portraits, not the reception, so when my photography window ended, she even captured some special moments after the photographer left. We initially tried to hire another wedding planner, but she was already booked. However, that wedding planner recommended Tony…and it was truly the greatest thing we could have done for our wedding! Tony was inspiring, smart, whitty, imaginative and a great communicator. Tony was easy to get in touch with, willing to talk whenever needed, and became a little pit bull when we had a hard time with any other vendor. Tony looked over and checked every contract, recommended services and vetted others we liked; Tony didn’t pressure us to upgrade items or services, which took pressure off of us. Tony did try to keep our budget, and came up with alternative ideas to our vision when things got too pricey. We went through numerous ideas to get the outcome we desired! Tony ran the rehearsal, which was the equivalent of herding cats. I have to give big props for that! Then Tony’s with his assistant Arianna set the stage for a wonderful night and broke it all back down returning all the items we wanted to keep. If we were to do this again, we would absolutely hire Tony all over again, but I think we would have hired him prior to booking a venue. He was definitely worth the money and his weight in gold!

Grace Lee Events is the best!!! She is efficient, organized, and prepared for anything that may happen on your special day. She made sure I was taken care of and felt no stress whatsoever! I gave her a list of pictures I wanted taken because we only had a short amount of time to get them done and she handled it all, made sure it was done how I wanted it done and answered any and all questions my friends and family had throughout the day. She also handled all of my florals on my tables and made sure they were set out how I wanted. Anything you need, Grace can do. Grace is the person to hire for your wedding & I could not recommend her enough!!
