“My husband and I used Direct Entertainment for our DJ and videographer for our wedding and we could not be more pleased!! The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. He was so great with communication, was prompt with his timing, and he even set up a second camera for guests to break away and give us well wishes for our marriage, which I'm so excited to watch back. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. We decided to add videography at the last minute because we thought we might regret not having it, and I am SO happy we asked Jim at Direct Entertainment if they had someone available for our day just a month before, and they did!! Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. Overall, we would 1000% recommend Direct Entertainment for any wedding entertainment needs! “We worked with Paul for our January wedding. Originally, I was going to just create a playlist (I was having little to no formalities) until I saw he commented on a Connecticut Bride Facebook Group. Figured a DJ will give me one less thing to worry about, so I inquired and he immediately responded, provided a quick quote, and we set up our first meeting. He just made everything so easy! We had two one-hour long meetings to clearly identify our vision. My father passed a few years ago and we did many things to honor him at the party- signature cocktail, my sister spoke about him in her speech, his two best friends gave a combined toast on his behalf, but what made me really feel my dad was celebrated and “there in spirit” was when Paul intentionally played my dad’s favorite song prior to the first speech. It almost felt like that was my dad’s speech/toast to us. Family and friends picked up on Paul’s placement of my dad’s favorite song and commented that they were moved by it too. It was the only point of the night I got emotional. Paul really cares about his work and the people he works with. I’ve been to a handful of weddings where DJs play the couple’s Do Not playlist and just treats every wedding the same. I seriously can’t recommend Paul more.”

“In today's world everything is extremely overpriced and service is terrible. My wedding was very stressful for me because of this. I did not have a DJ or a Photographer and honestly was considering just something small scale, until I talked to Ed from DJ Double E. I would give them 10 stars out 5. From the minute I talked to Ed it was a breath of fresh air from the million other outrageously priced DJ's. The price is unbeatable but that's not why I would recommend them. They are absolutely phenomenal and made my entire wedding. The music was perfect from ceremony to the last dance. They were so professional, so involved and so fun. We had a daytime (early) wedding. It is so challenging to get people up and have a good time at 12:30 in the afternoon, I was having meltdowns about it, they reassured me but had the entire place up and having fun. You didn't know if it was day or night. They helped us more than the attendants at the venue. Over 100 guests said how amazing they were. The pictures they took could not be any better. Any other DJ who had packages like this (photo booth etc...) were THOUSANDS, yes THOUSANDS, more!!! I really hate to admit but I'm not easily pleased however I would put my name on the line for DJ Double E after how they made my wedding. DJ Double E exceeded all my and my husband's expectations and -consider yourself lucky if you hire them for any event. I'll be calling them again!!!”

We used Bright Set for our wedding at Mountain View Grand in May 2026 and hired them for our DJ, photo booth, ceremony and reception audio, and piano music. From the very beginning, Cassandra was incredible to work with. We spent over a year planning together, and she was organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and always willing to hop on a call, answer questions, or help think through ideas. One thing that really stood out was how invested Cassandra was in making sure everything ran smoothly. She wasn't just someone behind the scenes coordinating logistics — she was actually onsite for our wedding day and felt like part of our team. Unfortunately, we experienced an unexpected fire alarm interruption immediately following our first dance that temporarily paused our reception and forced guests outside. Cassandra, alongside our day-of coordinator, immediately jumped into problem-solving mode. When we were finally able to return to the ballroom, she creatively had us reintroduced to "Fire Burning" by Sean Kingston, which turned a stressful situation into a funny and memorable moment that had everyone laughing. We were so grateful for her ability to stay calm, think quickly, and help keep the energy positive. DJ Dennis was fantastic and kept the dance floor packed all night. He did an amazing job reading the room and creating a fun atmosphere for guests of all ages. The photo booth was a huge hit as well. Guests loved the glow booth and the customized photo overlay, and we ended up with so many great keepsakes from the night. Entertainment-wise, everything was seamless. The ceremony audio, microphones, piano music, reception flow, DJ services, and photo booth were all executed beautifully. He helped us think through and reorganize our run of show, including perfectly integrating a few live songs played by my brother in law! “BOOK. THIS. BAND. You will not regret it. We booked a solo violin for the ceremony, 3 piece jazz trio for cocktail hour, and a 7 piece band for the reception. Silver Arrow Band brought all the energy and more to our wedding. They followed our do's and don'ts perfectly and were great at reading the crowd. I am not exaggerating when I say that every single guest told us that Silver Arrow Band was the best wedding band they’ve ever seen. Guests were mad that they didn’t have them at their own wedding.
