We spent over a year planning together, and she was organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and always willing to hop on a call, answer questions, or help think through ideas. One thing that really stood out was how invested Cassandra was in making sure everything ran smoothly. She wasn't just someone behind the scenes coordinating logistics — she was actually onsite for our wedding day and felt like part of our team. Unfortunately, we experienced an unexpected fire alarm interruption immediately following our first dance that temporarily paused our reception and forced guests outside. Cassandra, alongside our day-of coordinator, immediately jumped into problem-solving mode. When we were finally able to return to the ballroom, she creatively had us reintroduced to "Fire Burning" by Sean Kingston, which turned a stressful situation into a funny and memorable moment that had everyone laughing. We were so grateful for her ability to stay calm, think quickly, and help keep the energy positive. DJ Dennis was fantastic and kept the dance floor packed all night. He did an amazing job reading the room and creating a fun atmosphere for guests of all ages. The photo booth was a huge hit as well. Guests loved the glow booth and the customized photo overlay, and we ended up with so many great keepsakes from the night. Entertainment-wise, everything was seamless. The ceremony audio, microphones, piano music, reception flow, DJ services, and photo booth were all executed beautifully. “We knew Cover Story was the perfect choice for our wedding from our very first call with Chris. Chris and Elena made the entire planning process clear and easy from start to finish. They brought their expertise and guidance exactly when we needed it, while still giving us plenty of room for creative input. The whole collaboration felt natural and seamless. They made us feel totally safe asking all of our questions and took care of everything, working with our venue effortlessly. The performers on the day were phenomenal, and our guests are still talking about it! Their talent was incredible, and they were kind, fun, and professional to work with. Our ceremony guitarist learned our entrance songs and performed them beautifully. Our special dances were played from mp3 and were timed perfectly. Even though we honestly didn't give them much direction for timing, they just nailed it! And then the party! Our family and friends love to dance, and the band kept the energy high all night long. They even learned a couple of extra songs for us that sounded amazing. Their talent is honestly unreal. They definitely were supposed to take more breaks than they did, but they just kept playing, and even gave us an encore. After the wedding, we got to chat with some of the band members, and they were all so kind and genuinely cool people. The entertainment really shapes the overall atmosphere of a wedding, and because of Cover Story, our wedding day was perfect. We'd recommend Cover Story for any event, hands down!”
