“If I could give John and Trading Post Productions 10 stars, I would. I don't normally go on and on about how great people are, but this group absolutely deserves it. For our wedding, we booked DJ for the ceremony, live music for cocktail hour, and DJ for the reception. First, the live music trio (which we had a guitar, violin, and cello) absolutely nailed it! We chose several songs from their repertoire, but also requested a couple others that were personal to the bride and I, and they not only were accommodating, but they knocked it out of the park during their performance! Second, I could share all the little details about how John was prepared for every moment, but here's the big idea: he is experienced, he will do whatever it takes to get the job done, he is easy to work with, he knows how to read a room, and he is SO talented. So many guests (and even venue staff!) commented on how amazing our DJ was! And there were several times throughout the evening where every single guest was out on the dance floor! Even more than a DJ, John is kind and outgoing, and was so excited to help us celebrate our big day. One little detail I would like to share was during the bride and I's last dance before we departed. John put on the song we requested and then left the room, giving us total privacy in that moment. Though this seems like a little thing, it allowed the bride and I to focus entirely on each other without feeling like anybody was watching us. It is a moment that will no doubt stick with me for the rest of my life. I genuinely don't think a more well-rounded DJ exists. If you're on the fence about whether or not this group is worth it, allow me to be your sign that having John and Trading Post Productions at your wedding is the best choice you could make. “I can't say enough great things about Tarrah and Gordon! If you're looking for a coordinator, a DJ, or both, do yourself a favor and hire them. It is so important that your coordinator and DJ work together seamlessly to keep the day and night running smoothly, and they absolutely nailed it. Gordon is incredible! After just one conversation with him, we knew he was the perfect DJ for our wedding. He is upbeat, personable, and truly knows how to read a crowd. One of my biggest worries was that the dance floor would die down and people would start leaving early, but Gordon made sure that never happened. He paid close attention to the energy throughout the night, adjusting the music to keep everyone engaged. He started with songs the older crowd loved and then transitioned into more upbeat party music later in the evening, complete with fun lighting that completely transformed the atmosphere. We had a packed dance floor until the very end, exactly how I had always imagined it. Tarrah is an amazing coordinator. Even though we hired her as our "day-of" coordinator, she went above and beyond throughout the entire planning process. We booked her many months in advance, and she was always available to answer questions and offer guidance. Every single one of our vendors commented on how impressed they were with her organization, communication, and attention to detail. They all mentioned how well she kept everyone informed and provided detailed timelines and information, and we saw that firsthand with the incredibly organized planning documents she created for us. On the wedding day, Tarrah made everything feel effortless. She handled all of the setup, kept everything on schedule, checked in with me throughout the day, and somehow still found time to answer the billion questions from my mom and grandma! One of my favorite moments was when she had appetizers waiting for us while we signed our marriage license. I also have dietary restrictions, and she even made sure I had my own special dinner. Those little touches meant so much and showed how much she genuinely cares about her couples. I truly cannot thank Tarrah and Gordon enough for making our wedding day so smooth, stress-free, and special. They helped bring my dream wedding to life, and I wouldn't change a thing. “Exclusive events was incredible for our wedding 9/6/25 at Cheyenne Mountain Resort!! If you’re on the fence, hopefully this is your sign (like the many amazing reviews we saw) to book!! We had DJ Michael and Uriah for the photo booth and cannot say enough positive things. My large and overall reserved family were back and forth between the dance floor and the photo booth all night. “We used Good Musicians' hybrid band/DJ for our wedding reception and were thrilled with how things turned out. They played amazing sets which were true to our tastes and preferences and kept our guests up and dancing all night long. They really listened throughout the planning process and gave great suggestions. We loved the tropical house sax during our cocktail hour and the strings during the ceremony were beautiful and absolutely perfect. Philip and Jennifer are professional, responsive, and extremely helpful and easy to work with. “Having Julianne play at our wedding in the botanical garden was just fantastic! I had her for the ceremony and the reception. She came early and started before the ceremony when guests are coming in. All her performance to the songs requested were very satisfying. There was also one song that she had to coordinate with other person, which she did so easy and awesome. Her harp melodies were so beautiful and soothing, and we got loads of compliments on them. Some guests even worried about her hands because she played so much! Julianne stayed in touch the whole time from the song selections and till the wedding day. Looking back, it came out to be the best choice to have her for my special day.”

There was absolutely zero stress when it came to the music at our wedding thanks to these lovely ladies! We had her on the flute and Brightin on the violin and they were amazing. Christen worked with us to curate such a magical vibe for our special day and she has such a large song list to choose from! Their music style matched ours very well so it was easy to build a strong list of songs to keep the music flowing the whole time. “I've been to my fair share of weddings the last few years and I can definitively say that Yazz Events is one of the best live wedding bands I have ever seen. My calves were more sore the day after the wedding than when I ran the Chicago Marathon a few weeks prior. That's how hard I was dancing all night. We had a bilingual wedding (Spanish/English) and the MC, Hector, was able to speak and instruct guests in both languages. SO AWESOME! They also played the perfect blend of songs in both languages. Many of our Spanish speaking guests had not seen a live band like this before and they loved it. Amy, the owner, was amazing with planning and giving suggestions for the setlist. We also hired the jazz duo for our rehearsal dinner. They added such a calming presence to that night. 10/10 all around. Thank you Yazz Events!”
