Groove ‘N Motion features a tight, focused 5-piece horn line, four outstanding and energizing vocalists, and a rockin’ 5-piece rhythm section. Colorado’s premier powerhouse show/variety band, we feature horn-driven classics and current hits, as well as Classic Rock, R&B/funk/soul, Latin and Jazz! Tunes from Chicago, Tower of Power, Earth, Wind & Fire, Blood, Sweat & Tears, and so many more! Special tune requests are always encouraged as well.

    Funktastic wedding band

    What a band. I held my wedding at the Mishawaka, a wonderful concert venue, and knew I had to bring something special to the stage. GnM was it. Scott, the main contact, is very easy to work with. He gave me a massive song list to review, the band's range is incredible. There's a lot of great crowd pleasers in there, plus some less well known hits. I requested a song for the band to cover and they made it so beautiful. They are a funk/swing style band and they brought that style to my song request and the rest of the set. On the day of my wedding, they handled set up and were able to play some playlists I'd created for the down time and ceremony. Their timing was perfect, which was great for me (no stress). The band played through some snow and rain, typical of a CO spring wedding. And at the end the horn section came out onto the dance floor with us all. It was truly a special experience. The music on my wedding day was the most important thing to me and the whole crew really knocked it out of the park. Thank you again for such a great evening, one we will be talking about for years to come.

    Cocktail hour jazz trio was UNREAL!

    GnM was the BEST decision we made to get our guests in a good mood for our evening cocktail hour! After a more traditional Indian Hindu ceremony, I wanted an 80s/90s upbeat, summery feel and chose GnM's jazz trio with piano, bass, and drums. They created such a fun atmosphere and stayed extra to accommodate our schedule running behind. Scott was such a pleasure to work with and all the guests loved the vibes!!     Groove N Motion is the best! We heard them at a friend’s wedding in Telluride and couldn’t stop talking about how great they were after the wedding. Once we began planning our big day, I knew immediately that they were the choice. They exceeded all of our expectations. Scott Handler was incredibly communicative and easy to work with in the months prior to our wedding. He was extremely flexible on transportation and lodging for the band which made our lives a lot easier. They have a massive list of songs that they can play and will work with you to create the perfect set list. The band also went out of their way to learn songs for our dances. They crushed it at our wedding and had the dance floor full the entire night. Guests of all ages loved their music and everyone I have talked to has said how great they were. We are extremely grateful that they played at our wedding and can’t recommend Groove N Motion highly enough!

    Incredible

    Wow! Groove n Motion made our wedding ceremony and reception absolutely perfect. We booked them for all music and AV needs. They blew it out of the water, and the music was beyond amazing. So many people commented at the end of the night that it was the best wedding music they have ever seen! They were reactive to the crowd, played music that got everyone up and dancing, and were incredibly lively! Having them as our music choice was one of the best decisions we made on our wedding and made it a party of a lifetime. My husband and I chatted later that for their quality, this band is an absolute steal. Truly incredible.

    Great musicians

    Great entertainment for our wedding “Where did you find this band?”, was the question that I answered numerous times at our wedding. Everyone, and I mean everyone loved this bands performance. Lots of fun dance music. If you enjoy horns, they will not disappoint. Very professional and easy to work with getting them scheduled for our reception. Kevin and Carole
