The Love Dispatch is a bespoke wedding journalism service by and for the timelessly sentimental, who want to capture memories not just in photos, but through the eloquence only words can provide. I interview you, your families, your wedding party, and your guests. Then I write your love story and design it into a custom newspaper or magazine you'll keep forever.     "I Choose You!" Over and Over Again

    From the start of the interview, Cynthia and I immediately felt at ease going through our relationship's story. From the rocky beginnings to the culmination of the "Happily Ever After" Pokémon-themed wedding, Hsing beautifully captured every moment through her eloquent prose and her passion for telling the tale of people's love for one another. Yes! I happily travel for weddings and elopements. Whether it’s a cozy mountaintop vow or a dreamy destination weekend, I’m there. Travel fees may apply.
Your photographer and I are teammates, not competitors. I handle all the coordination and licensing details so you don't have to. Before your wedding, I'll reach out to your photographer to introduce myself and explain my process. We’ll talk shop, and discuss a licensing agreement. After the wedding, I'll contact your photographer to get access to the delivered gallery, including their images throughout my magazine or newspaper spread. This means your written story can be paired with the beautiful photos they captured, creating a complete keepsake.
I bring over a decade of writing, interviewing, and editing experience to every wedding I cover. I earned my bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Denver and spent years working at both student newspapers and Denver newsrooms, honing my ability to tell stories that resonate. As a Colorado native, I know this state inside and out. And as a 2026 bride myself, I understand firsthand the emotions, chaos, and joy that come with planning a wedding. I bring both professional expertise and personal perspective to every story I tell.
The Love Dispatch is built on a simple belief: your love story deserves a human touch. The writing is all me. I use AI to transcribe interviews, but every word in your publication is written and edited by a human. The layout is created by a fairly-paid graphic designer and finalized by me. Your keepsake is printed by a local Colorado print shop.
Timelines vary based on package selection. Love Story: ~1 week post-interview. After “I Do”: ~4 weeks post-interviews. Feature/Full Scoop: ~4 weeks post gallery delivery. (usually 10-16 weeks post-wedding) I'll always keep you updated throughout the process and let you know if anything affects your expected delivery date.
Come ready to share your story. Think about how you met, your proposal, why you chose your venue, and any family traditions or personal touches you're incorporating into your day. If there are specific people whose perspectives you want included, let me know ahead of time. Beyond that, just bring yourself. The best interviews feel like conversations, not interrogations.
