About this venue

Celebrate Milestones & Create Cherished Memories with The Meadows! We are a homeowner's association with a rental facility known as The Grange, which is located 30 minutes between Denver and Colorado Springs. Opened in 2004, The Grange seamlessly blends rustic charm with contemporary amenities. Central aspects include natural light, grand ceilings, a bar and prep kitchen, a covered patio with heating capabilities, and a perimeter of garage doors for a free-flowing indoor/outdoor concept. Renting with us is “DIY” - We provide the venue, plus some amenities, and you bring it to life (no required vendors). Please understand we are NOT an all-inclusive venue and our rates are HOURLY. Refer to the FAQs to see if we are the right event for you!

    It is very exciting to work with great people, Juli and Janna are those type of people. We have held our office annual holiday party in this location for the last two years. Most recently in January 2024. I love that we can make this venue our own. One year things were in one place and the next year we had it a little bit different. It makes it seem like a fun and exciting space since it is so versatile. Having access to the bar area and the catering kitchen are wonderful assets for a DIY type of party. We love the lighting versatility and the microphones and speakers work well. The venue is clean and it is just overall a nice feel to host an event in. Juli is accomodating and easy to work with, answering many of my questions the first year we had our party here. Janna is so very helpful as an event monitor and she offers her help so willingly, she is a very kind person. I give this place a RAVE review. We continue to host our events here because it is in the middle of our Denver and Colorado Springs option so the location has many perks for our needs. You will definitely not regret hosting an event at this location.

    We recently had our church's Christmas party at The Grange and it was a blast! The space was perfect and provided everything we needed. The staff was nice and easy to work with throughout the whole experience. Definitely recommend!

    We recently used the smaller event space, the Taft House, for a birthday party. It was perfect for what we needed and the staff was super easy to work with. It was a great option as we didn’t need a large space!

    We recently hosted an educational event at the Grange. Everything was clean and orderly. Everyone at the staff was very accommodating and helpful. We had a few different requests and the staff was courteous and kind. We plan on doing another similar event in a couple of months because our experience went so well.
