About this venue
Celebrate Milestones & Create Cherished Memories with The Meadows! We are a homeowner's association with a rental facility known as The Grange, which is located 30 minutes between Denver and Colorado Springs. Opened in 2004, The Grange seamlessly blends rustic charm with contemporary amenities. Central aspects include natural light, grand ceilings, a bar and prep kitchen, a covered patio with heating capabilities, and a perimeter of garage doors for a free-flowing indoor/outdoor concept. Renting with us is “DIY” - We provide the venue, plus some amenities, and you bring it to life (no required vendors). Please note we are NOT an all-inclusive venue and our rates are HOURLY. Perfect, Unique Venue
The Grange was the perfect venue for our wedding reception. From the beginning, they were incredibly easy to communicate with - the staff was responsive, helpful, and accommodating of our unique requests. We were looking for a place that would allow us to bring in our own food, as we wanted to have a special cereal bar and waffle bar where guests could create their own custom treats. The Grange gave us that flexibility, and we were able to have the most amazing wedding reception with personal touches throughout the event. The staff was amazing to work with and provided us with little things we didn't even think about, making our day run seamlessly. We even accidentally stole their sign but were able to make arrangements to get it back to them before their next event - even then, they were super kind and responsive. The space itself was beautiful and exactly what we envisioned for our special day. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or experience.
Awesome place, amazing staff!
The Grange was the perfect place to host out wedding ceremony and reception! We had 65 of us and it was the ideal space to accommodate everyone comfortably. The outside patio is a beautiful space to have had our ceremony with natural lighting, a pretty brick fireplace backdrop, and wooden ceiling beams. And even with the rain we stayed nice and dry with the roof! The garage doors that open up are such a cool touch to make walking down the aisle super special. The inside is also spectacular with the right amount of adjustable lighting to accommodate all the stages of our reception and even has a prep kitchen where we were able to keep all of our food and drinks stocked throughout the evening. The staffing at the grange was the best! They were extremely helpful in all the months leading up to the wedding, allowed me to stop by the venue several times to try out my vision and decor, showed me around and always asked if there was anything else I needed. They also had good communication about what they needed from me in terms of insurance, floorplans, and a day-of-contact person. Overall 10/10 venue that is especially suited for all my brides on a budget and for those of you who want flexibility with being allowed to cater your own vendors.
Perfect DIY Wedding venue
Hosted a wedding for 80 people at The Grange and it was perfect! Beautiful building and covered outdoor space. Great options to customize the space included having the large garage style doors open, gas fireplaces, heaters, adjustable lighting, variety of table sizes, plenty of chairs and a sound system. The kitchen and bar area were great since the party was self-catered. The Grange staff was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend this venue and the price cannot be beat!
Mother of the bride
We had our daughter's Halloween themed wedding in late October and The Grange was the perfect venue! Juli was so helpful with advice on set up and ideas of where to place everything. All the staff for the event was welcoming and very helpful. We were able to decorate and bring our own food and beverages which is what we were looking for in a venue. The building and grounds are beautiful and I highly recommend The Grange for your event!
