    JD Lap Steel

    My dad has always been a steel guitar connoisseur for as long as I can remember. We recently celebrated his 80th birthday and I thought it would be such a treat to get somebody to come and play the steel guitar for him as a surprise. I was a little hesitant because I wanted it to be perfect for him. I started doing some research and found JD on gigsalad. JD got back to me right away, sent me several options for song choices, as well as some samples of his music. He was very communicative throughout the entire process of letting me know when he would be there the time to set up and how long he would play. He showed up right on time set up with no problem or interference and played his allotted time. It fit perfect perfectly into our day as he played during my Dad slideshow and as we were eating. My dad enjoyed every single moment of it and JD was so kind to talk to my dad afterwards. If you were looking for a steel guitar player for your next event I would highly recommend JD!!
