I had a wonderful experience working with The DeLain Co for my styled shoot. They were extremely flexible and responsive throughout the planning process, making it easy to coordinate all the details. As a type-A person, I tend to get anxious about the details, but Dacia worked her magic to keep me calm, stress-free, and fully present throughout the day. And Francis—wow, what can I say? The groom and his groomsmen couldn’t stop raving about him. He brought the perfect energy, kept the guys entertained, and made sure everyone was having a blast. Haitian weddings are famously known to run late, but Abiola made sure we started on time—this was a huge priority for me, and she nailed it! From the moment I met Abiola, I knew I was in the best hands. She flawlessly managed our large wedding party (35 people, no less!) without even breaking a sweat. Her attention to detail and calm under pressure made everything run like clockwork. AJR events was hands down amazing! They helped with timeline, organization, vendor contracts down to the very end of our wedding night. I was amazed by Megan Biehl and UnBiehlievable Weddings. Above and beyond wedding planner, so professional and kind. Megan carefully listened to my husband and me. She created a dream wedding/10-year vow renewal for us. Her communication was excellent. Each suggestion she made worked into making our experience full of joy and beauty. When I was nervous she kept me calm and reassured me. Megan is not only a person with great communication skills, but she's an artist in herself what she created from just a few words to this day, gosmacks me. From the vendors she recommended I am so grateful to the location. She is filtered to the absolute best experience for a bride and groom possible in our area. I know this because my daughter got married and my experience for a Vow renewal even surpassed my daughters. Honestly getting a wedding planner is totally worth it and you will never regret using it takes the pressure off. UnBiehlievable Weddings it is a class above. I'm serious about that. My heart was full from just seeing the flowers the venue the experience was sublime. The flowers were gorgeous so fresh and beautiful. The food really delicious. The location a treasure a fairytale that good ,thanks for that suggestion Megan. the DJ Scottish Roy was a gift and the extremely talented, Jacqueline, absolutely beautiful photographs. The photographer and her team were great to work with she suggested to us. I’m so glad Megan gave me that tip, but I know she can do any location and that girl has talent. Kelly was the BEST! And just what we were looking for! We did most of our wedding planning leading up to the wedding ourselves, but we wanted to find a wedding day coordinator. We found Kelly on Zola and she was everything we could’ve ever wanted! She started communicating with us about our schedule a few weeks before the wedding and made sure she had everything we needed her to know about the wedding. She was there bright and early for our rehearsal on the wedding day and was amazing the entire day! She was super helpful with anything we asked her to do, she did it. She was the main contact for the day so we didn’t have to stress at ALL about anything! And if we wanted to do something earlier like cut the cake, or start serving food, she was so flexible and everything was just so smooth! We can’t thank Kelly enough and we highly recommend her for anybody who wants a stress free wedding day!

I took the time to train and understand different types of weddings, so that I can make sure my job is done right the first time.

Ivory & Sage Weddings, led by Maeghan Davis as our day of coordinator, was a wonderful support throughout our two-day multicultural wedding. Maeghan brought a calm, organized, and reassuring presence that made a big difference for us. She helped keep everything moving smoothly and allowed us to truly relax and enjoy each moment. We had our Catholic nuptial mass which she was able to help keep us on timeline and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Then the second day, we had our Nigerian traditional. This can be intimidating for some but she handled big personalities and a big event with such grace. Ivory & Sage was also able to provide a beautiful charcuterie and basic florals for us, it was so nice to get things with one vendor. I believe she also offers decor. We’re very thankful for her support and would happily recommend Ivory & Sage Weddings to couples looking for a thoughtful and dependable coordinator. 10/10!!!

I used Ruth as my decorator for my wedding and she was amazing!! She definitely made my vision for the wedding venue come to reality. She really understands the importance of being flexible for calls and texts, and responded promptly whenever I needed to get in touch with her. She was punctual, arriving to decorate the venue on time, as well as returning for clean up/ removing decorations. She provided my bridesmaids and I with beautiful bouquets as well as boutonnières for the groom and groomsmen. She executed my decorations flawlessly. Rachael was our day of coordinator and truly went above and beyond! She provided and thorough and detailed timeline and was easy to communicate with. The day of the wedding everything on the timeline went perfectly (I didn’t even know that was possible!) and she was adaptable when I wanted to push things back or change something in the moment. My now-wife and I came into our wedding planning season in the most overwhelming way possible, we had both just stepped into demanding new roles at work and were completely stretched thin. Hiring Jeanette as our day-of coordinator was, without question, the best decision we made throughout the planning process. Our wedding was no small feat: a 22-person wedding party and over 220 guests, many of whom aren't always the most organized. Jeanette handled every single moving piece with grace and precision. Everyone was exactly where they needed to be, exactly when they needed to be there. The day ran like clockwork. What truly set her apart, though, was that she didn't just manage the logistics, but she made sure we actually enjoyed our wedding. She went out of her way to ensure the bride and groom were present, happy, not distracted and having the time of our lives. That's rare, and it made all the difference.
