The fact that they also excel at florals was an amazing bonus. We had some small hiccups with the layouts that our venue had set up, but a quick word from Lissa had them fixing the issue. She was absolutely exceptional from start to finish, but what truly sets her apart is how she showed up for us when the unexpected happened. When our photographer/videographer unexpectedly left before our ceremony even started, she immediately stepped in without hesitation. She took control, stayed calm, and made sure we still had beautiful coverage and meaningful memories from our day, something we will forever be grateful for. That level of dedication, professionalism, and care is rare. She went above and beyond her role, advocating for us, supporting us emotionally, and making sure our wedding day was still special despite the curveball.
