“It is very easy to treat people and their day as just a number or just another wedding. As soon as we started working with Katie it was very clear, that is not how she operates and she truly went above and beyond for us. She made sure we knew exactly what we needed to have completed, what we needed to think about and really help set us at ease. The thing I personally loved the most about working with Katie is that she was able to be herself and really expressed her joy and passion for what she does. We brought a lot of additional items to be setup for the wedding day without any real direction, we pretty much just trusted Katie. She could not have executed any better. In our opinion the wedding day, truly went better than we could have expected. Please also know we did not make it easy on her from a being on time standpoint. Her service and attentiveness on that day were 2nd to none. Everything we asked for, we got. The way she catered to both of us throughout that entire day truly made us feel even more special. Niki said that she was an honorary Bridesmaid. I don’t have the words to properly express our full thanks and gratitude for all she did for us. Katie, Again, THANK YOU!!!”

“Sarah and Alden at Vacay Mode Travels. I can’t recommend them enough!! I stumbled upon them while trying to attempt this on my own and they saved me so much time and money!! From the jump we had a meeting to discuss our wants/desires/location/time of year/guest count - and narrowed down to our three choices of resorts. We decided to pick Majestic SIGHT UNSEEN (not like me AT ALL). But because they had had other couples get married here it settled all my fears. I never once coordinated with the wedding department myself, Sarah tackled all of that for me. About once month we had meetings to discuss (to do list, what needed to be done that month (ie: save the dates, head count with guest booking, changing room block count, excursion booking, honeymoon booking, guest transportation, suggestion on external vendors, reminders about vendor fees) THEY DID IT ALL. They saved us so much money with how we did the room block and navigated booking ALL of our guest, tracking head count, transportations. I have seen so many brides in this group posting about hidden fees, I had NONE. No surprises or anything come payment. BOOK THEM I promise it will be the best decision if you are freshly planning a destination wedding and feel lost.”

“Lauren (Lo) was amazing! She helped us design, plan, and coordinate our wedding. From the very beginning, Lo went the extra mile to help build our vision and make sure that every detail screamed us. She took the time to get to know us and our story. While designing, she sent us a complete design deck and even brought up ideas we had not yet seen at a wedding (ie. Baseball seating chart wall (my husband has played baseball all his life including college and now coaches)). She was able to guide us in making decisions and providing input, which came in handy as an indecisive, overthinking bride. If we were unsure of who to hire for a specific service, Lo provided us with different options that she thought would fit our style. Communication was on point. Lo took initiative to connect with all our vendors and worked hand in hand with our venue, making sure that they knew and understood everything going on. She was always available for us and very responsive. Our venue's communication with us was a little dicey at times, but Lo took the reins provided reassurance, stability, and support that made us feel cared for and like she had everything in control. The entire day ran smoothly. There was no issue or anything for us to worry about the entire time aside from spending time with each other and our friends and family. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. Our wedding would not have been as incredible without her. We were so grateful to have her there as our coordinator!”

“We are incredibly grateful to have worked with Niki and the team at NJ Event Collective for our wedding coordination. After interviewing several planners based on a recommendation from our photographer, Niki immediately stood out. She was approachable, professional, and brought a wealth of experience—particularly with weddings at the Desert Botanical Garden. Her deep familiarity with the venue, its layout, and staff gave us tremendous peace of mind from the very beginning. We chose NJ Event Collective’s “Day of Coordination” package, as I wanted to handle much of the event design and DIY elements myself. I’m incredibly thankful that Niki’s team was our coordinator as they were absolutely instrumental in making our day run smoothly and stress-free. Throughout the planning process, we primarily communicated with Jaime, Niki’s lead assistant, who was outstanding—organized, efficient, and always on top of every detail. She ensured that nothing fell through the cracks. Our in-person meetings were with Niki, who was always well-informed and seamlessly aligned with everything we had discussed with Jaime. Although Jaime was unable to be present on the wedding day due to maternity leave, the rest of the NJ team stepped in effortlessly. Their communication and coordination with the other vendors too were impeccable; we were only approached with two or three quick questions during the entire reception, which allowed us to fully enjoy the day without distraction. One of the standout tools they used was a shared drive, which housed our timeline, vendor details, setup instructions, and more. This centralized system made it incredibly easy to update and access information without relying on endless email threads. The greatest gift Niki and her team gave us was the ability to be fully present on our wedding day. We never had to worry about logistics, vendor coordination, or last-minute decisions—everything had been thoughtfully planned and executed. If you’re planning a wedding at the Desert Botanical Garden—or anywhere in the Phoenix area—I cannot recommend NJ Event Collective highly enough. “We had Spellman Weddings as our day-of coordinator, and they truly made sure everything went off without a hitch. They even took care of the decorating, which was a huge help, and the entire day ran incredibly smoothly. One of the biggest weights off my shoulders was how they handled all vendor logistics. Weeks before the wedding, Brianna took over communication with every vendor, confirmed arrival times, and managed all the details so I didn’t have to. It made such a difference, and multiple vendors even commented on how professional and on top of everything she and her team were. We also had multiple planning meetings leading up to the wedding, which is not typical for a day-of coordinator. That was such a huge benefit of working with Brianna, her unlimited communication and willingness to meet made us feel so supported throughout the entire process. She is as accommodating as they come and truly made our day not only magical, but beyond our wildest dreams. Her vision for the décor was absolutely perfect. I gave her the freedom to take some creative liberties, and when I arrived, everything looked even better than I imagined. Her team did a phenomenal job, remained extremely professional & positive, and created such a seamless experience. Nothing went wrong on our wedding day, which feels unheard of. The only exception was a bizarre situation with our photographer (which was out of everyone’s control) and Brianna handled it with so much grace that we were still able to have the most amazing day. I would use them 1,000 times over if I could and will be recommending them to anyone looking for coordination, planning, or anything wedding related. “I can only imagine what our wedding day would have been like without Lisa. We probably would have been pulled left and right, stressed about what goes where, who is helping with what, freaking out about things we may have forgotten, coordinating with all the vendors, etc. I honestly don’t know how people do this without a wedding planner. “We used Bubbly for month of wedding coordination for our wedding in Scottsdale. We had a little over 100 guests and a lot going on, and once Jenna stepped in during the final month, everything instantly felt calmer. I regret not using her sooner! “Charity made our day the most special. Planning a wedding from abroad was stressful, but Charity jumped in and made things flawless. I was hesitant about having a big wedding because it can be so stressful to plan and after seeing so many of my friends so stressed about their weddings, I was scared.
