She guided us through the rehearsal, which without we would’ve been so lost. Planning a Texas wedding from NYC was no small task, and I can confidently say that hiring Krysta as our wedding planner was the best decision we made. From the moment we brought her on board, she became an absolute rock in our planning process. Her quirky and lovely personality made the entire experience enjoyable, and her ability to stay laser-focused on tasks while getting them done quickly was a game changer. Krysta was there to guide us every step of the way, and she seamlessly took the reins about four months out from the wedding, allowing me to finally breathe a little. She worked flawlessly with all our vendors, even helping us find and communicate with them. Despite the distance, she was more than willing to meet in person whenever I was in town, and she was always on top of texting me back, especially when wedding anxiety hit. The day of the wedding, Krysta came in full force with her team of assistants and made sure every detail was set. With over 20 vendors and staff involved, there were countless moving parts, but Krysta handled it all like an absolute pro. Any mishaps were dealt with swiftly and gracefully, to the point where I didn’t even have to worry. As a Type A bride, she was everything I needed—she respected my need to be involved and, at the same time, was always five steps ahead when it came to questions or ensuring things ran smoothly. Even after the wedding, when we had some issues with vendors, Krysta provided unwavering support. She jumped on video calls with us, backed us up, and continued to hold our hands through the post-wedding process until we were fully ready to move on. My now-wife and I came into our wedding planning season in the most overwhelming way possible, we had both just stepped into demanding new roles at work and were completely stretched thin. Hiring Jeanette as our day-of coordinator was, without question, the best decision we made throughout the planning process. Our wedding was no small feat: a 22-person wedding party and over 220 guests, many of whom aren't always the most organized. Jeanette handled every single moving piece with grace and precision. Everyone was exactly where they needed to be, exactly when they needed to be there. The day ran like clockwork. What truly set her apart, though, was that she didn't just manage the logistics, but she made sure we actually enjoyed our wedding. She went out of her way to ensure the bride and groom were present, happy, not distracted and having the time of our lives. That's rare, and it made all the difference. Jeanette is incredibly organized, warm, and effective, but what really stood out were her soft skills. She was great with all of the vendors and was able to manage a large, lively, chaotic group with a smile. I cannot recommend Brandi from Blissful Beginnings Creations & Events enough! We got married in July 2025 in New Braunfels, and despite the unexpected flooding that affected our venue's lodging options, Brandi jumped in without hesitation to assist us in finding alternative accommodations for our wedding party. Her support was invaluable, especially since many of us were traveling from out of town. A week before the wedding, I realized I wouldn't have time to DIY my floral arrangements as planned. I shared my inspiration pictures with Brandi, and she created all 10 table centerpieces and the ceremony arch arrangements beautifully! When the venue's arch I wanted was no longer available, Brandi sent me photos of her options, and we chose her stunning 8-ft tall cross, which turned out even better than I could have imagined. The night before the wedding, I discovered that some borrowed tablecloths from my work had stains on them. Once again, Brandi came to the rescue with her inventory, providing all the tablecloths I needed. One of the reasons I chose Brandi was her offer of a variety of decorations for free to all her clients, saving me the hassle of buying and reselling items like signage and the easel for our guest sign-in board. She even included her gorgeous floor-length welcome mirror and a beautiful cowhide rug for our sign-in table! Due to the heat, we decided to hold both the ceremony and reception indoors, which required a quick room flip after the ceremony. I wanted to minimize the cocktail hour, and Brandi & her team managed to transition everything in less than 30 minutes, allowing our guests to enjoy the reception without a long wait. Brandi and her team handled everything with such grace and professionalism. I truly don’t know how I could have pulled this off without them. If you're looking for a wedding coordinator who goes above and beyond, look no further than Brandi!

We are so incredibly grateful we had Jacquelyn as our day-of coordinator! Even though we only connected about two weeks before our wedding, she stepped in seamlessly and made such a huge impact on our day. From the very beginning, she was extremely organized, responsive, and proactive. She kept in touch with us almost daily, always making time to answer questions, talk through details, and help us feel confident and prepared. It truly felt like we had much more than just a “day-of” coordinator. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was coming together smoothly. She also took the initiative to reach out to all of our other vendors, which lifted so much stress off of us. One of the most amazing surprises was her connecting us with a promotion for a free dance floor through another vendor, which made our reception even more special! On the wedding day, she handled everything behind the scenes so we could fully relax and enjoy ourselves. We didn’t have to worry about a single detail because we knew she had it covered. We are so grateful to Stacy and her team for all of their help. They are professional, organized, and so fun to be around. Our ceremony and reception went off without a hitch and I didn’t have a worry in the world. She also kept my dress FRESH! I didn’t think Wedding Day Styling was a thing but it is! Not only did she steam my dress to absolute perfection, helped me put it on to where it fit like a glove (after I faked getting ready photos with my mom lol), also bustled it in less than a minute, fluffed it out for photos, repackaged it at the end of the night, and overall made me feel like a princess living out her dream. My wedding was perfect and that was thanks to everything Stacy did!
